Abstract:Atpresent,producingLanthanumcarbonateneedstoadopttheworkingprocedureofextractingRareEarthwithP507hydrochloricacidtoseparateimpurities.Inordertoreduceproductioncostandbepropitioustosaveenergyandreduceemission,weadoptchemistrymethodtoeliminateimpurities.Westudiedtheeffectofreactiontemperature,theconcentrationoftheRareEarth,theflowingrateofAmmoniumcarbonate,PHValueofend-pointsetcontheimpuritiesofLanthanumcarbonateproducts.Firstly,thecontentsofSO42-andaredividedfromLanthanumchlorideliquid.Secondly,CL-,Ca2+andotherionsareeliminatedduringAmmoniumbicarbonatedepositionprocedure.Lastly,weobtainLanthanumcarbonateproductswhichqualityareasgoodastheoneinthetransferringwithP507hydrochloricacidtechniques.
