目录第一章编制范围、依据························································1一、编制范围··································································1二、编制依据··································································1三、编制原则··································································1第二章工程概况·······························································2一、总体概况··································································2二、水文概况··································································2三、气象概况··································································2第三章施工组织·······························································3一、施工组织体系······························································3二、施工组织··································································3三、主要工程数量······························································6四、主要设备配置······························································6五、主要人员配置······························································6六、便桥平面图································································7第四章质量保证措施··························································9一、质量目标··································································9二、质量保证体系······························································9第五章安全施工保证措施·····················································10一、建立、健全安全保证措施···················································10二、安全检查程序管理·························································11三、安全事故管理·····························································11四、技术安全保证措施·························································11第六章文明施工措施·························································13一、环保施工要求·····························································13二、环保措施·································································13三、现场文明施工措施·························································13绵西高速公路TJB1合同段第七分部漫水桥专项施工方案1第一章编制范围、依据一、编制范围本方案涵盖绵西高速TJA-7项目漫水桥施工的技术规范、组织设计等内容。二、编制依据2.1《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTG/TF50-2011)2.2《公路工程质量检验评定标准》(JTGF80/1-2012)2.3《公路工程施工安全技术规范》(JTGF9-2015)三、编制原则3.1安全第一,预防为主的原则。3.2加快施工效率,确保施工工期的原则。3.3确保质量创优创标准的原则。3.4科学管理的原则。3.5文明施工、环境保护的原则。3.6建立高效的组织机构、加强施工现场管理的原则。3.7合理降低工程成本的原则。3.8遵照执行设计标准和施工规范原则。绵西高速公路TJB1合同段第七分部漫水桥专项施工方案2第二章工程概况一、总体概况本段位于绵西高速公路B1合同段,地处盐亭县境内,起止桩号为:K48+283~K53+860,全长5.577km。本标段主要跨越河流包括水磨河、弥江河及部分冲沟,路线基本沿水磨河河流流向前进,为实现工程保质保量完成的这一目标,需要在修建便道过程中修建五座漫水桥。其中弥江河在拌合站及钢筋场位置修建主要通道漫水桥,在便道前进方向还需要在水磨河上修建4座漫水桥。具体桩位如下:1、拌和站外侧设置1座跨越弥江河的漫水桥,桥全长48m,宽4.5m。