摘要I摘要本设计为某宿舍楼A栋建筑与结构设计结构设计计算书。设计的主要内容要求是进行宿舍楼设计,包括建筑设计和结构设计。该宿舍楼位于某市某地,占地面积约为655m2,地下室面积约为4732.5m2,建筑层数为十一层,属高层建筑,结构体系采用框架剪力墙结构体系。抗震设防烈度为八度,剪力墙抗震等级按一级计算,框架抗震等级按二级计算。建筑设计部分设计内容:根据已有建筑用地,确定建筑方案(工程概况、建筑方案设计说明、内外墙及楼地面的初装修情况),绘制主要建筑施工图。建筑造型要求体现新颖性、时代性,立面(特别临街立面)处理要求美观大方,颜色搭配得当,且应符合经济适用的原则。结构设计部分设计内容:框架剪力墙结构设计。根据建筑施工图确定结构方案,进行结构设计计算(手算主要梁、柱、墙配筋设计和一榀框架剪力墙结构设计,同时以电算复核),绘制结构施工图。结构设计满足结构的安全性、适用性和耐久性。结构设计根据建筑设计、工艺使用和抗震方面的要求,以及现场材料供应情况和施工能力、场地地质条件等,确定合理的结构方案和结构布置方案,确定框架、楼面、屋面、楼梯及其它承重构件和非承重构件形式。手算只选取一榀横向的框架剪力墙及其柱、墙下基础进行设计计算。结构设计主要包括以下八个部分:结构刚度计算;水平地震作用、竖向荷载作用下框架和剪力墙内力计算;荷载效应组合;截面设计与配筋计算;楼梯设计、地下室和基础设计。基础依《建筑地基基础设计规范》进行设计,由地质资料分析统计可知,上部以松软土层为主,层厚较大,分布广泛,地下水丰富。杂填土、中含粘性土细沙和粘土属可液化土,液化等级为中等;上部结构传来的荷载比较大;因此,本工程建筑物不宜采用天然地基,宜采用人工挖孔桩基础方案,选用微风化岩为桩端为桩端持力层。依据计算结果,结合相应的结构构造要求,运用Auto-CAD、PKPM和天正等软件绘制整栋建筑的结构施工图和修改建筑施工图。计算书写出相应的设计说明、英文资料翻译以及参考文献。本计算书所有项目均以最新规范规定为依据,符合现行规范的要求。本工程结构设计时密切结合建筑设计,力求经济合理,在框架结构体系中适当布置钢筋混凝土剪力墙,作为抗侧力构件与框架协调工作,使结构具有良好的抗震性能。结构分析的重点在于框架和剪力墙的协同工作分析。关键词:高层建筑;钢筋混凝土结构;框架—剪力墙结构;宿舍楼;建筑与结构设计广东石油化工学院本科毕业设计:某宿舍楼A栋建筑与结构设计IIAbstractThistheseisastructuredesigncalculationbookofadormitorybuildingAofthearchitecturalbuildingandstructuredesign.Thedesignofthemaincontentisthedormitorybuildingdesignrequirements,includingthearchitecturaldesignandstructuredesign.Thedormitorybuildingsomewhereinsomecity,coveringanareaofabout655m2,thebasementareaof4732.5m2,buildinglayerforthe11layer,belongtohighbuilding.Theframe-shearwallsystemisadoptedasstructuresystem.Seismicfortificationintensityfor8degrees,shearwallseismicgradecalculatedaccordingtothelevel1,level2frameaseismicaccordingtocalculation.Partsofarchitecturaldesigncontents:accordingtotheexistinglandforconstruction,todeterminetheconstructionscheme(projectsummary,architecturedesign,theexternalwallsandfloorsthatdecoratethebeginning),renderingthemainbuildingconstructiondrawings.Theconstructionmodelmustshowthenovelty,TheTimes,thefacade(specialstreetfacade)processingrequirementsbeautifulandeasy,colorcollocationisproper,andshouldconformtotheprincipleofeconomyisapplicable.Partsofstructuredesigncontents:theframeshearwallstructuredesign.Accordingtothebuildingconstructiondrawingsurestructurescheme,structuredesigncalculation(handismainbeamsandcolumns,wallreinforcementdesignandahingedframeshearwallstructuredesign,andcomputertoreview),drawstructureconstructiondrawing.Structuredesignmeetthesafetyofthestructure,applicabilityanddurability.Structuredesignaccordingtothearchitecturaldesign,processuseandseismicrequirements,andthematerialsupplysituationandconstructionability,thegeologicsiteconditionandsoon,thedeterminationofreasonablestructureschemeandthestructurearrangementplan,determinetheframe,floor,roof,stairandotherbearingcomponentandthebearingcomponentform.Chooseahandisonlythehorizontalhingedframeshearwallanditscolumn,wallbasedonthedesignandcalculation.Structuredesignincludesthefollowingeightparts:structurestiffnesscalculation;Horizontalseismicaction,verticalloadframeworkandshearwallinternalforcecalculation;Loadeffectcombination;Sectionreinforcementdesignandcomputation;Stairdesign,thebasementandbasicdesign.Basedinthecodefordesignofbuildingfoundationdesign,geologicaldataanalysisbystatisticsthatsoftsoillayertotheupperisgivenpriorityto,athicklayeroflargeandwidedistribution,theabundantgroundwater.Miscellaneousfillinthesoil,containingthecohesivesoiloffinesandandclayliquefiablesoil,liquefiedlevelformedium;Theupperstructurewasmoreload;Therefore,theprojectbuildingunfavorableusenaturalfoundation,andtheappropriateUSESartificialdig-holepilefoundationscheme,choosethebreezefortherockpileendusedforpileend.Accordingtothecalculationresults,combinedwiththestructureofthecorrespondingstructurerequirement,theuseofAuto-CAD,PKPManditwassoftwaresuchasdrawthewholebuildingconstructiondrawingandmodifythestructureofthebuildingconstructiondrawings.Accountsofthecorrespondingdesigninstructions,writedocumentsinEnglishtranslationandreference.Thisaccountsforthelatestallitemsbasedonrulesandregulations,complywiththerequirementsofthecurrentspecification.thisengineeringstructuredesigncombinedwitharchitecturaldesign,andstrivetoreasonableineconomy,andintheframestructureofreinforcedconcreteshearwalldecorateproper,asresistlateralforcecomponentandframeworkcoordination,makestructurehasbetterseismicperformance.Thekeyistostructureanalysisframeworkandshearwallcooperativeworkanalysis.Keywords:tallbuilding;reinforcedconcretestructure;frame-shearwallstructure;dormitorybuilding;architecturalandstructuraldesigns.目录1目录摘要..............................................................................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................................................................II目录.............................................................................................................................................................1第一章:建筑设计.........................................................
