1000升IBC吨桶使用说明OPERATIONINSTRUCTIONOFIBC1、灌装及储存使用者在灌装前须进行灌装物与本容器原材料的化学相容性试验。灌装时先打开灌装口盖，插入外径小于150mm的管子实施灌装，灌装完毕后拧紧密封盖。热灌装要求小于60°C,并等到灌装物冷却至环境温度后再拧紧封盖。注意遮蓬贮存，避免曝晒。FILLING&STORAGEUsersshouldmakeanexperimenttoensurethechemicalcompatibilityoftheliquidtobefilledwiththerawmaterialoftheIBC.Inthecourseoffillingpleaseremovethetopfillinglip,thenfillthoughthepipewithexternaldiameterlessthan150mm，finallytightenallclosuresafterfilling.Thetemperatureofhotfillingshallnotexceed60°C.Closuresshallbescrewedtightlyuntiltheliquidiscooledtonormalatmospherictemperature.2、排液打开顶部的灌装口盖，旋下阀门前端螺纹盖，撕开封闭用的铝膜;如使用阀门接管，请将其连同垫圈套在螺纹盖中，拧回放料阀并拧紧。也可采用其它合适的接口放料。然后卸门手柄上的锁闭螺丝，再将阀门手柄顺时针扳动以开始放料。放料完毕后逆时针转手柄关闭阀门，装上锁闭螺丝，旋上放料阀密封盖和灌装口盖。DISCHARGERemovethetopfillinglid.Unscrewandremovesealingcapfromthedischargevalve.CutoffAlnmfoil.Whenusingvalvenozzleforeasydrain,pleaseinsertnozzleintothesealingcapandscrewthecapontothedischargevalvewithgasketandtightenit.Oruseotheradaptorsfordischarge.Unscrewthelockingboltofthevalvehandle.Rotatethevalvehandleclockwisetobegindischarge.Afterdischargepleaserotatethevalvehandlecounterclockwisetosealthevalve,installthesecurityboltandscrewthesealingcapofdischargevalveandtopfillinglid.3、装卸本容器的提升方式为底部提升，不允许使用顶部提升方式。底部提升时，叉车的叉臂进入叉孔并超过对面底部钢框后方可提升。堆码时务必把上面容器底部钢框放置在下面容器顶部钢框内，不允许叉臂碰撞内容器、钢框架、阀门、护角以及托盘中除叉孔以外的部位。LIFTINGOnlyliftingIBCsfromthebottomispermitted.Liftingformthetopisforbidden.4、车辆或集装箱内装载IBC桶包装货物运输时，集装箱或车辆应具备至少同容器等高的刚性围壁和围栏。装载两层时，务必在车箱或集装箱内放置合适的缓冲物并加以捆扎。LOADINGINTRUCKORISOCONTAINERTheISOcontainersorvehiclesshouldbeequippedwithrigidwallorsurroundingbarwhicharenotlowerthanthehighoftheIBCs.Whentwohighofloadingispermitted,usersshouidplacepropercushionsandtakemethodstofixeveryIBC.5、日常维护和检查严禁阀门和内容器受到外力冲击和碰撞。在二次回用灌装前，必须对返回容器的状态进行仔细检查，例如内容器和框架是否被撞击过从形成泄漏点或影响正常装卸和堆码。特别需要对阀门进行检查，注意安装在阀门根部铝紧固螺帽和内容器结合部是否紧密。MAINTENANCE&INSPECTIONThevalveinnercontainerofIBCmustbeprotectedstrictlyfromhittingorcolliding.Beforerefillingusersshouldchecktheconditionofrecycledcontainertoavoidanyunsafety.Speciallyacheckmustbedoneforthevalve.
