地形平坦开阔,地层由第四系全新冲积层,第四系上更新统冲层组成,局部表覆第四系全新统人工堆积层。第四系全新统冲积层厚度约25~50m,岩性主要为黏土、粉质黏土、粉土、粉砂、细砂;第四系上更新统冲积层厚度大于50m,岩性主要为黏性土、粉土、粉细砂等。管桩深度范围内地层主要为:粉土、黏土、粉质黏土,局部表层为杂填土。couplingCentreshallbechecked,thesecondpouredconcretestrengthofmorethan70%.Intheprocessofreamingorboring,apartfromthespecialprovisionsinfactory,doesnotallowanyworkthatmayaffectthecouplingCentre,suchasirrigation,tocylinderconnectionstofloodthecondenserpipesandsoon.Wellboring,hingeboltholeflangewithcouplingofvertical,notoblique.Mountingboltsshouldbeaddedlubricants,typinggentlywithasmallhammer,nottoolooseortootight,packedtheboltswiththecorrespondingsealscrewholeshouldbemarked.6.4.5.4.2couplingreamedandpairingsisclosetothediameterofboltbearinggoodhingeholes,dressedwithagoodtwocouplingboltsbeforeyoucanmovetherotor,boring-reamingholeinturn.Couplingboltsmustbetightcouplingissymmetricaldiameter,inboring,reaming,twoboltsout.Wellboring,hingeboltholeflangewithcouplingofvertical,notoblique.Duetothecouplingboltsinaccordancewithhingeholescorrespondingtothediameterofthescrewholesonebyoneafterprocessing,processingbackboltinstallationlocationcannotbechanged,soaccordingtoboltaftertheactualweightdifferenceofnutandlockwashertomatch.Generalrequirementsforcouplingtwosymmetricaldiameterbolt,nutandlockwasher'stotalweightdifferenceshouldnotbegreaterthan10gandknocksstampedmark.(SeeFigure18)Thecouplingboltsapplylubricant,andthengentlywithcopperhome,nottoolooseortootight.BoltAssemblyisfinished,symmetricaltighteningallboltsto30%,50%,70%,100%force,andcheckthecouplingflutterandbeforeconnectingthecirclegraduallychangesitsvalueshouldbelessthan0.02mm.Tighteningtorqueofthecouplingboltsshallcomplywiththetechnicalrequirementsmanufacturersdrawings,withadynamometricwrenchorlogtensiontools.Threewheelrotorswingtestcouplingconnectionsshouldbechecked:takingleave,一、自动喷淋灭火系统及消火栓系统1、工作内容自动喷淋灭火系统包括管道架设、管道保温、喷头及各类阀门等设备的安装及系统的调试。2、工艺流程管道架设-检查工程质量-管道水压试验-管道冲洗-隐蔽工程检查-施工配合-设备安装-检查安装质量-系统调试-工程检测-工程验收-竣工交接3、施工方法3.1管道架设:自动喷淋灭火及消火栓系统镀锌钢管的连接方式直径DN≥100的管道采用沟槽式连接件连接,DN<100的管道采用丝接。为保证管道内的洁净,必须保证每根管道都应进行严格的系统冲洗和吹扫。管道布设完毕后,根据设计要求,管道外刷红丹漆进行标识。3.2设备安装:吊顶部位的喷头采用闭式喷头下垂式和直立式安装,消防栓箱距地1.1米墙壁安装。4、施工技术措施管道安装前应具备下列条件:施工图纸及其他技术文件齐全,并已进行技术交底;对安装所需管材、配件和阀门等附件以及管道支承件、紧固件、密封圈等核对产品合格证、质量保证书、规格型号、品种和数量,并进行外观检查;施工场地及施工用水、供电满足要求;施工机具已到场;与管道连接的设备已就位或已定位。施工人员应经技术培训,熟悉钢管的性能,掌握基本操作技能。4.1管道安装:管道安装前应校直管子,并应清除管子内部的杂物;安装时应随时清除已安装管道内部的杂物。如需在镀锌管上开孔焊接时应提前预制,必要地形平坦开阔,地层由第四系全新冲积层,第四系上更新统冲层组成,局部表覆第四系全新统人工堆积层。第四系全新统冲积层厚度约25~50m,岩性主要为黏土、粉质黏土、粉土、粉砂、细砂;第四系上更新统冲积层厚度大于50m,岩性主要为黏性土、粉土、粉细砂等。