1.IntroductionGoodafternoon,Ladiesandgentlemen.Iamhonoredtohavebeeninvitedtospeakatthisconference.IamaPhDstudentfromXXXandcurrentlydoingsomeresearchonInstrumentScienceandTechnology.Today,mytopicisConceptualDesignofanEvaluationDeviceforPowerTestofExplosives.Thecontentofthispresentationisdividedinto4parts:insection1,IwillintroducetheResearchStatusQuoofsomeexistingmethodsforpowertestatHomeandAbroad;insection2,Iwillgivetheoveralldesignandtestingprincipleofthedevice;themathematicalmodelandsimulationresultswillbeshowedinsection3;andfinally,Iwillmakeaconclusion.Beforeenteringthetheme,let'slookatwhatisthepowerofexplosives.Thesumofmechanicalworktosurroundingmediumbyexplosioniscalledpowerofexplosives,whichreflectstheabilityoftheexpandinggasproducedbyexplosionandisalsoanimportantindicatorforevaluatingtheperformanceofexplosives.2.BodySection1:ResearchStatusQuoatHomeandAbroadThesearesomeexistingmethodsforpowertestofexplosives:1)lead-castmethod2)blastingfunnelmethod3)ballisticmortarmethod4)underwaterexplosionmethod5)ballisticprojectilemethodLet’slookattheadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftwotypicalmethodsforpowertest.Thelead-castmethodisthefirststandardmethodintheworld.Itiseasytooperateanddoesnotrequirespecializedtestequipment.However,thelittletestquantityofexplosives,thephysicalpropertiesaswellasdifferentmanufacturingprocessesoflead-castresultinalargerexperimentalerror.Inaddition,thelead-castisdisposableandhighcost,thereforetheinternationalcommunityadoptstheunderwaterexplosionmethodaswell.Thismethodcannotonlytestlargequantityofexplosives,butalsohasagoodreproducibilityofexperimentaldata.However,thetestsystemofunderwaterexplosionrequireslargeinitialinvestment,complexexperiment,hightestcostandprofessionaltesters.Therefore,itisnecessarytoestablishasimple,reliableandaccuratepowertestmethod.Thesimpleandpracticalevaluationdeviceintroducedinthispresentationcanrealizetheaccurateandreliablemeasurementonpowertestofexplosives.Section2:DesignofDeviceforPowerTestofExplosivesHereyoucanseeafigurewhichshowstheschematicoftheoveralldesignscheme.Thisdevicecanbedividedintothreecomponents.Thispart(爆炸腔)isusedtostoreanddetonateexplosives;Thispart(驻退机、复进机)canconsumetheenergygeneratedbyexplosion;Theotherpart(连接和承载组件)isconnectionandsupportcomponent.Thefigure2.2showsthefunctionofvariouscomponents.Basedontheaboveanalysis,thetotalenergygeneratedbyexplosioncanbedividedintothefollowingenergy:Hydraulicenergyofrecoilmechanism,Gasenergyofcounter-recoilmechanism,Energyoftheremnantexplosiongas,FrictionheatandOthermicroenergy.Section3:MathematicalModelandSimulationResultsTheMathematicalModelofDeviceisbasedontwoBasicPrinciples:1)ThermodynamicEquationofGasState;2)Newton'sSecondLawsofMotion.Throughaseriesofdeduction,acomprehensiveequationofthedeviceisobtained.Thisisitsinitialcondition.Wecangetthevalueofeachparameterbysolvingtheequation.Thefigure3.1showsthechangeofpressureatthejustmomentofexplosion.Itisthesimulationresultsundertheconditionof76.8g[gram]ofTNT.Thensolvetheequationthroughcomputer,IgetTheCurveofPressureandMotion.Fromthesecurves,wecandrawthefollowingconclusions:Thepressurevalueintheexplosionchamberdecreasesrapidlyatfirst.Thenitdecreasesslowlyandtendstobestableintheend.Theaccelerationisverylargeatfirstandthendecreasesrapidly.Itdoesnotincreaseuntilthevaluereducestonegative.Theaccelerationtendsto0intheend.Thevelocityincreasesrapidlyatfirst,thenreachesthemaximumvalue.Afterthis,itdecreasesslowlyandtendsto0finally.Thedisplacementincreasesrapidlyatfirst,thenincreasesslowlyandstabilizesataround0.5m.Thecurvesobtainedfromthecomprehensiveequationfitwellwiththeexpectedresultsandtheenergycanbeestimatedbythecurves.Itisprovedthatthetestprincipleofthedeviceisfeasible.Theequationestablishedandparametersselectedarereasonable.Section4:ConclusionsTosumup,theevaluationdeviceforpowertestofexplosivesisdesignedbasedontheprincipleofconservationofenergy.Ithastheadvantagesofsimpleoperation,hightestprecision,goodrepeatabilityandcanbeoperatedindoors.Thedevicecanprovideaneffectiveevaluationmethodforpowertestofexplosivesandhastheguidingsignificanceforimprovingtestprecisionofpowertestofexplosives.That’sall.Thankyou!Arethereanyquestions?Comparedwithothertestmethods,whatistheadvantageandimprovementofyourdevice?Itisasimpleandscientificpowertestmethod.Comparedwithothertestmethods,thedevicecanrealizetheaccurateandreliablemeasurementonpowertestofexplosives.
