1目录第一章编制依据和原则·················································································································21、编制依据·····························································································································22、编制原则·····························································································································2第二章工程概况·····························································································································3第三章附属构筑物施工·················································································································41、人行步道、盲道砖·············································································································42、路缘石施工·························································································································63、树池铺砌施工·····················································································································64、雨水口及支管安装·············································································································6第四章雨季施工措施·····················································································································8第五章工期保证体系及保证措施·······························································································101、工期保证体系···················································································································102、工期目标···························································································································103、确保工期的措施···············································································································10第六章工程质量管理体系及保证措施·······················································································121、质量保证体系···················································································································122、确保工程质量的措施·······································································································12第七章安全生产和文明施工措施·······························································································141、安全保证体系···················································································································142、安全生产保证措施···········································································································143、文明施工现场管理···········································································································154、文明施工保证措施···········································································································162第一章编制依据和原则1、编制依据北京市通州新城群芳南街东延(颐瑞东路—张采路)道路工程施工图《北京市城市道路工程施工技术规程》《北京市道路工程施工质量检验标准》2、编制原则严格按施工组织设计中;确保工期、安全第一、方案优化、科学配置、合理布局、五个统一的指导方针进行实施编制.3第二章工程概况群芳南街东延位于通州区新城,道路西起颐瑞东路,东至张采路。规划为城市次干路,红线宽40.0米,道路全长684.442米。本项目现状为:1)K0+000(颐瑞东路)~K0+350路段,无现状路,为化工六厂安置房施工现场。2)K0+350~K0+684.442(张采路)路段,群芳南街东延有现状水泥道路,道路横断面为一幅路型式,路面宽度为5米。本方案为附属构筑物施工方案主要项目内容;路缘石砌筑、人行步道砖、盲道砖铺筑、雨水口及支管安装。1.人行步道路面结构;25*12.5*6cm透水方砖6cm1:5干硬性水泥砂浆2cmC15无砂混凝土15cm粗砂垫层5cm2.盲道路面结构;25*25*6cm盲道方砖6cm1:5干硬性水泥砂浆2cmC15无砂混凝土15cm粗砂垫层5cm3.路缘石主车道内侧、导水槽和非机动车道两侧采用12*30*74.5cm花岗岩立缘石。人行步道外侧采用12*25*49.5cm,c40预制混凝土立缘石。4.雨水口设计型式采用偏沟式,箅面采用复合式重型箅面,具体作法按标准图集05s518实施。雨水口连接管采用d=300;2级钢筋砼承插口管。4第三章附属构筑物施工1、人行步道、盲道砖1.1、工艺流程人行道路面结构:测量放线→路基碾压→5㎝粗砂垫层→15cm无砂混凝土→2cm1:5干硬性水泥砂浆→6cm25x12.5x6(cm)透水方砖。1.2、测量放线1)用全站仪测设纵、横方格网;2)人行道中线(或边线),每隔5~10m安设一块方砖作方向、高程控制点。1.3、土方路基挖土方采用人工配合机械施工,超过标高土方和渣土用挖土机及时装车外运,用压路机压实,碾压时要控制含水量在最佳含水量下压实,对平整度高程进行检查,对井口和雨水口进行保护。压行速度应不宜超过4km/h,碾压均匀。路床应以环刀法取样检查密实度,密实度保证不小于95%,合格后方可转入下道工序,如遇地基翻浆,用石灰进行换填处理。1.4、粗砂垫层采用人工摊平,保证密实、平整,厚度符合设计要求。1.5、无砂混凝土砼所用的原材料必须经过复试,合格后方可使用,应严格按照混凝土的试验配比进行搅拌,浇注前测量员根据图纸放出中线及铺装边线并控制混凝土浇注标高,随浇随找坡。垫层模板为小钢模,应支设牢固,采用铁钎固定间距0.8-1m,混凝土浇注应振捣密实,试验员现场取样制作抗压试块。铺筑应平整稳固,不得有裂缝、浮浆、脱皮、等现象。1.6、干硬性水泥砂浆砂浆摊铺宽度大于铺装面5-10cm,采用1:5干硬性水泥砂浆1.7、透水方砖铺筑、盲道砖铺筑1)铺砖应平放,用橡胶锤敲打稳定,不得损伤边角;2)方砖铺砌中,应随时检查其安装是否牢固与平整,及时进行调整,修整应重新铺砌;不得采用向砖底部填塞砂浆或支垫等方法找平砖面;3)方砖铺砌完成,经检查合格后,进行灌缝,灌缝宜用干砂;砖缝灌注后应在砖面泼水,使灌缝料下沉,再灌料补足;4)铺盲道砖,应将导向行走砖与止步砖严格区分,不得混用;5)检查井周围及弯道等不规则部位,应采用机械切砖铺砌;56)人行道砖铺装后的养护期不得少于3天,养护期内应禁止通行。所有步道方砖预制件进场前除出具生产合格证外,严格进行质量检查,对其几何尺寸、强度进行抽样检测,合格者方可使用。步道施工质量应符合《城镇道路工程施工质量检验标准》(DBJ01-11-2004)的要求,不合格者返工重做,必须达到要求的质量标准。路面砖人行道主控项目允许偏差表序号项目规定值检验频率检验方法范围点数1压实度路床≥93%100m2用环刀法或灌砂法检验基层≥95%2路面砖抗压强度C30每批1组抗压、抗折力学试验检测抗折强度注:本表中的实度采用轻型击实标准。路面砖人行道允许偏差表序号项目规定值或允许偏差检验频率检验方法范围点数1平整度≤5mm20m1用3m直尺和塞尺连续量取两尺取最大值2宽度不小于设计值40mm1用钢尺量3相邻块高差≤2mm20m1用塞尺量取最大值4横坡±0.5%20m1用水准仪测量5纵缝直顺度≤10mm40m1拉20m小线量取最大值6横缝直顺度≤10mm20m1沿路宽拉小线量取最大值6注:独立人行道增加检验高程指标,允许偏差为±10mm2、路缘石施工所有路缘石进场前严格进行质量检查,其强度及几何尺寸满足质量标准者方可使用。路缘石、安砌必须挂线操作,清除下面松散料。高程桩(兼边线桩),间距10m,路口处加密至1m。基层C15混凝土按设计配比一律采用预制,铺筑密实平整,厚度按图纸算,块料安砌稳固,缝隙均匀(缝宽1cm)。要求外观平整直顺,弯道半径准确,无折角及错台现象,缘石底层及后背灰土分层回填夯实,密实度≥90%,路缘石成活后,要加强保护,严禁碰撞。为保证路缘石缝一致,要求安砌时,用∮8钢筋棍塞在缝内作为标尺。路缘石施工质量符合《北京市城市道路工程施工技术规范》(DBJ01-45-2000)。3、树池铺砌施工所有树池边框预制件进场前除出具生产合格证外,严格进行质量检查,对其几何尺寸、强度进行抽样检测,合格者方可使用。树池铺砌,必须挂线操作,以两侧路缘石顶为准挂纵向与横向高程线(兼作边线,横向高程线间距不得10m);首先按设计图纸要求安砌树池边框,要求其中心位置准确,外形方正,顶面与步道方砖平齐,
