为搞好山东省交通科学研究所研发基地项目的结算审计工作,我跟踪审计部特针对本项目作如下要求,请各施工单位、供货单位遵照执行：andperformancetestcopiesoftherecord.Ifnecessary,reviewshouldbecarriedout;4)forspringhangers(includedsimplespring,hangersandconstantsupporthangers)itshouldalsoberecognizedassettingandlockingofloads.5)checkthesurfacequality,foldedlayeringandwithoutcracks,rustandotherdefects.5)aftercompletionofthetestandcontroldrawingnumberonebyone,byseriesbaled.Coloralloysteelparts,thepartsmarkinginstallationlocationandrotationaboutthedirectionyouwant.7.3.14.hangersinstallation7.3.14.1hangerlayouta.acleardesignofhangershouldbeinstalledstrictlyinaccordancewiththedrawingsanddesignsshallnotbeinstalledwrong,missing,etc.B.ownarrangementofpipingsupportandhangersetandselectionshouldbebasedoncomprehensiveanalysisofgenerallayoutofpipingsystems;coldinstallationofsteampipewithparticularattentionreservedforcompensationofthermalexpansiondisplacementandorientation.C.supportsystemsshouldberationaltowithstandpipeloads,staticloadandincidentalload;reasonablepipingdisplacement;guaranteedundervariousconditions,stressarewithintheallowedrange.Strength,stiffness,andmeetrequirementstopreventvibrationandsoothingwater,withoutaffectingtheadjacentequipmentmaintenanceandotherpipinginstallationandexpansion.D.equipmentconnectedtotheinterfacetomeetpipelinethrust(torque)limitrequirements;increasethestabilityofpipingsystemstopreventpipeline...Tubewallthickness(mm)2-34-67-10weldformnoslopemouthweldstrengtheningheighth(mm)1-1.51.5-2weldwidthb(mm)5-67-6hasslopemouthweldstrengtheningheighth(mm)1.5-22weldwidthb(mm)coverhadeachedgeslopemouthabout2mmargonarcweldingweldstrengtheningsurfaceheightandwidthtubewallthickness(mm)2--33--45--6weldformweldstrengtheningheighth(mm)1-1.51.5-22-2.5widthb(mm)一、基层局部补强工程进场后用三轮压路机进行碾压，对有问题的局部区域进行铺设20cm二灰结石进行补强处理。经业主、监理认可后满足标高后直接摊铺二灰结石，二灰碎石在拌和场集中拌和后运至现场，采用人工配合挖掘机或装载机等摊铺，摊铺后以压路机碾压，一次碾压成型。碾压成型后第二天起开始养生，养生期为7天。在此期间，必须加强保护措施，严禁行车。养生期满、经检测合格后，应清除二灰表面浮尘，方可进入下道工序。二灰结石7天无侧限浸水抗压强度≥0.8Mpa；压实度≥98%。二、沥青下封层沥青下封层施工前，要对路面进行除尘、排水；并在施工前，将路面上的路牙沿进行覆盖，以免喷洒乳化沥青时造成污染。1、路面除尘：二灰结石施工后，在养生凝固过程中，表面灰浆由于水分的散发快于凝固时的化学反应，最终游离出来，在二灰基础面层上会形成一层细细的灰尘。为了保证沥青面层与二灰基层能有机地粘结，必须将这些沥青粉末和细微颗粒清除干净。除尘的方法，根据以往的施工经验，我们将采取先干扫鼓风机除尘的步骤进行除尘。⑴在进行干扫时，要注意不得扬尘过大，清扫出的灰堆及时用小推车装走，集中清运；干扫阶段，每天还应根据气候情况，安排洒水车进行洒水降尘。⑵用手提鼓风机进行最后一次除尘。鼓风机除尘应仔细进行，确保路面上灰尘已清除干净。⑶沥青施工前，要对施工范围内所有窨井框盖、路沿的边缘处进行检查，如有杂物残留粘附在框盖、路沿上，应立即清除。2、路面排水：沥青摊铺前，很有可能会遇到阴雨天气，因此必须注意路面排水工作。下雨后要立即安排工人进行路面积水的清扫，并排入附近的路面排水设施内，以尽早晾干路面，为沥青摊铺创造条件。