CompanyLOGOGlobaleconomicforumtoexpandpermanently仅供个人学习研究使用LOGOTheGroupofTwenty(G-20)FinanceMinistersandCentralBankGovernorswasestablishedin1999tobringtogethersystemicallyimportantindustrializedanddevelopingeconomiestodiscusskeyissuesintheglobaleconomy.TheinauguralmeetingoftheG-20tookplaceinBerlin,onDecember15-16,1999,hostedbyGermanandCanadianfinanceministers.LOGOFranceisveryhonoredtochairtheGroupofTwentyin2011.LOGOTheG-20hasprogressedarangeofissuessince1999,includingagreementaboutpoliciesforgrowth,reducingabuseofthefinancialsystem,dealingwithfinancialcrisesandcombatingterroristfinancingTotacklethefinancialandeconomiccrisisthatspreadacrosstheglobein2008,theG20memberswerecalledupontofurtherstrengtheninternationalcooperation.Accordingly,theG20SummitshavebeenheldinWashingtonin2008,inLondonandPittsburghin2009,andinTorontoandSeoulin2010.LOGOTheconcertedanddecisiveactionsoftheG20,withitsbalancedmembershipofdevelopedanddevelopingcountrieshelpedtheworlddealeffectivelywiththefinancialandeconomiccrisis,andtheG20hasalreadydeliveredanumberofsignificantandconcreteoutcomes.LOGOTheG7(alsoknownastheG-7)isthemeetingofthefinanceministersfromagroupofsevenindustrializednations.Itwasformedin1976,whenCanadajoinedtheGroupofSix:France,Germany,Italy,Japan,UnitedKingdom,andUnitedStates.Thefinanceministersofthesecountriesmeetseveraltimesayeartodiscusseconomicpolicies.Theirworkissupportedbyregular,functionalmeetingsofofficials,includingtheG7FinanceDeputies.LOGOTheGroupofEight(G8,andformerlytheG6orGroupofSixandalsotheG7orGroupofSeven)isaforum,createdbyFrancein1975,forgovernmentsofsixcountriesintheworld:France,Germany,Italy,Japan,theUnitedKingdom,andtheUnitedStates.In1976,Canadajoinedthegroup(thuscreatingtheG7).InbecomingtheG8,thegroupaddedRussiain1997.Inaddition,theEuropeanUnionisrepresentedwithintheG8,butcannothostorchair.foreignministers,orG8environmentministers.LOGOG8canrefertothememberstatesortotheannualsummitmeetingoftheG8headsofgovernment.Theformerterm,G6,isnowfrequentlyappliedtothesixmostpopulouscountrieswithintheEuropeanUnion.G8ministersalsomeetthroughouttheyear,suchastheG7/8financeministers(whomeetfourtimesayear),G8foreignministers,orG8environmentministers.G8Eachcalendaryear,theresponsibilityofhostingtheG8rotatesthroughthememberstatesinthefollowingorder:France,UnitedStates,UnitedKingdom,Russia,Germany,Japan,Italy,andCanada.Theholderofthepresidencysetstheagenda,hoststhesummitforthatyear,anddetermineswhichministerialmeetingswilltakeplace.Lately,bothFranceandtheUnitedKingdomhaveexpressedadesiretoexpandthegrouptoincludefivedevelopingcountries,referredtoastheOutreachFive(O5)orthePlusFive:Brazil,China,India,Mexico,andSouthAfrica.Thesecountrieshaveparticipatedasguestsinpreviousmeetings,whicharesometimescalledG8+5.
