AutomobilemanufacturersweldingapplicationofnewtechnologieswiththeoveralldevelopmenttrendWeldingisamodernmechanicalmanufacturingprocessanecessarywaytogetcarmanufacturersatawiderangeofapplications.Automobileengine,gearbox,axle,frame,body,insidethesixcannotbeseparatedfromthetotalChengduweldingtechniques.Atthemanufactureofautomotivecomponents,spotwelding,projectionwelding,seamwelding,rollwelding,arcweldingelectrodes,CO2gasshieldedarcwelding,argonarcwelding,gaswelding,brazing,frictionwelding,electronbeamweldingandlaserwelding,etc.typesofweldingmethods,becauseofspotwelding,gasshieldedarcwelding,brazingwiththeproductionvolumeisverylarge,ahighdegreeofautomation,high-speed,lowpower,weldingdeformationofsmall,easy-to-usefeatures,sothecoverageofautobodysheetmetalpartsisparticularlysuitable,so,inautomobileproductioninthemostwidelyused.Investmentcostsatabout75%inspotwelding,otherweldingmethodsaccountforonly25%.Withthedevelopmentoftheautomobileindustry,auto-bodyweldingproductionlineisalsograduallydevelopinthedirectiontothefullyautomated,inordertocatchupwithinternationalstandards,improveproductivityatthesametime,requireseffortstoimprovethequalityofautomobilemanufacturers.Asweallknow,implementationisaprerequisiteforautomatedmanufactureofpartsandcomponentstohighprecision,thesmallesthopeofweldingdistortion,weldingsiteswantfreshappearance,andcalledformoreandmorehigh-weldingtechnology.Facingourcountry'saccessiontoWTOopportunitiesandchallenges,weldingareaofthepopularizationandapplicationofnewtechnologiesfortheautomotiveindustrytoenhancethebrandhasanextremelyimportantrole.First,theautoindustryusedweldingmethodsandtheapplicationofpartsandcomponentsAutomotiveapplicationsareweldingindustrynoodleoneofthemostwidelyusedmethodofweldingawiderangeofapplicationsasfollows:1.ResistanceWelding(1)Spotweldingusedmainlyforbodyassembly,flooring,doors,sideWaiWaiafter,theformerbridgeandsmallparts.(2)Multi-spotweldingforbodybaseboardcontainingboxcardoors,enginecoverandtrunkcover.(3)Projectionweldingandrollweldingforbodyparts,shockabsorberstem,brakeshoe,screws,nutsandsmall,suchasstents.(4)Seamweldingthebodycapforraincanopies,shockabsorberhead,fueltank,mufflerandoil,suchasdisk.(5)Forbuttweldingsteel,wasdischargedintotheairstem,cuttingtools,etc..2.Electricarcwelding(1)CO2arcweldingforthecar,rearaxle,frame,shockabsorberstem,beam,shellandtuberearaxle,driveshaft,hydrauliccylindersandjacks,suchaswelding.(2)Weldingfortheoilplate,aluminumalloypartsforweldingandrepairwelding.(3)Electricarcweldingelectrodeforthickpartssuchasstents,sparetireracks,trailersandsoon.(4)Submergedforhalf-bridgecasing,flange,andnaturalgasvehicles,suchaspressurevessels.3.Specialwelding(1)Frictionweldingforautomotivestem,rearaxle,axle,steeringrodandtheattendanttools.(2)Forelectronbeamweldinggear,afterthebridges.(3)LaserWeldingforBodybackplanes,gear,materialsandsparepartsundertheedgeandsoon.4.OxyacetyleneweldingRepairweldingforbodyassembly.5.BrazingForradiators,copperandsteelparts,hardalloywelding.Two,theautomobileindustryweldingapplicationofnewtechnologiesNowadays,theautomobileindustryalotofadvancedweldingtechnology,onlytosetouttherelevantbodyweldingandweldingofnewtechnologies.1.Resistanceandcontrolofenergy-savingtechnology(1)Conjoinedhangingspotweldingintheautomotiveindustrythemostwidelyusedarehangingspotweldingmachine,aworkshopisoftendozensorhundredsofunits,mostlyinitscapacityabove100kVA,automotivesheetmetalattheweldinghasbeenwidelyapplications.(2)Ofresistanceweldingmachinecurrentresistanceweldingmachinecommunicatesubstantialuseofthesingle-phaseAC50Hzpowersupply,largecapacity,lowpowerfactor.Thedevelopmentofthree-phaselow-frequencyresistanceweldingmachine,three-phasesecondaryrectificationweldingcontacts(inordinarytypespotwelder,seamwelder,weldingmachineapplicationconvex)andtheIGBTinverterresistanceweldingmachine,youcansolvetheimbalanceandimprovepowergridpowerfactor(upto09above)theproblem.Atthesametimecanbefurthersavepower,therealizationofmicrocomputercontrolparameterscanbebetterappliedtoweldingofaluminumalloy,stainlesssteelandotherdifficulttoweldmetalwelding.Itcouldalsofurtherreducetheequipmentweight.(3)ThecontrolofresistanceagainsttheSouthwestJiaotongUniversity1RimFactoryAlloyRimButtWeldingdevelopmentofPLC(programmablecontroller)Intelligentcontroller,ontheoriginalmachinehadatransformation,tosolvethealuminumalloycarlapweldingqualityproblems,improveweldingproductivity.FactoryhasbeendevelopedafterthesameseamweldingPLCcontrollertosolvethegeneralclean-uprequirementspartsoftheseamweldingproblem.Thesetwocontrollersthroughthedevelopment,provedmorethansingle-chipmicroprocessorcontrollerPLCanti-interferenceability,highreliability;IPCcontrollerthansmallsize,lowcost,useofacommonsingle-phaseACpowerfrequencyresistanceweldingmachineachieveahighdegreeofdifficultyofthebuttweldingandseamweldingjob.2.Gasshieldedweldingtechnology(1)Thesurfacetensionofthetransitionwaveformcontrolmethod,thekeyistousetwocurrentpulseachieveadroplettransition,thefirstcurrentpulsetoformadropletandupuntilashortcircuitdropletand
