1目录第一章工程概况··············································································21.1编制依据·············································································21.2工程概况·············································································21.3自然条件·············································································4第二章施工组织··············································································52.1施工组织机构·········································································52.2工程管理的组织机构形式·························································62.3工程施工目标········································································7第三章施工进度计划········································································7第四章施工部署··············································································8第五章施工方案············································································125.1.引桥分项工程施工顺序··························································125.2引桥分项工程施工方案··························································12第六章施工现场平面布置································································20第七章主要施工管理措施································································228.1工程质量保证措施································································228.2工程进度保证措施································································248.3材料供应和检验措施·····························································268.4雨季施工保证措施································································298.5施工安全生产保证措施··························································308.6确保文明施工、文物保护措施·················································338.7环境保护及水土保持措施·······················································35附表一:拟投入本工程的主要施工设备表······································39附表二:拟投入本工程的主要材料试验、测量及质检仪器设备表········40附表三:劳动力计划表······························································402第一章工程概况1.1编制依据1.1.1、《丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程施工图设计》。1.1.2、采用的标准、规范、图集:1)、《内河通航标准》2)、《内河航运工程水文规范》3)、《港口工程荷载规范》4)、《高桩码头设计与施工规范》5)、《斜坡码头及浮运码头设计与施工规范》6)、《港口工程地基规范》7)、《水运工程混凝土结构设计规范》8)、《港口工程质量验收检测评定标准》9)、《水运工程质量检验标准》10)、《建筑工程施工质量验收规范统一标准》11)、《民用建筑设计通则》12)、《混凝土结构施工质量验收规范》13)、《预应力空心板》14)、《中南建筑配件图集》1.1.3、《丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程地质勘查报告》。1.1.4、本单位拥有的科技成果、管理水平、技术设备力量,多年积累的港口码头及民用建筑施工经验以及对施工现场、周围环境的调查所掌握有关资料。1.1.5、丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程招投标文件及答疑。1.1.6、丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程施工合同。1.2工程概况丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程位于汉江中游左岸、丹江口市内付家寨3河段,紧邻丹江口城区南部,朔江而上7km可达丹江口大坝,顺江而下642km可抵达武汉市汇入长江。