机械加工车间生产辅助工具管理模式研究与系统开发重庆大学硕士学位论文学生姓名:陈德敏指导教师:宋豫川教授专业:机械制造及其自动化学科门类:工学重庆大学机械工程学院二O一一年五月ResearchonProductionAssistantToolsManagementandDevelopmentofitsSystemforMechanicalWorkshopAThesisSubmittedtoChongqingUniversityinPartialFulfillmentoftheRequirementfortheDegreeofMasterofEngineeringByChenDeminSupervisedbyProf.SongYuchuanMajor:MechanicalManufacturing&AutomationCollegeofMechanicalEngineeringofChongqingUniversityChongqing,ChinaMay2011中文摘要I摘要随着市场竞争的加剧,迫切需要企业借助信息技术和现代化的管理方法对传统的生产模式进行改进,以提高企业的管理和经营水平。近年来,相当一部分企业已经实施了ERP、MES等信息管理系统,对企业的销售、财务、计划、车间制造过程等进行了管理。但是在车间制造过程的信息化建设过程中,对生产辅助工具(包括刀具、检具、工装夹具)管理的重视不够,工具管理与企业的生产计划和车间调度的联系较少。因此,如何将生产辅助工具与企业的生产计划和车间调度结合,实现生产现场生产辅助工具的配送,对在有限资源的情况下,提升车间制造能力,实现更好的生产效益具有重要的意义和工程应用价值。论文以机械加工车间生产辅助工具管理为研究对象,建立了一种车间辅助工具的需求计划模式,同时根据车间现场辅助工具的管理特点,建立了一种辅助工具的配送模式,使辅助工具在满足车间生产的前提下,将正确数量的生产工具,在正确的时间送达到正确的地点,从而减少辅助工具库存,提高工具使用效率。首先,论文借用物料需求计划的原理,通过将生产辅助工具绑定到工艺路线的方式,建立了一种辅助工具的需求计划模式,给出了辅助工具需求计划的计算逻辑,从而根据生产计划确定辅助工具的总体需求。其次,根据辅助工具的需求和物料需求的不同,结合车间现场辅助工具的管理特点,在辅助工具需求计划的基础上,建立了一种辅助工具的车间现场配送模式。在该模式下,结合车间现场的生产调度情况和工艺路线的基础数据,制定了生产现场辅助工具配送计划以及配送时间冲突时的解决办法,同时研究了辅助工具配送的实现方法。再次,对其中的部分关键技术进行了研究。根据生产计划和现场调度,以及工艺路线和NC代码对辅助工具的使用要求,制定了辅助工具现场动态配送计划,在满足生产的前提下减少配送回收次数和数量。最后,在上述研究的基础上,进行了车间现场辅助工具管理的系统总体设计和信息建模,并开发了一套生产辅助工具管理系统,该系统作为作者所在的课题组开发的可配置MES系统的一部分,已在某离散制造企业进行了实施。关键词:生产辅助工具,配送,动态调度,工具管理重庆大学硕士学位论文II英文摘要IIIABSTRACTAsmarketcompetitionintensified,themassproductionmodeoftraditionalMTO(make-to-order)enterprisetrendstovarieties,smallbatchproductionmodegradually.Thistendencymakesenterpriseschangethetraditionalmodeurgentlytoimprovetheenterprisemanagementandworkinglevel.Inrecentyears,alongwithdepthresearchandapplicationoftheenterpriseinformatization,someadvancedmanagementsystems,suchasERP,MES,inordertomanagementtheenterprise’smarketing,finance,planning,workshopmanufacturingprocesshavebeenimplementedsuccessfullyinmoreandmoreenterprises.However,ontheaspectofproduceassistanttoolsmanagement,manyenterpriseshavenotpaidsufficientattention.Thetraditionalproductiontoolmanagementlessassociatedoftheproductionplanningandschedulingofenterprise.Withthefurthercompetitionofmarketbeingaggravated,inordertoachievethemaximizationproductionbenefitintheconditionofthelimitedresources,itissignificanttoconsiderandstudyhowtocombinedproductionplanningwithtoolsschedulinginorderthatproduceassistanttoolscanbedeliveredtoproductionsiteontime.Inthepaper,managementmodeofproductionassistanttoolsformechanicalprocessingworkshopisresearched.Establishashopassistanttoolsdemandplanningmode,simultaneouslyaccordingtoworkshopmanagementfeaturesofthesiteauxiliarytool,akindofdistributionmanagementmodelofauxiliarytoolsisestablished,bywhich,makingauxiliarytoolsinmeetthepremiseofworkshopproduction,representstheideaofputtingthecorrectamountofproductiontoolstotherightsiteintherighttime.Firstly,basedontheMRPprinciple,throughthewaythatbindingauxiliarytoolstoprocessroute,akindofauxiliarytoolsdemandplanningmodeisestablished.Also,thecalculationofauxiliarytoolsdemandplanaccordingtotheproductionplanlogicisgiven,whichdeterminetheoveralldemandauxiliarytools.Secondly,accordingtothedifferentoftherequirementsplanningandauxiliarytoolsplanning,combiningsiteauxiliarytoolscharacteristic,akindofdistributionmanagementmodelofauxiliarytoolsisestablished.Inthismode,combinedworkshopproductionschedulingandthebasicdata,theformulationmethodoftoolspunctualdeliveryplanningandthesolutionofconflictbetweenproductiontasktime重庆大学硕士学位论文IVanddeliverytimeareresearched,andprioritiesprinciplecorrespondinglyisestablishedaswell.Meanwhile,therealizationmethodoftoolspunctualdeliveryinproductionsiteispresented.Thirdly,someofthesekeytechnologiesareresearched.Accordingtoproductionplanandsiteoperation,andtheprocessrouteandtherequirementsoftoolsbyNCcode,theauxiliarytoolsdynamicdistributionplanareestablished.Timesandnumbersofdistributioncanbereducedwithadjustmentofdistributionbydynamicdispatchingplan.Finally,accordingtotheresultsofabovestudyandanalysis,theworkshopsiteauxiliarytoolsmanagementsystemisdesignedanditsinformationmodelisestablished.Also,asetofproductionassistanttoolsmanagementsystemisdeveloped.AndasamainpartofconfigurableMESsystemdevelopedbytheresearchgroupauthorjoined,thetoolmanagementsystemhasbeenimplementedsuccessfullyinsomediscretemanufacturingenterprise.Keywords:ProductionAssistantTools,Delivery,DynamicDispatching,ToolManagement目录V目录中文摘要......................................................................................................................................I英文摘要...................................................................................................................................III1绪论..........................................................................................................................................11.1引言...................................................................................................................................11.2机械加工车间生产辅助工具管理研究现状...................................................................21.2.1制造执行系统研究现状.....................
