一次性使用腔镜切割吻合器及组件。组件名称：钉仓，钉钻，走刀指示器，关节头，组件安装标记，锁定指示标记器身名称：安装标记，套管，关节调节旋钮，调节钮，钉仓锁定装置，钉仓复位钮，保险装置，手柄，击发手柄。使用步骤：1.从无菌包装中取出器械及组件。2.组件及器身上的安装标记对齐，用力对合，旋至不能移动为止，安装完成。3.取下钉仓保护盖，关闭击发手柄关闭钳口。穿过通路进入手术操作部位。4.向器身方向拉动钉仓复位钮，打开钳口。加持组织和钳口关闭状态不能调整角度与方向。5.平整将组织置入钳口，闭合钳口，击发击发手柄。6.按下保险装置，建议击发保险装置时使器械固定，以避免钳口撕裂组织。7.击发器械前等待15秒，连续击发，不要停留，可以通过走刀指示器观察切割位置。8.回拉钉仓复位钮，打开钳口，器械与组织分离，观察缝钉切口。9.调整调节钮和关节调节旋钮。使其复位。10.关闭钳口，把器械从手术通道中退出。11.向器身尾部拉动钉仓复位钮（注意一定要拉到底），按下保险装置，使击发手柄弹起。12.枪身方向按动钉仓锁定装置，旋转钉仓组件，器身与组件分开，清理套管，如需更换组件，重复以上步骤。注意事项：1.安装组件一定要用力按压到底，旋紧，会听到咔哒声，不然会发生闭合钳口无法打开，打开钳口无法切割的问题。2.在未进入人体前，不要取下钉仓保护盖。不能钳口打开进入手术区域。3.加持组织和钳口关闭状态不能调整角度与方向。否则会拉伤组织。4.手按在击发手柄上，无法打开钳口5.击发前打开保险，会有震感，经过套管的长度会使小震动变大，使组织拉伤，所以要双手按压枪身。5.向枪身尾部拉动钉仓复位钮，注意一定要拉到底，因为不拉到底，钳口还是打不开。6.不把关节调节旋钮复位，会取不下组件，损伤器械。DisposableendoscopeslinearcuttingstaplersandReloadCartridgeReloadCartridge:staplecartridge,naildrill,knifeindicator,jointhead,componentmountingmark,lockindicatorBodyname:installationmark,casing,jointadjustmentknob,adjustmentknob,staplecartridgelockingdevice,staplecartridgeresetbutton,safetydevice,handle,firinghandle.Stepsforusage:1.Removetheinstrumentsandcomponentsfromtheasepticpackage.2.Themountingmarksonthecomponentsandthebodyarealigned,forcefullyengaged,andcannotbemoveduntiltheinstallationiscompleted.3.Removethestaplecartridgecoverandclosethefiringhandletoclosethejaws.Passthroughtheaccesstothesurgicalsite.4.Pullthestaplecartridgeresetbuttontowardthebodytoopenthejaws.Theangleanddirectioncannotbeadjustedbytheholdingtissueandthejawsclosed.5.Flattenthetissueintothejaws,closethejaws,andfirethefiringhandle.6.Pressthesafetydeviceanditisrecommendedtosecuretheinstrumentwhenfiringthesafetydevicetoavoidtearingthetissue.7.Wait15secondsbeforefiringthedevice,continuouslyfire,donotstay,youcanobservethecuttingpositionbytheknifeindicator.8.Pullbackthestaplecartridgeresetbutton,openthejaws,separatetheinstrumentfromthetissue,andobservethestapleincision.9.Adjusttheknobandjointadjustmentknob.Makeitreset.10.Closethejawsandwithdrawtheinstrumentfromthesurgicalchannel.11.Pullthestaplecartridgeresetbuttontotheendofthebody(besuretopullittothebottom),pressthesafetydevicetomakethefiringhandlepopup.12.Pressthestaplecartridgelockingdeviceinthedirectionofthegunbody,rotatethecartridgeassembly,separatethebodyfromtheassembly,cleanthesleeve,andrepeattheabovestepsifyouneedtoreplacetheassembly.Warning:1.Themountingcomponentsmustbepressedhardtotheend,tightened,andyouwillhearaclick,otherwisetheclosingjawswillnotopenandthejawswillnotbecut.2.Donotremovethestaplecartridgecoveruntilyouhaveenteredthebody.Cannotopenthejawintothesurgicalarea.3.Theholdingmechanismandthejawsclosedstatecannotadjusttheangleanddirection.Otherwiseitwillhurtthetissue.4.Thehandispressedonthefiringhandleandthejawcannotbeopened.5.Opentheinsurancebeforefiring,therewillbeashock,thelengthofthecasingwillmakethesmallvibrationbecomelarger,causingthetissuetobeinjured,sopressthegunbodywithbothhands.5.Pullthestaplecartridgeresetbuttontotheendofthegunbody,besuretopullittotheend,becausethejawsstillcan'tbeopened.6.Ifyoudonotresetthejointadjustmentknob,youwillnotbeabletoremovethecomponentsanddamagetheinstrument.
