管理科学与工程专业攻读博士学位研究生培养方案一、培养目标本学科培养具有扎实的现代管理科学理论基础，具备独立分析和解决实际问题的能力，能够胜任管理科学与工程理论研究和实际运用，为政府部门、各类企业提供管理决策咨询等工作的专业人才。对博士生培养的基本要求如下：1．掌握马克思主义的基本原理，坚持党的基本路线，热爱祖国，遵纪守法，品德优良，学风严谨，有较强的事业心和为祖国富强的献身精神，积极为中国的社会主义现代化建设服务。2．掌握管理学、经济学、运筹学、概率与统计方法、计算机应用等方面坚实的基础理论知识和专业技能，以及管理科学与工程某一个研究方向系统深入的专门知识，具有独立从事科学研究工作的能力，能做出创造性的研究成果。3．熟练掌握一门以上外语，具有较强的表达能力和沟通能力，身心健康。二、学习年限1．博士生的学习年限一般为三年。2．硕博连读生的学习年限为四年半至五年。3．在职博士生的学习年限可适当延长，但一般不超过六年。三、研究方向1．质量管理2．金融工程与投资模型3．知识管理与战略创新4．现代智能工程5．工业工程与运营管理6．服务科学与产业管理四、课程设置及学分要求1．课程设置见附件一。2．学分要求：博士生的课程学分达到20学分以上，其中硕博连读生还要取得硕士生课程36学分以上。3．在读期间要求参加讨论班，在讨论班上以及在国内外学术会议上报告10次以上。五、科学研究和学位论文工作1．学位论文开题报告(1)选题：论文题目应与本专业的前沿研究相关或者来自与本专业有关的经济与管理中的实际问题；(2)开题时间：应在入学第二年的第一个学期进行开题报告（对三年制博士生）、或者在第二年最后一个学期（对硕博连读生、在职博士生）；(3)开题条件：应修满上述第四款中规定的学分；(4)开题报告内容：开题报告应按类似于国家自然科学基金申请书的格式撰写（其中包括选题的意义与创新之处及相应的文献综述、研究内容、难点与特点、拟采用的研究方法或研究方案、预期成果、参考文献（不少于80篇，其中外文文献一般不少于50篇），其中文献综述部分还要另外单附；(5)开题报告的评审：进行公开报告，本学科点的所有导师作为当然评委，通过后方可进入学位论文的撰写阶段。2．学位论文中期检查在开题报告通过后一年，进行学位论文中期检查。中期检查进行公开报告，本学科点的所有导师作为当然评委。评审不合格的，将给予警告，半年后再次进行中期检查，连续两次不合格的，将取消其撰写学位论文资格。3．学位论文答辩。学位论文的答辩分预答辩、通信评审、答辩三个环节。a)预答辩的必要条件是必须同时满足以下三点：(a)完成学位论文，(b)在发表和录用的论文中有1篇一级论文、或者2篇二级论文、或者3篇三级论文（论文的分级见附件二），(c)指导教师同意进行预答辩。预答辩由本学科点组织，本学科点所有导师是当然评委。b)通信评审：预答辩通过的，按照预答辩中大家所提意见对学位论文进行修改后，方可提交学位论文以进行通信评审。通信评审的同行专家至少7名，其中“双盲”评审专家2名。c)答辩：全部评审专家都同意答辩的，在按照评审专家所提意见对学位论文进行修改之后，方可组织答辩，答辩按照研究生部的规定进行，答辩委员会中须有参加过预答辩的老师。未通过答辩的，按研究生部的相应规定处理。六、说明以上规定中若有与学校有关文件精神不一致的，按要求高的执行。管理科学与工程专业博士研究生课程设置类别课程编号课程名称学时学分开课学期备注学位课公共基础课000000701现代科学技术革命与马克思主义6031000000703第一外国语（英语）12041,2专业基础课290101701现代运营管理基本理论4041290101702管理科学计量方法4042必修课学术研讨课5补修课根据学生具体情况由导师指定选修硕士生主干课程2－3门（不记入总学分）CultivationPlanforPh.D.ofManagementScienceandEngineering1ObjectiveTheprogramaimstocultivatehigh-leveltalents,whohavegoodtheoreticalbasisofmodernmanagementscience,whohaveindependentanalyticalandproblem-solvingcapacity,whoarequalifiedfortheoreticalresearchinmanagementscience,managementengineeringapplicationandconsultingormanagementdecisionandengineeringpracticeinvariousenterprises,andwhomakecontributiontotheChinesepeople.TherequirementsforPhDcandidatesareasfollows:1.1ThecandidateshouldhavegoodsenseofMarxist’sprinciples,insistonthebasicrouteofChinesecommunistparty,beloyaltytoChina,abidebythelawandregulations,havegoodmorality,researchstyle,andeagernesstosuccess,bededicatedtoChineseprosperityandtakeactivepartinthemodernizationconstructionofChina.1.2Thecandidateshouldmasterthesolidbasisofknowledgeandprofessionalskillsinmanagement,economics,operationalresearch,probabilityandstatisticsmethod,computerapplicationetcandsoundspecialknowledgeincertainareasofmanagementscienceandengineering.Thecandidatealsoshouldhaveindependentcapabilityofscienceresearchandbecapableforcreativeresearchresults.1.3Thecandidateshouldbegoodatleastoneforeignlanguage,havestrongcapabilityofexpressionandcommunication,andhavegoodhealth.2.StudyPeriod1)3yearsforPh.D.candidate2)4.5to5yearsforMasterandPhDcandidate3)PhDcandidatewhoisonemploymentcanextendhis/herstudyperiodupto6years.3.ResearchArea1)DynamicDecisionMaking2)OperationalManagement3)QualityManagement4)KnowledgeManagement5)OptimizationTheoryandTechnology6)ModernIntegratedManufactureSystem7)FinancialEngineering8)SystemTheoryandStrategicInnovation4.CoursesSyllabusandCreditRequirement4.1PleaserefertoAttachment1forthecoursessyllabus.4.2Creditrequirement:MasterandPhDcandidateshouldgetmorethan20creditsforPhDandmorethan36creditsfromthecorrespondingMasterprogram.4.3Thecandidateshouldtakereportsinseminarsand(domesticandinternational)academicconferenceatleast10times.5.ScienceResearchandDissertation5.1OpenReportforDissertation5.1.1SubjectChoiceThesubjectofthedissertationshouldberelatedtothehotareasofthespecialtyortorealproblemsofeconomyandmanagement.5.1.2TimeThecandidateshouldoffertheopenreportinthefirstsemesterofthesecondyear(forthree-yearPhDcandidate);orthefinalsemesterofthesecondyear(formasterandPhDcandidateorPhDcandidateonemployment)5.1.3RequirementThecandidateshouldcompletethecreditsrequiredbyTermDabove.5.1.4ContentsTheOpenReportshouldfollowtheformliketheapplicationformforNationalNaturalScienceFoundation(includethemeaningofthesubject;theinnovation;theliteratureoverview;researchcontent,difficultiesandcharacteristics;plannedresearchmethodorplan;possibleresults;references(notlessthan80,includingatleastmorethan50foreignliteratures).Theliteratureoverviewshouldbegiveninanattachment.5.1.5EvaluationThecandidateshouldgivealectureforhis/herOpenReport.Certainly,allthetutorsinthesubjectaretheevaluatorsandthecandidatecangoonresearchingafterthepermission.5.2MidtermInspectionThedissertationshouldbeinspectedafterthepermissionoftheopenreport.Themidterminspectionshouldincludeanopenspeechwithallthetutorsinthesubjectbeingtheinspectors.Thewarningwillbegiventothecandidatewhocannotpassit,anditwillbeinspectedagainafterhalfayear.Ifthecandidatecannotpassthemidterminspectiontwice,thequalificationofwritingdissertationwillbecancelled.5.3RejoinforDegreeThesis:Rejoinincludesthreesteps:Pre-defense;CorrespondenceEvaluation;Defense.5.3.1Thecandidatecanhavethepre-defensewhenhe/