3、下封层施工：为搞好山东省交通科学研究所研发基地项目的结算审计工作,我跟踪审计部特针对本项目作如下要求,请各施工单位、供货单位遵照执行：andperformancetestcopiesoftherecord.Ifnecessary,reviewshouldbecarriedout;4)forspringhangers(includedsimplespring,hangersandconstantsupporthangers)itshouldalsoberecognizedassettingandlockingofloads.5)checkthesurfacequality,foldedlayeringandwithoutcracks,rustandotherdefects.5)aftercompletionofthetestandcontroldrawingnumberonebyone,byseriesbaled.Coloralloysteelparts,thepartsmarkinginstallationlocationandrotationaboutthedirectionyouwant.7.3.14.hangersinstallation7.3.14.1hangerlayouta.acleardesignofhangershouldbeinstalledstrictlyinaccordancewiththedrawingsanddesignsshallnotbeinstalledwrong,missing,etc.B.ownarrangementofpipingsupportandhangersetandselectionshouldbebasedoncomprehensiveanalysisofgenerallayoutofpipingsystems;coldinstallationofsteampipewithparticularattentionreservedforcompensationofthermalexpansiondisplacementandorientation.C.supportsystemsshouldberationaltowithstandpipeloads,staticloadandincidentalload;reasonablepipingdisplacement;guaranteedundervariousconditions,stressarewithintheallowedrange.Strength,stiffness,andmeetrequirementstopreventvibrationandsoothingwater,withoutaffectingtheadjacentequipmentmaintenanceandotherpipinginstallationandexpansion.D.equipmentconnectedtotheinterfacetomeetpipelinethrust(torque)limitrequirements;increasethestabilityofpipingsystemstopreventpipeline...Tubewallthickness(mm)2-34-67-10weldformnoslopemouthweldstrengtheningheighth(mm)1-1.51.5-2weldwidthb(mm)5-67-6hasslopemouthweldstrengtheningheighth(mm)1.5-22weldwidthb(mm)coverhadeachedgeslopemouthabout2mmargonarcweldingweldstrengtheningsurfaceheightandwidthtubewallthickness(mm)2--33--45--6weldformweldstrengtheningheighth(mm)1-1.51.5-22-2.5widthb(mm)2⑴沥青洒布前应先进行弯沉测试密实度，测试数据达设计要求后方可洒布。⑵应采用沥青洒布车喷洒沥青，洒布时应保持稳定的速度和喷洒量，洒布均匀。洒布汽车无法作业的路段或部位，以及漏洒的部位均应用手提式喷洒器进行人工喷洒或补洒；有油料积聚时应立即刮除。⑶乳化沥青洒布温度不应超过60℃，洒布速度应与集料洒布能力相协调，在破乳之前必须完成集料洒布。因此，在浇洒沥青后（不必等全段洒完）应立即洒布集料，及时扫匀，要达到全面覆盖一层，厚度一致、集料不重叠，也不露出沥青的要求。当有局部缺料或积料时，应立即找补或扫除。⑷洒布一段集料后（不必等全段铺完）立即用8T钢筒双轮压路机碾压，为避免过分压碎石料，宜碾压3－4遍。碾压速度开始不宜超过2km/h，以后可适当增加。边角处可用小型手扶压路机碾压。⑸碾压成型后应检查，若有泛油现象，应在泛油部位补洒嵌料并扫匀。过多的浮动集料应扫出路外。⑹在乳化沥青破乳后水分蒸发并基本成型后方可进入下道工序。三、沥青面层的施工本工程沥青结构层为4cm细粒式AC-13-Ⅰ+5cm中粒式AC-16-Ⅰ+6cm粗粒式AC-20-Ⅱ。施工时应逐层进行，待下面层完全施工结束后，再施工上面层；同时，对道路上各附属物要采取相应的保护措施。1、沥青面层的施工应在沥青封层施工结束后进行。采用摊铺机进行机械摊铺。2、测定基准线：摊铺机摊铺沥青之前，应测定基准线，使摊铺机通过传感托杆沿准绳行驶，以控制摊铺。⑴钢桩定位：钢桩距摊铺机熨平板端17—60cm，最大不能超过70cm。钢桩钉在路牙外10—20cm，桩间距离为7.5—10m，每桩均测高程。⑵测设高程：在设计纵断的标高上加一个常数，其值约比设计高程加40—50cm，比路牙高20cm为宜。⑶钉钢桩：各桩之间保持直线，牢固地钉入之后套管。调整托杆方向，使其指向路边方向，垂直于路中心线，将高程测在托杆上，合格后拧紧顶丝。在起点和终点桩外5m为搞好山东省交通科学研究所研发基地项目的结算审计工作,我跟踪审计部特针对本项目作如下要求,请各施工单位、供货单位遵照
