江苏科技大学硕士学位论文基于约束理论的生产作业计划与控制仿真研究姓名:刘欣申请学位级别:硕士专业:管理科学与工程指导教师:韩文民200803011(theoryofconstraints,TOC)TOC123TabuSearchDBRDrumBufferRopeDrum42DBRWitnessDBRDBR5WitnessDBRDBR6WitnessIDBRMRPIIERPJITWitnessABSTRACTIIIResearchonthesimulationmethodofproductionplanningandcontrollingbasedontheoryofconstraintsABSTRACTHowtodevelopproductionplanningandcontrollingsystemthatcanbeappliedtoChina’senterprisesisoneoftheproblemsinthemodernizationofChina’senterprisesandtheadaptationofnewproductionmodes.Accordingtothesituationofmoremedium-sizedandsmall-sizedenterprisesinChinaandthepopularproductionmodeofmultiple-product,mediumandsmallbatch,aproductionplanningandcontrollingsystemthatcanadapttothesesituationsshouldaccelerateChina’senterprises’development.Theoryofconstraints(TOC)offersagoodthoughtforsettingthesystem.Accordingtothekeyproblemsinproductionplanningandcontrolling,thisdissertationofferednewmodelsandmethodsthatbasedonthebasicthoughtandcorrespondingstepsofTOCwhenitwasappliedtotheproductionplanningandcontrolling.Chapter1ofthistextincludesmainlythecontentsoftheserespects.Havedoneoverallintroductiontotheresearchdirectionofthemethodsofproductionplanning.thedevelopmentofsimulationtechnologywasdiscussed;hasbeeninvokedtoexplaintheresultsofresearchonConstraintTheoryandsimulationmethodismoresuitedtothecurrentenvironmentofproductionandinventorycontrolproblemsthispaperdiscussesthebackgroundofissuespresentedinthispaperonthepurposeandsignificanceofthestudy;contentofthisstudyandasummaryoftheframeworkpaper.Chapter2ofthisarticlediscussedthetheoryofconstraintsinproductionplanningandcontrolandtheapplicationofprinciples,including:Theexistingproductionplanningandcontrolmethods,intheiranalysisofthebasisonthebasisoftheirexistingdeficienciesmadebasedonthetheoryofconstraintsonproductionplanningandcontrolandtheimplementationoftheprincipleofsteps.Chapter3ofthispaper,basedonthetheoryofconstraintsontheproductionplanningandcontrolofkeyissues,whichcanbedividedintofourareas:theidentificationofexistingresources,identifybottlenecks,andthenprocessingandassemblypartsfortheproductionofbasicissuesadescriptionofthebasisonwhichproductmix,sparepartsprocessingline,fixedworkinghoursandotherinformationwillbeplannedduringtheworkcenterloadingrateofthealgorithm,and,accordinglymanufacturingsystemtoidentifybottlenecksandotherproductionnetworkconstructedunderwaytoidentifybottlenecksontheexistingmethodsforimprovementoftheexistingmethodofdeterminingthesizeofthebuffer,theproposedbuffersettingsandcontrolmethodandthenuseheuristicsearchmethodtaboo(TabuSearch)DBRwithTheoryofConstraints(DrumBufferRope),productionplanningandcontrolforenterpriseresourcebottlenecksDrumproductionplanfortheeventualformationofaschedulingoptimizationofproductionschedulingschemetoimproveabottleneckresourcesbatchprocessingmodel,andgivesasolutiontothevolumemodelMethods.ABSTRACTIVChapter4ofthediscussioninthispaperbasedontheTheoryofConstraintsproductionplanningandcontrolsimulationmethods,dividedintothefollowingmainparts:thestudyofthetheoryofconstraints,modelingandsimulationonthebasisofproposedbasedonDiscreteEventSystemsModelingandSimulationoftheDBRimproveproductionplanningandcontrolmethods.Firstthemethodofproductionsystemstocollectdata,suchasthetaskofdata,processdataandcapacitydata,usingdiscreteeventsystemmodelingandsimulationsoftwaretobuildWitnesssystemmodel,andthenruntodeterminesystemsimulationbottlenecksindeterminingthebasisofthesystembottlenecksonthesimulationandoptimizationofDBRtodeterminetheparametersofthelastAccordingtotheparametersoftheDBRproductionplanningandcontrol.Chapter5ofthispaperwerediscussedbasedontheTheoryofConstraintsproductionplanningandcontrolmethodsinasimulationassemblyenterpriseapplications,anditincludesthefollowingaspects:thestudybasedontheTheoryofConstraintsproductionplanningandcontrolofthesimulationmethodonthebasisofadieselenginefactoryonthebasicsituationofenterprisesandenterprisesoftheproductionplanningandcontrolofthecurrentsituationandexistingproblems,andthroughthecollectionofdatainthesystem,suchasthetaskofdata,processdataandcapacitydata,usingthispaperBasedontheTheoryofConstraintsproductionplanningandcontrolsimulationmethods,anduseWitnesstobuildsoftwaresystemmodel,andthenruntodeterminesystemsimulationbottlenecksinthesystembottlenecksidentifiedonthebasisofthesimulationandoptimizationofDBRtodeterminetheparametersaccordingtothefinalDBRbytheparametersoftheimplementationofproductionplanningandcontrol,showedthatchangecanbeeffectivelyovercometheshortcomingsoftheoriginalmethodtoenhancethesystem'soutput,toreduceitsinventoryproducts,whichprovesthefeasibilityofthemethod.Chapter6isconclusionsandoutlooks.OfcoursethispaperalsohassomeShortcomings,andthisleaveforfurtherstudyofspace.Keywords:Productionplanningandscheduling,TheoryofConstraints,BottleneckResource,Buffer,Simulation,WitnessAbstractIIAbstractTheallocationofmanufacturingresourcesisalwaysthehottopicofresearch.Therequirementoftheefficiency,punctualityandflexibilitybecomemoreandmoreimportantfacingthefastchangingmarketenvironment.TOC(TheoryofC
