首创明火加热炉生产高强度汽车用镀锌板生产工艺

明火加热炉生产高强度汽车用镀锌板生产工艺优化鞍钢集团鞍山钢铁公司冷轧厂联合工区邓世喜摘要：为了响应鞍钢集团调整品种类型和优化产业结构的号召，鞍山钢铁公司和蒂森克虏伯（大连）TAGAL再次合作，改造原冷轧厂45#镀锌线。45#镀锌线退火炉是由明火加热段和辐射管加热组成，由于工期紧再加上为了降本增效，保留了明火加热段，而不像别的高强度汽车用镀锌板生产线那样整个炉体为全辐射管加热，为此改造后的联合工区生产高强度汽车用镀锌板难度极大。为了能生产出合格的汽车板我们添加了炉温自动控制程序，保证规格过渡时炉温炉况稳定;改造清洗段增加磁过滤，提高带钢表面清洁度;优化气刀控制参数，获得更均匀光滑的表面质量；改变光整控制方式，由张力控制改为延伸率控制，获得更好的带钢性能；改造检查台，添加在线缺陷自动检查封闭功能。Abstract：InresponsetotheAnshanIronandSteelGrouptoadjustthevarietiesandtheoptimizationoftheindustrialstructureforAnshan,SteelCorpandThyssenKrupp(Dalian)TAGALagain,transformingtheoriginalcoldrollingmill45#galvanizedwire.45#galvanizinglineannealingfurnaceiscomposedofopenflameheatingandradianttubeheating,becausethetimeistightcoupledtofallthissynergism,retainedtheopenfireheatingsection,unliketheotherhighstrengthgalvanizedsteelwireforautomobileproductionastheentirefurnacebodyisfullofradianttubeheating,thereforeafterthetransformationofthejointareagreatlygalvanizedplatethedifficultyinproducinghighstrengthautomobile.Inordertoproducethecarplatequalifiedweaddtheprogramofautomaticcontroltemperature,guaranteespecificationstransitiontemperaturefurnacestability;reformingofcleaningsegmentincreasesmagneticfiltration,improvethestripsurfacecleanliness;optimizationofairknifecontrolparameters,toobtainmoreuniformsurfacequalitysmooth;changethelightthewholecontrolmode,thetensioncontroltoextendratecontrol,obtainedbetterperformanceimprovementofstrip;examinationtable,addonlineautomaticdefectinspectionclosedfunction.清洗段增加磁过滤炉温实现自动控制气刀参数调整优化改变光整控制方式增加自动检查封闭
