可自行插入学校LogoPage1JobOfferandAgreement(Part-time)(thenameofyourschool)decidestooffer(passportnumber:)apart-timeteachingpositionstartingonTheworkingscheduleagreeduponbothpartiesisasfollow:.DutiesandObligationsThedutiestobeperformedbytheemployeeinclude(butnotlimitedto):1.TeachingEnglishCorners,privateclassesorhostingactivitiesasassignedbytheEducationSupervisoroftheschool.2.OtherdutiesasassignedbytheEducationSupervisorandagreeduponbybothparties.3.Thestatementintheemployee’scurriculumvitae,resume,referencesandotherinformationsubmittedtotheemployerinsupportoftheEmployee’sapplicationforthispart-timepositionmustbetrueandnotmisleadinginanysense.4.Theemployeehasavalidpassport.TheemployeeisnotamemberofanyorganizationthatmayberegardedbyauthoritiesasathreattopublicsecurityorsocialorderofChina.5.Theemployeemustperformthedutiesinaprofessionalanddiligentmanner.6.Theemployeemustobeythewrittenand/orverbaldirectionsoftheemployer.7.Theemployeemustatalltimecomplywiththetermsandconditionsofthisjobofferandagreementandtherulesandregulationsoftheemployer.8.TheemployeemustatalltimecomplywiththelawsofthePRC9.TheemployeemustnotharmtheimageoftheEmployerorotherstaffwiththeemployer.10.TheemployeemustprovidethepassportandvisacopytoHRdepartmentwithinoneweekaftertheagreementissigned.RemunerationTheEmployee’sremunerationiscalculatedaccordingtohis/heractualteachinghours:1.Theactualteacherhourshouldbenotmorethan4hoursperdayandnotmorethan24hoursperweek.2.RMB150perclass(beforetax).UsuallytheschoolwillarrangetwoclassesinarowandanotheryuanwillbegivenasatransportationfeeeverytimetheESLteachercomestoteach.3.Theschoolshouldnotetheemployeeone–week’sworkingscheduleifthereisanychangeupontheagreedschedule.4.Thefirstperformancereviewwillbemadeafterthefirstmonth.Andthereviewreportwillbeareferenceforraisingthesalaryoftheparttimeteachers.5.Theemployeewillbepaidonthe10thofeachmonth,notinadvance,fortheteachinghoursinthepreviousmonth(every1sttothelastdayofthemonth).6.TheEmployeegetsthepaymentinthecenterwithinthepayperiodfromthe10thtothe15thofeverymonth.Overtheperiod,theemployeeshouldcontactthedirectEducationSupervisorforthepayment.PenaltyforMisconduct1.Thepenaltytakesformofterminationofthisagreementordeductioninpayforthemonthwhenthemisconductoccurs.Misconductsincludefailureinteachingscheduledclasseswithoutanoticeatleastonedayinadvance,beinglateforthescheduledclassesformorethan8minutes,andotherconductsthatmaynegativelyinfluencetheemployer.2.Iftheemployeefailsinteachingscheduledclasseswithoutanoticeatleastonedayinadvance,thedeductioninpayisRMB200perincident.Anyothermisconduct,thedeductioninpayisRMB300perincident.Andtheemployeemustnotetheschoolatleast7sevendaysearlierifPage2heorsheisgoingtoendthiscontractbeforethevalidityperiodofthiscontract,oranotherRMB300isgoingtobededucted.3.Exceptionsareaccidentsorurgenthealthproblems,inwhichcase,theemployeemustinformtheEducationSupervisorassoonashe/sherealizestheaccidentorproblemandmustfindorrecommendasubstituteteacherwiththequalificationsrequiredbytheemployer.TerminationTheemployerreservestherighttoterminatethisagreementinthefollowingcircumstances:1.Theemployeebringstheschoolintodisrepute.2.Misconductsoftheemployeeoccur.3.Theemployeebreachestheconfidentialityclauseasreferredtoinsection“confidentiality”4.Iftheemployeeisguiltyofderelictionofduty,incompetence,insubordination,dishonestyorotherbreachesofemployee’sdutiesorobligationsunderthisagreementortherulesandregulationsoftheschool.5.Theemployeefailstoworkfor30consecutivedays.Theemployeereservestherighttoterminatethisagreementwithatwo-weeknoticeinwritinginthefollowingcircumstances:TheemployerfailstocomplywiththetermsofthisagreementConfidentialityTheemployeemustkeepallinformationregardingtotheemployer’steachingmethodsandadministrationconfidential.Theemployeemustnotdisclosedetailsofhis/heragreement.Theemployeemustnotusetheemployer’steachingmethodsandmaterialsforanyotherpurpose.Theobligationsoftheemployeeconcerningthesectiontitled“Confidentiality”willsurvivetheterminationofthisagreement.GeneralTheemployercannotarrangetheemployeethenewworkingschedulewithoutemployee’sagreementandshouldconfirmwithemployeeeveryFridayforthenextweek’sscheduleonEmailorMessage.AndtheemployeeshouldsticktothescheduleonceconfirmwiththeschoolonEmailorMessage.Theemployerreservestherighttoaddextraclassesinshortnoticeupontheemployee’sagreement.ThisagreementwillbeinterpretedinaccordancewithandissubjecttothelawsofPRC.ThepartiessubmitirrevocablytothejurisdictionofthecourtsofthePRCinrespectofanydisputerelatingtoorconcerningthisagreement.ThetermsandconditionsofthisagreementprevailoveranyconflictingorinconsistentprovisionsoftheEmployer’srulesorregulations.Thisagreementiseffectiveimmediatelyandsupersedesanyprioragreements,understandingsorrepresentationsrelatingtoorconcerningtheEmployee’semploymentbytheEmployer.Eachpartywillreceiveasignedcopyofthisagreement.Bothversionsareidenticalandequalintheeyesofthelaw.TheEmployeeacknowledgesreceiptofacopyofthisagreement.TheEmployer:TheEmployee/theSignature:Date::Date:
