——屋面防水工程施工方案――第1页共12页目录1、编制依据···························································································22、工程概况···························································································23、施工准备···························································································33.1、材料准备··················································································33.2、施工现场准备············································································33.3施工技术及安全准备···································································44、主要施工方法·····················································································44.1、工艺流程··················································································44.2、保温层施工···············································································44.3、找坡及找平层施工······································································54.4、防水层施工···············································································55、质量要求···························································································76、细部节点做法·····················································································76.1女儿墙泛水·················································································76.2屋面水落口·················································································86.3檐口··························································································86.4屋面出入口·················································································96.5窗台··························································································97、成品保护··························································································108、应注意的质量问题··············································································108.1、气孔、气泡··············································································108.2、起鼓························································································108.3、涂膜翘边·················································································108.4、破损························································································119、其他注意事项····················································································1110、防水工程安全技术要点:···································································11——屋面防水工程施工方案――第2页共12页1、编制依据1.1深圳大学建筑研究院设计的《深圳特发信息港大厦建筑、结构图施工图纸》1.2《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》(GB50300—2001)1.3《建筑施工安全检查标准》(JGJ59-99)1.4《屋面工程质量验收规范》(GB50207—2002)1.5《建筑构造通用图集—屋面》(88J5-X1)1.6《建筑安装工程资料管理规程》(DBJ01-51-2000)1.7XXX大厦工程《施工组织设计》2、工程概况本工程建筑包括A、B、C三栋楼及庭院四部分,建筑屋面为平屋面。防水层防水等级为二级,保温层为35厚聚苯板;具体做法从上到下依次为:10厚的浅色地砖;25厚1:4干硬性水泥砂浆;40~60厚C20细石混凝土(局部反坡<1.5%),内配Φ4@100ⅹ100钢筋网片,@6000设分格缝,缝宽15,缝内预贴15ⅹ30的聚苯乙烯泡沫板,板缝上端嵌聚氨酯密封胶,深10;35厚挤塑聚苯板隔热层;2.0厚聚氨酯防水涂膜泛水净高度500;20厚1:3防水水泥纤维砂浆找平层;C20细石混凝土找坡,最薄处20;防水混凝土屋面板。卫生间地面的具体做法自上而下一次为:地砖300X300X8白水泥擦缝;3厚A型聚合物防水水泥砂浆粘贴层;10厚B型聚合物防水水泥砂浆找平;1.5厚聚合物水泥基防水涂层,沿墙上翻400;1:3纤维防水水泥砂浆找坡,坡度1%,坡向地漏,最薄处10厚;——屋面防水工程施工方案――第3页共12页钢筋混凝土结构底板.卫生间墙面的做法从内到外依次为:钢筋砼或其它砌体基底;12厚1∶3纤维防水水泥砂浆打底;1.0厚聚合物水泥基防水涂层,高2.0米;5厚A型聚合物防水水泥砂浆;3~5厚釉面瓷片,白水泥浆擦缝。3、施工准备3.1、材料准备3.1.1、屋面工程包括以下材料:35厚聚苯板保温材料、C20细石混凝土、B型聚合物防水水泥砂浆、聚氨酯密封胶、聚苯乙烯泡沫板、聚氨酯防水材料、1:3防水水泥纤维砂浆、地砖。3.1.2、卫生间做法需要以下材料:地砖、聚合物防水水泥砂浆、B型聚合物防水水泥砂浆、聚合物水泥基防水涂层、纤维防水水泥砂浆、釉面瓷片。3.1.3、各种原材料、制品和配件均应符合设计要求,并需符合现行的国家标准或部颁标准的规定。使用前应具有质量证明文件及出厂合格证,并应在施工过程中进行检验、复检工作,作好记录。3.1.4、各类材料进场后,物资员、工长、质检员应及时协同监理一同验收,待监理工程师同意使用后方可投入工程使用中,否则坚决退场。3.1.5、保温材料在运输和储存过程中,应防止受潮、淋雨和品种混杂,板状制品应立放并堆码整齐,防止损坏;现场材料堆放应堆码整齐,覆盖遮雨布并挂标识牌;保温层在施工中和在防水层施工前均应采取措施,覆盖遮雨布加以保护,以防浸水和损坏,保温层的容重偏差,不得超过要求的10%。3.2、施工现场准备施工前必须清理屋面杂物、积水,保持屋面干净、干燥;基层表面必须无松动现象;平整度偏差超过5mm的部分,视情况剔凿、铲平或采用1:3水泥砂浆修补。——屋面防水工程施工方案――第4页共12页3.3施工技术及安全准备施工前工长、质检员应做好前一道工序的施工记录资料、做好工序交接记录,并及时交由资料员整理归档。同时,工长及质检员应熟悉与屋面工程有关的图纸、规范及施工方案,并据此作好技术及安全交底工作,安全员必须与每名工人签署安全协议。4、主要施工方法4.1、工艺流程4.1.1、屋面施工工艺流程清理、处理基层浇筑C20细石混凝土找坡20厚1:3防水水泥纤维砂浆找平2厚的聚氨酯防水涂膜铺35厚的挤塑聚苯板隔热层铺Φ4@100ⅹ100钢筋网片浇筑40~60厚细石混凝土保护层1:4干硬性水泥砂浆铺地砖。4.1.2、卫生间施工工艺流程地面:清理、处理基层1:3纤维防水水泥砂浆找坡1.5厚聚合物水泥基防水涂层,沿墙上翻40010厚B型聚合物防水水泥砂浆找平3厚A型聚合物防水水泥砂浆粘贴层施工铺地砖,白水泥浆擦缝。墙面:清理、处理基层12厚1∶3纤维防水水泥砂浆打底1.0厚聚合物水泥基防水涂层,高2.0米5厚A型聚合物防水水泥砂浆3~5厚釉面瓷片,白水泥浆擦缝。4.2、保温层施工本工程屋面保温层采用35厚聚苯板保温材料,其上为40~60厚C20细石混凝土保护层。在干净、干燥的基层上满铺35厚聚苯保温板,然后在其上浇筑C20细石混凝土,浇筑完后及时进行浇水养护。浇筑细石混凝土时,应设分格缝,分格缝的宽度为15mm,其纵横向间距均为6000mm。分格缝内预贴聚苯乙烯泡沫板,板缝的上——屋面防水工程施工方案――第5页共12页端嵌聚氨酯密封胶。4.3、找坡及找平层施工屋面找坡层材料为细石混凝土,最薄处为20厚,坡向雨水口,坡度2%。卫生间为1:3纤维防水水泥砂浆找坡,坡度1%,最拨处10厚,坡向地漏。4.3.1、贴点标高、冲筋:浇筑找坡层前,拉线找坡按2m的间距贴点标高,拉好通线。浇筑时先按水流方向以2m间距冲筋,分格缝按保温层施工时所留设的分格尺寸进行留设。4.3.2、找坡层终凝后,即可施工找平层。找平层为20mm厚1:3防水水泥纤维砂浆。施工前一天,应将找坡层稍稍撒水湿润以利于基层与找平层结合,并铺设点标高,拉好通线。铺抹时,按分格块装灰,铺平,用刮杠靠冲筋条刮平,用木抹子搓平,铁抹子压光。待浮水沉失后,人踏上去有脚印但不下陷为止,再用铁抹子压光。阴阳角、女儿墙、出屋面烟风道等处应做成半径为150mm的圆弧或钝角。24h后浇水养护,养护期为7d。4.3.3、对于卫生间地面或墙面要求要平整,涂刷防水层的基层表面,必须将尘土、杂物等清扫干净,表面残留的灰浆硬块和突出部分应铲平、扫净,抹灰、压不,阴阳角处应抹成圆弧或钝角。穿墙管根定位后,楼板四周用水泥砂浆堵严,管根周围与地面相连部位用水泥砂浆抹成八字形。4.4、防水层施工本工程屋面防水层设计为2mm厚的聚氨酯涂膜防水,泛水净高≥250。4.4.1、工艺流程基层处理涂刷底胶涂刷防水涂料膜做保护层。4.4.2、基层处理涂刷防水层施工前,先将基层表面的杂物、砂浆硬块等清扫干净,并用干净的湿布擦一次,经检查基层无不平、空裂,起砂等缺陷,方可进行下道工序。4.4.3、涂刷底胶底