2、K53+220右侧设置1座跨越水磨河的漫水桥,桥长24m,桥宽4.5m。3、K52+900左侧设置1座跨越水磨河的漫水桥,桥长24m,桥宽4.5m。4、K51+800右侧300m处设置1座跨越水磨河的漫水桥,桥长36m,桥宽4.5m。5、K50+570左侧设置1座跨越水磨河的漫水桥,桥长24m,桥宽4.5m。二、水文概况弥江河河床基底以岩石为主,上覆大块块石,河道中部有一条冲击沟,冲击沟宽3m,枯水季节沟深2.0m,雨季河沟深度可达5.0m,河道其余部分基底以河沙、淤泥夹杂大块块石为主。水磨河河床基底以岩石为主,河道较窄,除部分有拦河坝区域水深较大以外,全线水深均为1.0m~1.5m,河道两侧均为耕植土,修建漫水桥时需要对两侧进行加固处理。三、气象概况区内所处地理纬度属亚热带地区,地区为亚热带湿润气候,表现为四季分明,终年湿润,气候温和,雨量充沛,无霜期长,气温变化总趋势随地形高度降低而气温递增。全线均属于盆地气候,夏季多暴雨和雷暴,但冬季基本无降雪。绵西高速公路TJB1合同段第七分部漫水桥专项施工方案3第三章施工组织一、施工组织体系为加强施工组织管理,保证工程质量、安全及进度,建立健全管理体系至关重要,工程组织管理体系图如下:行政事务后勤保障党群工作施工安全治安保卫环境保护文明施工专家顾问组项目经理施工组织现场管理技术管理施工测量,质检监督工序验收交工验收资料管理材料检测工地实验仪器检校现场监督设备管理机具维修材料供应材料管理财务管理成本核算成本控制计量支付工程质检处机料处合同处试验室安保处财务处办公室合同管理工程计量统计报价价款结算项目总工程师第一施工处第二施工处第三施工处各施工作业队图1工程组织管理体系二、施工组织2.1施工工序绵西高速公路TJB1合同段第七分部漫水桥专项施工方案4漫水桥施工工艺图如下:图2施工工艺流程图2.2施工方法1)根据施工使用车辆长度及转弯半径确定出漫水桥路线,定出基础边线,并埋设定位桩。2)基坑开挖①基坑开挖应保持良好的排水,基坑开挖前,应对河流进行改引以便施工。②基础开挖采用挖掘机配合人工开挖,开挖时注意随时掌控基坑深度,挖至河床基岩为止,漫水桥上需要通过罐车、拖车等大型机械设备,基础必须牢实,防止漫水桥在使用过程中损坏,影响工期。③基坑开挖视现场情况确定放坡坡率,保证桥面净宽4.5m。3)基础施工①为防止河流冲刷,基础采用类似地下连续墙的结构形式。②基础采用浆砌片石,分两层施做,第一层回填50cm厚,选用水稳性高、塑性指数小于6且压缩性小、渗透性强的粗大颗粒;第二层覆盖50cm厚,选用洁净的砂砾,分两层填筑,每层填筑25cm厚,砂砾最大粒径不大于10cm;具体以试验室数据为准。③待基础施工完毕,浇筑20cm厚C20混凝土垫层,混凝土浇注前,基底表面应保持干净、无淤泥及杂物。振捣密实并整平。混凝土由本项目部自建90型搅拌站拌和,混凝土所用砂石料、水泥均应符合技术要求,严格按实验室给定的施工配合比拌制混凝土,拌和均匀。河流改道测量放样基坑开挖基础施工管涵安装桥面施工管基施工管涵接缝处理绵西高速公路TJB1合同段第七分部漫水桥专项施工方案54)桥台施工桥台长度按设计坡度延伸与路基相连。桥台采用浆砌片石围挡。内部填沙土、卵石混合料,分层填筑并压实。在迎水面采用护坡石保护,以减小河流对桥台的冲刷。5)埋设涵管①运输、装卸过程中,应采取防止涵管碰撞损坏的措施。安装前检查确认管涵无裂纹、破损等缺陷。②放出涵管安装轴线后开始安装,各管涵应顺水流方向安装平顺,当管壁厚度不一致时应调整高度使下部内壁齐平。管涵净距1.8m,安装前注意铺筑2~3cm管涵座浆,确保座浆与管涵紧密贴合,使管涵受力均匀。③安装管涵采用人工配合吊机安装,安装时从下游开始,使接头面向上游,每节涵管应紧贴于基座上,使管涵受力均匀;所有管涵应按正确的轴线安放,并应保证内壁齐平,管内清洁无杂物。④弥江河1号漫水桥共埋设内径150cm的涵管8组;每组由三根2m长涵管对接,水磨河2号漫水桥共埋设内径100cm的涵管3组;水磨河3号漫水桥共埋设内径100cm的涵管3组,水磨河4号漫水桥共埋设内径100cm的涵管4组,水磨河5号漫水桥共埋设内径100cm的涵管3组,每组均为三根2m长涵管对接,接缝宽度为10~20mm,并用1:3水泥砂浆抹带,形成密封层。管涵之间用浆砌片石填筑。6)桥面施工①桥面浇筑20cm厚C30混凝土,采用单层Ф12钢筋网,按照@15×@15cm布置,图3漫水桥基础处理参照图图4漫水桥填筑及桥面施工参照绵西高速公路TJB1合同段第七分部漫水桥专项施工方案6保护层5cm。②混凝土采用自建拌合站拌和,混凝土所用砂石料、水泥均应符合技术要求,严格按实验室给定的施工配合比拌制混凝土,拌和均匀。采用50型插入式振捣棒振捣,振捣时应快进慢出,振捣均与、密实,混凝土表面无气泡方可停止振捣。混凝土养护采用塑料薄膜覆盖洒水养护,待砼强度达到要求后方可进行防护施工。7)防护施工漫水桥在使用过程中不可避免要接受洪水检验,需要对其进行防冲刷处理,在漫水桥迎水面及出水面皆需要使用沙浆抹面,或者直接使用混凝土对其进行密封处理,根据往年洪水情况选择防护类型。三、主要工程数量表15座漫水桥主要工程数量表序号项目数量单位备注1混凝土321m32片石砼196m33钢筋7992kg4φ150cm圆管涵48mφ100cm圆管涵785砂夹卵石429m36涂料4桶两桶黄色、两桶白色四、主要设备配置修建漫水桥需要使用到的设备包括挖掘机一台,装载机一台,抽水机一台,生活用车一辆。五、主要人员配置表2主要人员配置表序号项目人员工作职能绵西高速公路TJB1合同段第七分部漫水桥专项施工方案71机械操作手2工程机械操作2现场管理3现场管理、质量验收3测量人员2现场施工测量4驾驶员1施工车辆5安全管理员1现场安全管理6普通工人10现场施工六、便桥平面图漫水桥施工图纸如下所示:绵西高速公路TJB1合同段第七分部漫水桥专项施工方案8图5漫水桥构造图绵西高速公路TJB1合同段第七分部漫水桥专项
