佛山市燃气集团股份有限公司城镇燃气工程施工技术规定集团安全技术部编制版本:日期:佛山市燃气集团股份有限公司城镇燃气工程施工技术规定文件号:佛山燃气/版本:编制:日期:审核:日期:批准:日期:前言为规范城镇燃气工程施工,统一集团施工技术规定,确保管网本质安全,集团公司安全技术部与佛山市华燃能燃气工程有限公司共同编写了本规定。本规定参考了相关国家规范、标准、法规和文献制订,所有规范均为最新版本,本规定是国家规范在生产实践中的合理补充。本规定适用于集团各二级公司城镇燃气工程施工,工程施工除了需满足现行相关国家规范、标准和法规的规定外,还应符合本规定的要求。本规定由集团公司安全技术部负责组织解释、修订和补充。目次第一篇城镇燃气户内工程施工技术规定·······················································11总则·································································································12一般规定·····························································································13材料及设备的选用···················································································14管道连接·····························································································15管道及附属设备安装············································································27防雷··································································································68防腐及色标···························································································79其它·································································································710燃气铜管暗设施工·············································································911附则······························································································14第二篇城镇燃气户外工程施工技术规定······················································151总则································································································152一般规定··························································································153土方工程··························································································164设备及材料的选用··············································································175钢管及附属设备安装···········································································187管道防腐··························································································248聚乙烯燃气管道的施工········································································308.1.材料验收、存放、搬运和运输··········································································308.3管道敷设···············································································································388.4.吹扫与试验··········································································································409附则································································································41附表一:SYJ4014-87表2.0.2················································································41附录一:热老化试验方法··························································································41附录二:剥离强度测定方法··················································································42附录三:《PE管电熔、热熔连接操作规程》···························································431第一篇城镇燃气户内工程施工技术规定1总则1.1为保证户内燃气输配工程(包括室内管和楼栋外管)施工及验收质量,按国家行业标准《城镇燃气室内工程施工及质量验收规范》CJJ94-2009、《城镇燃气设计规范》(GB50028-2006),《城镇燃气技术规范》(GB50494-2009),同时结合佛山市实际情况制定本规定。1.2本规定适用于集团各二级公司设计介质为干燃气的城镇燃气户内管道工程,未涉及到的按现行国家相关规范、标准执行。2一般规定2.1户内管与庭院管以中压立管控制阀后绝缘法兰为界,绝缘法兰以后至考克止属户内管范围。2.2户内管分中压立管、调压箱、水平盘管、低压立管及室内管。3材料及设备的选用3.1材料及设备的选用应符合《常用材料、设备一览表》。4管道连接4.1户内管道一般采用镀锌钢管施工,其连接方式为焊接、螺纹连接及法兰连接。管径≥DN25的宜用焊接,DN25管以下用螺纹连接,中压立管与埋地管用法兰连接。当室内使用铜管暗装时,采用气焊焊接(按本规定第10条:燃气铜管暗设施工)。4.1.1管道采用焊接时焊缝位置应符合下列要求:a)当公称直径大于或等于150mm时,管道环焊缝间距不应小于150mm;公称直径小2于150mm时,不应小于管道外径,相邻直焊缝之间不小于25mm。b)管子对接焊缝与支、吊架边缘之间的距离不应小于50mm。c)在管道焊缝上不得开孔,在主管道上开孔接支管时,开孔边缘距管道对接焊缝不应小于100mm。4.1.2螺纹连接a)螺纹连接应采用《550密封螺纹第2部分:圆锥内螺纹与圆锥外螺纹》GB/T7306.2规定的螺纹(锥/锥)连接。b)螺纹应整齐光洁,不应有歪斜、裂痕和双头丝等现象,断丝和不完整的螺纹不得大于螺纹总长的5%。c)丝扣连接应紧固,管端应清洁,并应有2~3个扣外露为宜。d)螺纹连接的填料一般采用聚四氟乙烯生料带,缠绕方向与螺纹方向相反。4.1.3法兰连接a)法兰盘对接应平行、紧密、与管道中心线垂直。b)平焊钢法兰与管道连接时,管道外径与法兰内孔间隙不得大于2mm。c)法兰螺孔应对正,螺孔与螺栓直径应配套。d)螺栓采用镀锌螺栓,安装完毕后,螺栓拧紧后宜伸出螺帽2~3扣。4.2管段连接前应调直,不得强行组对及安装。5管道及附属设备安装5.1中压立管5.1.1中压立管应置于房屋外墙或立柱,其位置便于与庭院管连接,应避免车辆通行造成损坏,同时注意美观及防盗要求,并尽量与窗户有一定距离。35.2调压箱5.2.1调压器的出口侧应设置DN15的放散管,并用丝堵堵封。当调压器设于天面时,放散管应低于女儿墙的高度,每个调压器出口侧应设有活接,调压器前须有控制阀。5.2.2调压器可水平或垂直安装,但水平安装时不宜将调压器侧放,并应符合该调压器说明书的安装要求。调压器两端的连接管应有托架固定。5.2.3调压器应设于保护箱内,调压器安装详见设计通用图。5.2.4调压器在安装后必须进行关闭压力及气密性试验,试验在户内管试压合格后进行,试验方式为:a)调压器的关闭压力不得大于说明书上的规定值。b)连通气源后,用皂液检查调压器本身及前后连接处,无外漏为合格。5.3水平盘管5.3.1上环水平盘管原则上沿女儿墙内侧敷设。条件不允许时,可局部调整走向,并尽量降低对建筑外观的影响。5.3.2天面水平管宜沿女儿墙内侧敷设,与隔热层和女儿墙顶面的距离不应小于30cm。5.3.3下环水平盘管优先考虑在架空层楼板底、公共平台女儿墙内侧敷设,或设置在2层外墙,要求离地面2.5~3m。特殊情况可设置3~4层楼之间,必要时可在首层埋地敷设。5.3.4当水平盘管在花园内明装敷设且高度≤0.5米时,应采用无缝钢管,3PE防腐,外包反光纸。5.4低压立管5.4.1低压立管一般沿厨房外墙敷设,必要时也可设在阳台或厨房内,但不得影响门4窗开闭和行人来往。5.4.2每根立管的下端应设有不小于20cm的与立管同管径的排放短管,并设管码,排放口用丝堵封堵。5.4.3低压立管设在阳台或厨房时,不得被封闭起来,必要时与该住宅物业管理处签定协议。5.5室内管5.5.1室内燃气管可采用DN15水煤气镀锌钢管明装或DN15铜管暗装(见本规定10燃气铜管暗设施工)。5.5.2室内水平管道的高度一般应高于2.2m。5.5.3燃气管道穿过卧室、浴室时,宜用整条管,并必须设置在套管内(套管必须焊接连接或整条管无焊口。套管必须是经外防腐的钢管或镀锌钢管,且套管两端应与最终成型的墙面齐平。5.5.4户内调压器及燃气表应安装在干燥、通风良好,不受雨淋日晒且便于维修的地方。5.5.5每一入户支管应设截断阀门;表前阀的高度≤1.8m,如有用户调压器的,设于调压器前;无用户调压器的,设于煤气表前,其位置应便于紧急时操作。5.5.6当表前引入管接口数较多时,应在入墙管段处起增加球阀。5.5.7燃气表的位置要便于抄表,不得将燃气表和调压器安装在卧室、卫生间、地下室内及潮湿地方。5.5.8燃气表安装高度一般为1.6~1.95m。5.5.9当燃气表选择低位安装,表底安装高度不得低于0.3m。55.5.10煤气表安装必须平
