随着科学技术的不断发展,人类对水泥的需求日益提高,但是随着水泥使用,由于水泥凝结而引起的种种问题并没有得到解决。虽然人们对水泥溶解剂的研究很早就有展开,但是目前依然止步于发展阶段。市面上的水泥溶解剂因为见效慢,反应不够完全,对于金属仪器有严重腐蚀等种种方面原因而没能得到推广。本文试着通过阐述水泥的分类、形成机理、解析水泥溶解剂的组成成分、分析了溶解剂中各成分对水泥溶解的影响,确定其中的主要影响因素,并最终通过正交试验的方法得出了水泥溶解剂的最佳试验配比。在本文中同样阐述了对最佳实验配比的各个性能检测,最终得出具有对水泥溶解高效率,对含铁类金属低腐蚀,储存稳定性好等多项优良性能的产品。关键词:水泥,高效溶解,正交配比,水化凝结Abstrzct:Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,Human’sdemandforcementisalsoincreasing.However,becauseoftheuseofcement,theproblemsresultfromthesolidificationofcementhavenotbeensolved.Althoughpeoplehavedoneresearchaboutthesolubilizersofcementlongbefore.Butitisstillkeepinthestageofdevelopment.Nowthecementdissolutionagentsonthemarkethavenotbeenwidelyusedbecauseofthesloweffect,incompletereaction,severecorrosiontometalinstrumentsandsoon.Thisarticletrytofindoutthemaininfluencefactorsaccordingtotheclassificationofcement,theformationmechanism,thecomponentofcementdissolutionagentsanddifferentcomponentofthedissolutionagents’influenceonthedissolutionofcement.Andeventuallygetthebestformulaofcementdissolutionbyusingthemethodoforthogonaltest,Inaddition,thearticledescribethetestonthedifferentperformancesoftheoptimumratio,finallyobtaintheproductwiththeadvantagesofhighdissolutionrate,lowcorrosivetoironorothermetalandexcellentstoragestability.Keywords:cement,efficientdissolve,theproportionoforthogonalhydrationandcondense