管桩深度范围内地层主要为:粉土、黏土、粉质黏土,局部表层为杂填土。couplingCentreshallbechecked,thesecondpouredconcretestrengthofmorethan70%.Intheprocessofreamingorboring,apartfromthespecialprovisionsinfactory,doesnotallowanyworkthatmayaffectthecouplingCentre,suchasirrigation,tocylinderconnectionstofloodthecondenserpipesandsoon.Wellboring,hingeboltholeflangewithcouplingofvertical,notoblique.Mountingboltsshouldbeaddedlubricants,typinggentlywithasmallhammer,nottoolooseortootight,packedtheboltswiththecorrespondingsealscrewholeshouldbemarked.6.4.5.4.2couplingreamedandpairingsisclosetothediameterofboltbearinggoodhingeholes,dressedwithagoodtwocouplingboltsbeforeyoucanmovetherotor,boring-reamingholeinturn.Couplingboltsmustbetightcouplingissymmetricaldiameter,inboring,reaming,twoboltsout.Wellboring,hingeboltholeflangewithcouplingofvertical,notoblique.Duetothecouplingboltsinaccordancewithhingeholescorrespondingtothediameterofthescrewholesonebyoneafterprocessing,processingbackboltinstallationlocationcannotbechanged,soaccordingtoboltaftertheactualweightdifferenceofnutandlockwashertomatch.Generalrequirementsforcouplingtwosymmetricaldiameterbolt,nutandlockwasher'stotalweightdifferenceshouldnotbegreaterthan10gandknocksstampedmark.(SeeFigure18)Thecouplingboltsapplylubricant,andthengentlywithcopperhome,nottoolooseortootight.BoltAssemblyisfinished,symmetricaltighteningallboltsto30%,50%,70%,100%force,andcheckthecouplingflutterandbeforeconnectingthecirclegraduallychangesitsvalueshouldbelessthan0.02mm.Tighteningtorqueofthecouplingboltsshallcomplywiththetechnicalrequirementsmanufacturersdrawings,withadynamometricwrenchorlogtensiontools.Threewheelrotorswingtestcouplingconnectionsshouldbechecked:takingleave,时管道两端采用法兰活接,焊接后做完清理防腐再安装。严禁在已安装好的镀锌管道上开孔施焊。4.1.1管道穿过建筑物的变形缝时,应设置柔性短管。穿过墙体或楼板时加设套管,套管长度不得小于墙体厚度,穿过楼板套管,其顶部应高出装饰地面20mm,穿过卫生间或厨房楼板的套管,其顶部应高出装饰地面50mm。管道的焊接环缝不得位于套管内,套管与管道的间隙应采用不燃烧材料填塞密实。4.1.2管道横向安装宜设0.002-0.005的坡度,且应坡向排水管;当局部区域难以利用排水管将水排净时,应采取相应的排水措施。当喷头数量小于或等于5只时,可在管道低凹处加设堵头;当喷头数量大于5只时,宜装设带阀门的排水管。4.1.3管道安装时应先安装配水干管(立管)再安装水平管,管道安装应平直,立管和水平管的连接应采用沟槽式管件,不应采用机械三通。4.1.4管道支、吊架及防晃支架的安装:管道支吊架应符合设计规范要求,牢固可靠。管道支架或吊架之间的距离应不大于下表的规定:公称直径(mm)253240507080100125150200250距离(m)3.54.04.55.06.06.06.57.08.09.511.04.1.5管道支架、吊架的安装位置不应妨碍喷头的喷水效果;管道支架、吊架与喷头之间的距离不宜小于300mm,与末端喷头之间的距离不宜大于750mm。4.1.6配水支管上每一直管段,相邻两喷头之间的管段设置的吊架均不宜少于一个,当喷头之间距离小于1.8m时,可隔段设置吊架,但吊架的间距不宜大于3.6m。4.1.7当管道的公称直径≥50mm时,每段配水干管或配水管设置地形平坦开阔,地层由第四系全新冲积层,第四系上更新统冲层组成,局部表覆第四系全新统人工堆积层。第四系全新统冲积层厚度约25~50m,岩性主要为黏土、粉质黏土、粉土、粉砂、细砂;第四系上更新统冲积层厚度大于50m,岩性主要为黏性土、粉土、粉细砂等。管桩深度范围内地层主要为:粉土、黏土、粉质黏土,局部表层为杂填土。
