12012届本科生毕业论文学号：080502050120成绩：家具企业库存管理系统的需求分析院部：计算机信息工程学院专业：电子商务姓名：方竹林指导教师：陈强二〇一二年四月2毕业论文诚信声明本人郑重声明：所呈交的毕业论文《家具企业库存管理系统的需求分析》是本人在指导老师的指导下，独立研究、写作的成果。论文中所引用是他人的无论以何种方式发布的文字、研究成果，均在论文中以明确方式标明。本声明的法律结果由本人独自承担。毕业论文作者签名：年月日3摘要企业总资产中，库存资产所占比例较大，对库存资产的管理与利用直接关系到企业的发展，库存管理也已经成为企业减少成本、增加利润的重要源泉。资料介绍，美国制造业中，平均库存成本占库存价值的30％-'-35％。因此对库存管理进行研究和开发库存管理系统将是企业实践中以及企业信息化建没的重要内容。而在进行开发之前，对其其需求分析是必不可少的工作。本文以斯尔摩红木家具企业为应用实例，通过对家具企业制造厂业务流程的深入调研利用领域工程知识，设计了一个基于家具企业的库存管理系统的需求分析。论文从库存管理系统的需求分析入手，对家具企业的库存和系统要求进行了详细分析，确定了本系统的用户类型、开发和运行环境。本课题在对我国家具企业的库存现状调查的基础上,分析了家具业对ERP的具体需求特点。并根据ERP对企业流程的要求,对企业的库存与采购管理的业务流程进行了分析,提出了库存管理系统的解决方案。并结合家具异于其它行业的特点,利用家具企业的特点和相关软件理论,设计了ERP环境下的库存管理系统的需求分析。本系统需求分析是建立在库存管理系统的在当今社会上的使用现状的基础上，提出对家具企业库存管理系统进行的需求分析，围绕家具行业的特点，库存的现状而展开的。通过对库存管理系统的需求分析，以至开发库存管理系统后可以实时、有效地对企业的库存进行管理,减少库存量,降低库存资金的积压,从而有利于增加企业的经济效益，并在企业库存管理的基础上,为企业决策提供充分的依据。同时可以提高信息共享程度、完善企业控制体系、缩短采购周期,使企业在当今日趋激烈的市场经济形势下更具竞争力。本系统的需求分析重点是家具行业的特点、家具企业库存现状、库存管理系统的设计、库存管理的业务流程,详细介绍了面向家具企业的EEP环境下库存管理系统的实现的可能性。最后确定利用SQL数据库平台进行开发分析,有望建立了一个易用的库存管理系统。【关键词】：需求分析库存管理；库存管理改进方法4AbstractThisarticlethroughtothefurnituremanufacturingfactorybusinessprocessofin-depthresearch,usingthedomainengineeringknowledge,designbasedonafurnitureenterpriseinventorymanagementsystemneedsanalysis.Papersfromtheinventorymanagementsystemneedsanalysis,tothefurnitureenterprisesinventoryandsystemrequirementswereanalyzedindetail,todeterminethesystemusertypes,developmentandoperatingenvironment.FurnitureenterpriseinventorymanagementsystembasedonMicrosoft.Netplatformasthedevelopmentplatform,usingeasylanguagetotheC#,MicrosoftSQLServer2005databaseasabackground,basedonB/Sarchitecturedevelopment.Inthisissueofcompanyofourcountryfurnitureinventoryonthebasisofinvestigation,analysisofthefurnitureindustrytothespecificERPdemandcharacteristics.AccordingtotheERPbusinessprocessrequirements,theenterpriseinventoryandprocurementmanagementbusinessprocessundertookananalysis,putforwardthesolutionofinventorymanagementsystem.Andthecombinationoffurnitureisdifferentfromotherindustrycharacteristics,useoffurnitureenterprisescharacteristicsandrelatedsoftwaredesigntheory,underthecircumstanceoftheERPinventorymanagementsystemneedsanalysis.Thesystemrequirementanalysisisestablishedintheinventorymanagementsystemiswidelyused,buttheeffectisnotapparentonthebasisoffurnitureenterprises,inventorymanagementsystemneedsanalysis,aroundthefurnitureindustrycharacteristics,inventorystatusandstart.Therapiddevelopmentoftheinformationsocietyoftoday'senterprisemanagementhasputforwardhigherrequirements,theenterpriseshouldenhancecompetitionability,informatizationistheonlywaywhichmustbepassed.ERP(EnterpriseResourcePlanning)isanimportantdirectionofthedevelopmentofenterpriseinformatization,alsobeimportantareasofcomputerapplications,itconstitutesthecorecontentofmodernenterpriseinformatization.ThefurnitureindustryofChinasmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,professionalproductionandinformationmanagementlevelislow.Duetothesmallprivatefurnitureenterprisesaccountedforthemajority,extensivemanagement,executemultiple5familialtype,experienceofmanagement.Domesticfurnituresmallproductioncompaniestoomuch,wasteofresources,aseriousshortageoftalentinscienceandtechnology,leadingtheentireindustryresearchanddevelopmentworklag,furnitureenterprisemanagementsystemisnotperfect,theinternalmanagementofpoorquality,theseproblemshavetobesolved.Managementistheinternalimportantlink,enterprisepromotedeclinereflectedinmanagementquality.Themajorityofourfurnituremanufacturersintheproductionmanagement,salesmanagement,inventorymanagement,warehousingmanagement,salarymanagementandfinancialmanagementandotheraspects,thereisnocorrespondingmanagementsystemandmeasures.Duetoitsbusinessscaleanditsoperatingcharacteristics,thedemandtoERPmoreurgent.Throughtheinventorymanagementsystemneedsanalysis,andthedevelopmentofinventorymanagementsystemcanreal-time,effectivelytheenterpriseinventorymanagement,reduceinventory,reduceinventorybacklogoffunds,soastoincreasetheeconomicbenefitsoftheenterprise,andtheenterpriseinventorymanagementbasedon,fortheenterprisedecision-makingprovideasufficientbasisfor.Atthesametimecanimprovethelevelofinformationsharing,improveenterprisecontrolsystem,shortentheprocurementcycle,sothatenterprisesintoday'sincreasinglycompetitivemarketeconomymorecompetitive.Thissystemdemandanalysisfocusesonthefurnitureindustrycharacteristics,furnitureenterpriseinventorystatus,inventorymanagementsystemdesign,inventorymanagement,businessprocess,introducesindetailthefurnitureenterprisesundertheenvironmentofEEPinventorymanagementsystemtorealizethepossibilityof.Finally,determinetheuseofSQLdatabasedevelopmentplatformanalysis,isexpectedtocreateaeasytouseinventorymanagementsystem.【KeyWords】：furniture；theinventorymanagement；TheSQLdatabase6目录第1章前言..............................................................................................................................71.1研究背景及库存管理系统的研究意义...............................71.1.1研究背景....................................................................................
