4Materials材料4.1General总体要求MaterialsshallfulfiltherequirementsgiveninEuropeanStandards,wheredesigndataareprovided.材料应该满足欧标中设计的数据及要求。InformationforthemostcommonlyusedmaterialsisgiveninprEN12811-2.Materialusedshallbesufficientlyrobustanddurabletowithstandnormalworkingconditions.常用的材料信息在prEN12811-2.中可以查询到。所使用的材料必须结实耐用以支持一般的作业环境。Materialsshallbefreefromanyimpuritiesanddefects,whichmayaffecttheirsatisfactoryuse.材料不得有杂质或任何缺陷,否则会影响其完整的使用4.2Specificmaterialrequirements特定材料的使用要求4.2.1Steel钢4.2.1.1General总体要求SteelsofdeoxidationtypeFU(rimmingsteels)shallnotbeused.不得使用脱氧钢类型(沸腾钢)4.2.1.2Loosetubes分支保护管LoosetubestowhichitispossibletoattachcouplerscomplyingwithprEN74-1(i.e.nominal48,3mmoutsidediameter)shallhaveaminimumnominalyieldstrengthof235N/mm²andaminimumnominalwallthicknessof3,2mm.NOTELoosetubesareusuallyfoundintubesandcouplersscaffoldsbutcanalsobeusedinfaçadescaffoldmadeofprefabricatedcomponentse.g.totieaworkingscaffoldtothefaçade分支连接保护管应遵循prEN74-1(即:额定48.3mm外径)最小额定屈服强度235N/mm2最小额定壁厚3.2mm4.2.1.3Tubesforprefabricatedcomponentsforscaffoldsystems脚手架系统的预制部件的管子(EN12810-1)FortubesincorporatedinprefabricatedcomponentsforscaffoldsystemsaccordingtoEN12810-1ofnominaloutsidediameterof48,3mmthespecificationsofEN12810-1apply.TubesshallnotbeindentedbeyondthelimitsinprEN74-1whencouplersareattached.Tubesofexternalnominaldiameterdifferentfromtherangeof48,3mm,otherthansideprotection,shallhavethefollowingnominalcharacteristics:-wallthickness2,0mm-yieldstress,ReH235N/mm2-elongation,A17%额定外径48.3出侧边保护以外的外接管子的外径不同于48.3mm这个范围,应满足以下额定标准:壁厚大于等于2.0mm屈服强度大于等于235M/mm2延伸率大于等于17%4.2.1.4Sideprotection侧面保护Itemsusedexclusivelyforsideprotection,otherthantoe-boards,shallhaveaminimumnominalwallthicknessof1,5mm.Fortoeboardstheminimumnominalwallthicknessshallbe1,0mm.Alesserthicknessmaybeusediftheserviceabilityandloadbearingcapacityisensuredforinstancebytheuseofstiffeningsections,bracingorshapingofthecrosssection.除踏脚板以外的侧部保护应具备最小额定壁厚1.5mm踏脚板的最小额定壁厚为1.0mm4.2.1.5Platformunits平台单元Platformunitsandtheirimmediatesupportsshallhaveaminimumnominalthicknessof2,0mm.Alesserthicknessmaybeusediftheserviceabilityandloadbearingcapacityisensuredforinstancebytheuseofstiffeningsections,bracingorshapingofthecrosssection.平台单元及其即时支撑应该满足最小额定壁厚2.0mmDitdocumentisdoorNENonderlicentieverstrektaan:/ThisdocumenthasbeensuppliedunderlicensebyNENto:ShellGlobalSolutionsInternationalBV2/11/20098:21:11AMEN12811-1:2003(E)114.2.1.6ProtectivecoatingforcomponentsComponentsshallbeprotectedasdeterminedinprEN12811-2.4.2.2Aluminiumalloys铝合金4.2.2.1Loosetubes分支保护管Loosetubes,towhichitispossibletoattachcouplerscomplyingwithprEN74-1(i.e.48,3mmnominaloutsidediameter),shallhaveaminimumnominal0,2%proofstressof195N/mm²andaminimumnominalwallthicknessof4,0mm.最小额定0.2%屈服强度195N/mm2最小额定壁厚4.0mm4.2.2.2Tubesforprefabricatedcomponentsforscaffoldsystems脚手架系统预制部件管子(EN12810-1)FortubesincorporatedinprefabricatedcomponentsinscaffoldsystemsaccordingtoEN12810-1ofnominaloutsidediameterof48,3mmtherequirementsofEN12810-1apply.额定外径48.3mm4.2.2.3Sideprotection侧部保护Itemsusedsolelyforsideprotectionshallhaveaminimumnominalwallthicknessof2,0mm.Alesserthicknessmaybeusediftheserviceabilityandloadbearingcapacityisensuredforinstancebytheuseofstiffeningsections,bracingorshapingofthecrosssection.仅用于侧部保护的部件的最小额定壁厚2.0mm4.2.2.4Platformunits平台单元Platformunitsandtheirimmediatesupportsshallhaveaminimumnominalthicknessof2,5mm.Alesserthicknessmaybeusediftheserviceabilityandloadbearingcapacityisensuredforinstancebytheuseofstiffeningsections,bracingorshapingofthecrosssection.平台单元及其即时支撑最小额定壁厚2.5mm