新建500T级杂货泊位和散货泊位各一个(水工结构兼靠1000t级),年设计吞吐量55万t,其中杂货15万t,散货40万t。陆域纵深198.3~236.8m,陆域宽度175.0m。港区占地总面积3.9万㎡。陆域按照生产作业区、办公区和辅助生产区分区布置。码头前沿线距离后方江堤约60m,2个泊位总长175m。码头前沿线根据水流方向和水下地形条件顺岸式布置,杂货泊位布置在上游侧,散货泊位布置在下游侧。杂货库场作业区布置在上游侧,对应杂货泊位后方,共布置了一个杂货堆场和一个杂货仓库。散货堆场布置在下游侧,对应散货泊位后方,布置了一个散货进口堆场。杂货泊位装卸船机械选用2台固定式起重机,杂货采用牵引平板车完成水平运输,杂货堆场采用轮胎起重机完成货物的堆取作业,仓库配备叉车。散货泊位采用浮运头型式,卸船机械采用2台浮式起重机,散货水平运输采用带式输送机系统,堆料作业采用高架双臂堆料机,取料作业采用单斗装载机。水工建筑物概况杂货泊位采用高桩梁板结构。码头平台长度70m,宽20m。码头平台分为两个结构段,每个结构段长35m,排架间距8m。每榀排架基础采用1根ф1200㎜和3根1根ф1000㎜钻孔灌注桩,前三根顶设置桩帽,尺寸为1.8×1.8×1.2m,桩帽上接ф1000现浇立柱。上部结构为现浇等高纵横梁和现浇面板、预制靠船立柱等,码头前方设置1层系靠船梁及走道板组成的系靠船平台,上设置人孔和钢爬梯。码头顶面及系靠船梁设250KN系船柱,码头前沿竖向设置DA300H-2000标准反力型橡胶护弦,横向设置DA300H-1500标准反力型橡胶护弦。平台后方设置2座车行引桥,引桥长40m,宽9m,与平台相接处设喇叭口。引桥采用排架式结构,标准段排架间距13m,桩基采用ф1000㎜钻孔灌注桩。散货泊位采用浮运码头型式,码头由蹙船、活动钢引桥、支承墩、架空式栈桥及地牛等组成。码头前方设60m×12m×2m(长×宽×深)的钢质蹙船,活动钢引桥尺寸为30m×3.5m×3m(长×宽×深),钢引桥支承墩采用现墩台式结构,尺寸为6m×6m×2m(长×宽×深),墩台顶面高程为93.15m。皮带机过堤采用平交方式。41.3自然条件1.3.1地形、地貌拟建码头工程场地陆域地形较平坦,地貌单元属河流地貌,港区位于汉江高漫摊上,场地岩土主要由第四系冲积物组成,场地平坦,场地西侧为预制块堆场,东侧有池塘分布,北侧为丹奥医药化工,西南侧领汉江,港区陆域天然地面高程在89.1m~90.83m之间。该工程为一般工程,由岩土工程问题造成破坏的后果不严重,判定工程重要性等级为二级;建设场地经山地、冲沟地段改造平整而成,地形地貌复杂,地址环境受到一定程度破坏,为中等复杂场地;场区内岩土种类单一,性质变化不大,为简单地基。1.3.2水文、气象丹江口市属亚热带半湿润季风气候区,由于秦岭山脉的屏障作用,加之丹江口水库的水全效益及垂直地貌的影响,构成了丹江口市优越的山区区域性小气候,基本是“四季分明、光照充足、热量丰富、雨热同季、无霜期长、相对湿度大”。多年平均气温15.8℃,多年平均最高与最低气温分别29.2℃、-0.9℃,极端最高与最低气温分别为41.5℃、-12.4℃。多年平均降水量817.3㎜,历年日最大降水量179.6㎜,历年最大降水日113d,丹江口市降水主要集中在7-9月份,三个月的降水量约占全年觉得63%。多年平均风速2.3m/s,冬季主风向东北风,夏季主风向东南风。1.3.3地震地区地震基本烈度为Ⅵ度,设计基本地震加速度为0.05g,设计地震分组为第一组。建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类,属对建筑抗震一般的地段。拟建建筑抗震设防类别为丙类,抗震设防烈度按标准设防为Ⅵ度。51.3.4交通丹江口市的铁路运输线有襄渝线和汉丹线2条。丹江口市域南部东西方向有316国道和襄十高速公路,交通相当发达;市域北部只有一条三级公路丹郧线,处于山岭重丘区,路况较差。南北方向主要是一些县乡公路,分别与东西方向公路相连。水路经汉江上行可达丹江口大坝,顺汉江下行可达长江武汉。项目场地沿汉江下游河堤有一条宽4m、长500m的土便道与樊丹线相通。1.3.5水、电、通讯码头区生产生活用水及消防用水由码头后方场区接管供给,施工机械和运输车辆等冲洗用水由设在码头上的1台流量50m³/h扬程40m的潜水泵直接取汉江水供给。根据负荷等级、用电负荷容量及当地电网条件,本工程采用一台10KV专线供电,供电电源由附近的110KV的区域变电站接引。通讯采用手机与座机联系,很方便。第二章施工组织2.1施工组织机构我公司组建项目经理部,按项目法组织施工,并实行项目经理负责制。项目经理作为项目的独立主体在法人授权的情况下,全面履行本项目合同义务、责任、权利,保质量、保工期完成施工任务。为确保工程的顺利开展,项目部由具备丰富施工经验的专业人员组成,在项目经理的领导下,该部将全面负责施工、技术、质量、安全、核算等工作,根据作业计划和施工预算提出劳动力、材料、机具需要用量计划,统一指挥生产,协调落实资金和保证施工物资的供应。确保本工程的工期、质量、成本、安全和文明施工等五项控制目标的实现。为使工程施工质量得到保证,我公司将按国际质量/环境/职业健康安全认证6体系GB/T19001-2000、GB/T124001-2004、GB/T28001-2001认证体系严格管理,完善质量保证体系,并且在施工过程中接受现场监理和甲方检查人员的监督检查,争取创合格工程。2.2工程管理的组织机构形式丹江口港陈家港港区物流园码头工程项目经理部施工员质检员安全员材料员机械员预算员建筑工程师材料工程师计量工程师质检工程师码头工程师结构工程师测量工程师机械工程师各专业施工队(组)项目经理技术负责人项目副经理技术组施工组质安组财务组后勤组保卫组丹江口市交通投资有限公司72.3工程施工目标本项目的工程施工目标:质量达到合格标准;无重大安全事故,减少一般事故,人员因施工负伤率小于3‰,重伤率小于0.5‰。第三章施工进度计划3.1施工计划3.1.1施工计划安排原则项目部通过认真学习设计文件,根据企业的综合能力,主要是资金拥有额、机械设备配置数量、进场人员数量及素质、综合管理水平,
