(工商管理硕士)佳木斯市河海水利工程处管理信息系统分析与设计THEANALYSISANDDESIGNOFTHEJIAMUSIHEHAIIRRIGATIONWORKSCOMPANY’SMIS高汉山2007年12月国内图书分类号：V526国际图书分类号：629.78工商管理硕士学位论文佳木斯市河海水利工程处管理信息系统分析与设计硕士研究生：高汉山导师：崔宝灵副教授申请学位：工商管理硕士所在单位：佳木斯市河海水利工程处答辩日期：2007年12月授予学位单位：哈尔滨工业大学ClassifiedIndex:V526U.D.C.:629.78ADissertationfortheDegreeofMBATHEANALYSISANDDESIGNOFTHEJIAMUSIHEHAIIRRIGATIONWORKSCOMPANY’SMISCandidate：GaoHanshanSupervisor：AssociateProf.CuiBaolingAcademicDegreeAppliedfor：MBAAffiliation：JiamusiHehaiIrrigationWorksCompanyDateofDefense：December,2007Degree-Offering-Institution：HarbinInstituteofTechnology哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文-I-摘要目前我国正在进行着世界上最大规模的基本建设。目前大多数施工企业管理方法相对落后，管理手段陈旧，管理制度也不健全。建筑业施工企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。我国施工企业网络信息化水平还处在非常初级的阶段，随着信息时代的到来，我国的建筑施工企业也必将不可抗拒地加速进入信息网络时代，建筑施工企业对管理信息的要求越来越高。为了提高企业的经营水平和核心竞争力，在激烈的市场取得竞争优势，在佳木斯市河海水利工程处建立和实施管理信息系统便有了实际的意义。本文根据工程处现有管理模式以及改革发展意向，采用结构化系统开发方法，就佳木斯市河海水利工程处管理信息系统(以下简称HHMIS)的设计和实施设想进行了论证。首先，给出了系统开发的背景，考察了管理信息系统发展的历史、现状以及在建筑施工企业的应用，得出只有借鉴国内外先进的管理方法，充分发挥科技特别是信息技术进步带来的巨大潜力，根据工程处的情况开发自己的管理信息系统，才能达到管理规范化、信息化，提高企业核心竞争力的目的。其次，在系统分析阶段分别从管理上、技术上和经济上做系统可行性分析，接着分别从组织结构、管理业务流程、数据流程三个方面作详细调查，在重新设计管理业务流程和数据流程的基础上，给出了新系统的逻辑结构，从而得出了新系统的完整的逻辑方案。再次，在系统设计阶段建立系统设计的总体原则，对系统进行总体设计。这一部分从功能结构、信息系统流程和功能模块的角度描述了系统的物理结构，对系统进行代码设计、系统平台方案设计、数据库设计、系统安全设计、输入、输出设计，为用户提供方便的人机交互手段。最后，在系统实施的若干设想阶段明确系统建设实施的原则，接着确定了系统实施的策略、组织结构、开发工具及模式的选用，明确了系统实施过程设想。然后给出HHMIS及其子系统的设想主界面，最后总结HHMIS的技术特点及在实际工作中应该注意的问题。关键词管理信息系统；结构化开发方法；建筑施工企业哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文-II-AbstractThelargestscaleofcapitalconstructionsarebeingdoneinourcountrynowdays.Mostofbuildingenterprisesarefallinmanagementmethod,oldinmanagementmeansandunsoundinmanagementsystem.Therearemoreandmorefiercecompetitionsamongconstructionbuildingenterprises.Thestandardofnetinformationinourconstructionenterpriseslieinaprimitivestage.Withthecomingofinformationtimes,thoseenterpriseswillnotavoidtotakepartintheinformationages.Constructionbuildingenterprisesneedahighlevelofinformationofmanagement.Inordertopromotethelevelofmanagementandraisethecorecompetition,makingadvantagesinbusiness,ithavepracticalmeaningtobuildandusemanagementinformationinJiamusiHehaiirrigationworkscompany.InthisthesisauthoraccordingtothemanagementmodelreforminganddevelopingintendofJiamusiHehaiirrigationworksbureau,thestructuredsystematicdevelopingmethodisadopted,thedesignandimplementationplanofthemanagementinformationsysteminJismusiHehaiirrigationworkscompanyisdiscussed.Atfirst,theauthormakeclearthatthebackgroundofcreatingsystem,researchthehistoryofcurrentsituationandapplyinofconstructionenterpriseofthemanagement.Concludingthatshouldonlystudyingtheadvantagemanagementmethodfromboththeinteriorandabroad,makefulluseofthelargepotentialityofscienceandtechnologyespeciallytheadvantagecomefromtheadvanceofinformationtechnology.Creatingmanagementinformationsystemofourselvesaccordingtothepracticalsituation,onlyinthiswaycanwereachthegoalthatraisingthecompetitionsthroughmeetthepurposeofinformationandstandardizationofmanagementcanreach.Thenatthephraseofthesystemanalyze,analysisoffeasibilityweredonefromthemanagement,technicalandeconomic.Detailedinvestigationwasdonefromthefollowingthreeaspects--organizationalstructure,businessmanagement,dataflow.Onthebasisofredesignthenewdatacourseandbusinesscourse,thelogicalconstructionofnewsystemwasgiven,alsowastheintegrityofthenew哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文-III-systemlogicalprogram.Third,inordertogiveatotalitydesignthegeneraldesignprinciplesaregiveninthephraseofsystemdesign.Inthispart,describingthephysicalconstructionofthesystemfromthefunctionalstructure,processesandinformationsystemsfunctionmodule.Theauthorturntomakecodeenvironmentconfigureproject,database,systemsecurity,inputandoutputdesign.ItProvideaconvenientmeanstotheinteractionofhuman-machine.Atlast,inthephaseofsomeimaginesaboutthesystemsimplementation,theruleshowtodevelopthesystemaregiven.Afterthatthestrategyhowtorealizethesystem,theorganizationrealizethesystem,thedevelopingtoolsandthemodelofthesystemareidentified.Theprogressofhowtorealizethesystemisidentified.ThemainsurfacepictureoftheHHMISandthesystempicturethatbelongtoitareprovided.ThespecialtechnologyoftheHHMISissummarized.Thequestionthatshouldbepayattentiontotherealworkinthefutureisgiven.Keywordsmanagementinformationsystem;structuredsystematicdeveloping;constructionenterprise哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文-IV-目录摘要.......................................................................................................................IAbstract.................................................................................................................II第1章绪论.........................................................................................................11.1问题的提出.................................................................................................11.1.1背景.....................................................................................................11.1.2开发的意义.........................................................................................21.2国内外的情况.......................................................................
