ICSXXXXXX备案号:XXX-XXXX北京市地方标准DBDB11/XXXX—XXXX早拆模板施工技术规程Technicalspecificationforearlyremovingformworkconstruction(送审稿)2009-××-××发布2009-××-××实施北京市建设委员会北京市质量技术监督局DB11/XXXX—XXXXI前言本标准按照北京市建设委员会、北京市技术监督局《2007年北京市标准年编制计划》的要求,根据多年施工数据的积累分析、现场施工方案的制定、施工工艺及质量验收标准的总结制定、试验室及现场试验验证数据收集分析,借鉴国内外不同形式的模板早拆体系,以现有国家标准为依据,编制完成。本标准主要内容共分7章、4个附录。第一章总则第二章术语第三章基本规定第四章构配件第五章早拆模板设计第六章早拆模板施工第七章检查与验收附录A、B、C、D本标准3.0.3;4.0.4;5.0.7;6.3.3;6.3.5为强制性条款,其余为推荐性条款。由于本标准为国内首次编制,为了提高标准质量,在执行过程中如发现需要修改和补充之处,请将意见和建议反馈至编制单位,以供下次修订时参考。本标准附录A是规范性附录,附录B、附录C、附录D是资料性附录。本标准由北京市建设委员会、北京市质量技术监督局归口管理。本标准条文解释由北京市建设委员会、北京市质量技术监督局授权予标准编制单位。本标准起草单位:北京建工集团有限责任公司北京市第三建筑工程有限公司北京泰利城建筑技术有限公司天津大学本标准主要起草人:曹勤王京生杜京胡裕新成志全丁红岩孙合祥张显来杨占启崔桂兰徐伟周新郭彦玉柴冲宋占杰刘敏杨小玲谢继成DB11/XXXX—XXXXII目次CONTENTS1总则·····························································································································1General······························································································································12术语·····························································································································2Terms·································································································································23基本规定·····················································································································3Basicregulations···············································································································34构配件·························································································································4Fittings······························································································································45早拆模板的设计·········································································································6Earlyremovingformworkdesign······················································································66早拆模板的施工·········································································································8Earlyremovingformworkconstruction·············································································87检查与验收···············································································································10Checkandacceptance······································································································10附录A···························································································································11AddendumA·················································································································11附录B·····························································································································13AddendumB················································································································13附录C·····························································································································14AddendumC················································································································14附录D·····························································································································15AddendumD················································································································15条文说明·························································································································16Accountsforitems··········································································································1611总则1.0.1为了规范早拆模板的设计与施工,做到安全可靠、保证质量、技术合理、经济适用,制定本规程。1.0.2本规程适用于工业与民用建筑中楼板厚度不小于100mm,且混凝土强度等级不低于C20的现浇钢筋混凝土楼板施工。不适用于预应力楼板的施工。1.0.3本规程是在执行GB50204《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》有关规定的基础上编制。凡采用早拆模板进行施工的工程必须执行本规程的规定。执行本规程时,尚应符合国家和北京市其它现行有关标准的规定。22术语2.0.1早拆模板Earlyremovingform在楼板模板支撑系统中设置早拆装置,当楼板混凝土达到早拆强度时,早拆装置升降托架降下,拆除楼板模板;支撑系统实施两次拆除,第一次拆除部分支撑,形成间距不大于2m的楼板支撑布局,所保留的支撑待混凝土构件达到GB50204《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》拆模条件时再进行第二次拆除。2.0.2早拆装置Earlyremovingfitting早拆装置由支撑顶板、升降托架等组成,安装在竖向支撑上。支撑顶板直接支撑楼板底部,升降托架支撑主龙骨,调节升降托架高度,可将龙骨及模板降下,达到早拆模板而保留竖向支撑的装置。2.0.3早拆支撑Earlyremovingsupport可实施一次支撑,两次分别拆除的模板支撑系统。设置早拆装置,以确保模架第一次拆除时,保留支撑不受扰动。水平拉结杆件拆卸灵活方便的支架。2.0.4第一次拆除模架Removingformandsupportforthefirsttime当早拆支撑模架所支承的楼板混凝土达到早拆强度时,所拆除的模板、主次龙骨以及横向支撑和竖向支撑。33基本规定3.0.1早拆模板施工应建立健全安全、质量管理控制体系。3.02早拆模板应根据工程的施工图纸、施工组织设计进行设计,按本规程的要求编制早拆模板施工方案,制定施工工艺、确定模板与支撑的数量、模板拆除后竖向支撑的保留数量;并由技术主管部门审核批准。3.0.3早拆模板的设计与施工,必须保证第一次拆除模架后,支撑体系与结构荷载传递的转换可靠。模板早拆必须保证竖向保留支撑始终处于承受荷载状态,模板第一次拆除过程中,严禁扰动保留部分的支撑原状,严禁拆除设计保留的支撑,严禁竖向支撑随模板拆除后再进行二次支顶。(条文说明:现浇混凝土顶板设计与施工中,利用混凝土早期强度增长快的特点,人为地将结构跨度减小,从而降低拆模时混凝土应达到的强度,实现早期拆模。当顶板混凝土强度达到10MPa后,可以实施模架的第一次拆除。由于顶板混凝土尚未达到设计强度,此时顶板保留竖向支撑支顶不牢,或在拆除时扰动保留部分的支撑原状,或保留支撑被拆除后再做二次支顶,结构受到扰动,会影响混凝土的后期强度,降低结构的安全度,并使结构可能出现挠度超标、裂缝超标等混凝土缺陷。)3.0.4模板的安装、质量要求及检验方法等应按GB50204《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》等有关规定执行。3.0.5冬期施工采用早拆模板所浇筑的的混凝土,宜采用综合蓄热法。确保混凝土结构不受冻,强度不受
