MOBILIZATIONSCHEDULE1.SiteInstallationPlan1.1.Contractor’sSiteOffice&AccommodationThesiteofficeandaccommodationwillbeconstructedinaccordancewiththerequirementofconstructionmanagementandconsideringtheactualareaprovidedbytheEmployer.Thesiteofficewillbedesignedtobe1800m2andincludessiteoffice,storagearea,parkingarea,watertowerforportablewater,washroomandtemporaryseweragesystem.Thereare38siteofficeroomsdesignedwhichwillaccommodates68peopleasoffice.Andthereare48siteaccommodationroomsdesignedwhichwillaccommodate250people.1.2.PlantsandWorkshopsConcreteplant,asphalt-concreteplant,towercranes,workshopsforcarpenters,rebarfabrication,steelstructureassemblingetc.,arearrangedaccordingtotheconstructionrequirement.AttachedLayoutDrawingsStandardphysicalmappingforsiteplanStandardConcretePlantMaterialEquipmentOffice,Lab,ConcretePlant,PrecastAreaLayoutAsphaltPlantLayout1.3.UtilityPlan1.3.1.UtilityatSiteOfficeWater:Theportablewaterwillbesourcedoutsideofairportandtransportedbywatertanktruck.Thewatertankswillbeprovidedonsitetoensurethewatersupply.WaterTankElectricity:Accordingtothesitevisit,theemployercanprovideelectricitypowersupplybasedonwhichthepowersupplywillbeconnectedtoaccesspointprovidedbytheEmployer.Abackupgeneratoratcapacityof400kwwillbeprovidedonsite.Generatorstobeprovidedonsite1.3.2.UtilityatConstructionSiteWater:Thewatersuppliedforconstructionworks,suchasearthworks,concretemixing,sitecleaningetc.willbeprovidedbytransportingfromoutsideriversandbythewellsconstructedatsite.Watertankstocontainwaterwillbeconstructedtotherequirementsoftheconstruction.TemporaryReservoirElectricityAccordingtothesitevisit,theemployercanprovideelectricitypowersupplybasedonwhichthepowersupplywillbeconnectedtoaccesspointprovidedbytheEmployer.One400kwgenerator,one200kwgeneratorsandtwo75kwgeneratorswillbeprovidedonsiteasbackup.The400kwbackgeneratorwillbeusedbackupthepowersystemforconcretemixingstation,rockcrushstationandAsphaltmixingstation.Thetwo75kwbackgeneratorswillbeusedbackuptheotherequipmentsandsitelighting.2.Mobilization&DemobilizationSchedule2.1.PersonnelMobilization&DemobilizationPersonnelmobilizationanddemobilizationarearrangedasshownintheattached“PersonnelMobilization&DemobilizationPlan”.2.2.EquipmentMobilization&DemobilizationEquipmentmobilizationanddemobilizationarearrangedasshownintheattached“EquipmentMobilization&Demobilization”.2.3.TemporaryRoads2.3.1.TemporaryroadsforSiteOfficeATemporaryroadforsiteofficewith6meterwidthwillbeconstructedtoconnecttheringroadforwatertreatmenandsiteyard.2.3.2.TemporaryRoadsatConstructionsiteMaintemporaryroadswillbeconstructedasshownintheattacheddrawing.Othertemporaryroadswillbeconstructedduringtheconstructionperiodaccordingtotherequirement.2.4.TemporaryDrainage2.4.1.TemporaryDrainageatSiteOfficeThetemporarydrainagewillbeconstructedwithconcreteblockonsitewhichshallbe300mm*400mmand500mmawayfromthefencingwork.ThedrainageshallbecoveredandrainwatershallbeconnectedbyPVCpipetothedrainage.Drainagesystem2.4.2.TemporaryDrainageatConstructionSite1.Thedrainageplanatwayextensionpart:thetemporarydrainagesystemwillbeconstructedparalleltothepermanentdrainagesystem.Itwasdesigned25meterawayfromthepermanentdrainageand1500mminwidthand500mmindeep.Toavoiddisturbingthebackfillingwork,theadditionaldrainagemaybeaddedtodivertthewaterintothemaindrainagesystem.Therainwaterwillbedivertedtotheriverthroughthetemporarydrainagesystem.2.Thedrainageplanatapronarea:withconsideringofthepermanentdrainagesystem,therearetwo-drainagewith1500mminwideand500mmindeepwillbeconstructednearapronandtaxilane.Thetwo-drainagewilldivertthewaterintotheriver.Thedrainagesystemwillbeimprovedduringtheconstructiontosatisfytherequirementofconstruction.2.5.Fencing2.5.1.FencingatSiteOfficeandAccommodationTheSiteOfficeandAccommodationareaswillbefencedwith2100mmmasonry-steelstructure.Thesteelstructurewillbesupportedwithblockwallandcolumnat5matinterval.FencingsystematSiteOfficeandAccommodationAreas2.5.2.FencingatConstructionSiteTheconstructionareaalsowillbefencedwith2100mm-highsteelfencingsystemandbarbwire.Toensurethesafetyofconstructionandtheairport,theregularpatrolwillbearranged.Fencingsystematconstructionarea3.Constructionhistogram:
