洁净管道酸洗钝化规程Sanitarypipingcleaningandpassivationprocedure洁净管道酸洗、钝化规程1.Purpose目的Thisprocedureistodefinethechemicalcleaningandpassivationmethodandprocedureofsanitarystainlesssteel(304/316L)equipmentandpipingsystem.明确洁净不锈钢(304/316L材质)管道或设备系统的酸洗钝化方法和步骤。2.Scope范围Thesite304/16Lstainlesssteelequipment,pipelinepicklingpassivationandmobileorassemblyequipmentpicklingpassivation现场304/316L不锈钢设备、管道酸洗钝化与移动或组装设备的酸洗钝化。3.Responsibilities职责3.1Thesiteoperatorsshouldcarryoutthepicklingandpassivationof304/316Lstainlesssteelpipingorequipmentperthisprocedure.现场操作人员应按照本规程进行304/316L不锈钢管道或设备的酸洗、钝化。3.2Thesiteprojectmangerisresponsibleforsubmittingthisproceduretotheownerforapprovalandputtingitintoeffect.现场施工经理负责将本规程提交业主审核批准后实施。3.3Thesitesafetypersonnelshouldcheckifallthenecessarysafetyandprotectionmeasuresarereadybeforepicklingandpassivation,andkeepsupervisingduringtheprocess.现场安全人员应在系统酸洗、钝化进行前,检查所有必要的防护和安全措施已具备,并在实施过程中保持监督。4.Materialsandequipments使用的材料和设备Stainlesssteelpipingorequipmentpickling,passivationneedthefollowingmaterials:不锈钢管道或设备的酸洗、钝化需要用到以下材料:4.1Pipingflushingliquid:管道冲洗液:4.2Chemicalreagentforpassivation:钝化用化学试剂:5.Procedure操作步骤:5.1Isolation–Isolatethesystemtobepassivatedfromtheequipmentsandinstrumentsthatcan’tbepassivated(suchasflowmeter).Listtheseequipmentsandinstruments,andgiveittotheownerforsignatureandconfirmation.Allofthewaterusepoints,outlet,drains,anddeadlegshouldhavehandvalvesinproperpositions.Removeanycomponentfromthesystemthatisnotcompatiblewithpassivationsolutions.Isolatingvalvesshouldbeinstalledattheendsofinletandreturnwaterhoses,andatanyotherplacesanticipatedtohavebreakingpointsinthesystem.隔离——将需要进行酸洗钝化的系统与不能进行酸洗钝化的设备、仪表等隔离开(如流量计等),并列出明细,请业主签字确认。所有的用水点、出水点、排污点和单流管在适当的位置要有手动阀。移除任何不适合酸洗钝化的部件。进水回水软管上以及系统中任何可能有断点处需安装隔离阀。5.2Installation–Connecttheentiresystemintoacirculationloopbycirculatingpump,watersupplypump,andhoses.安装——使用循环泵、供水泵、软管等连接件,将整个系统连接成一个循环回路。5.3Feedwater–Startthewatersupplypump,andfeeddeionizedwatertothesupplytankuntilthereissufficientbackflowinthesystem.Continuetofillthesupplytankwithadequatedeionizedwateraftertheentiresystemisfull.系统蓄水——供水罐内去离子水,开动供水泵。向供水罐内添加去离子水直到系统有充分的回流。等整个系统都充满水以后继续向供水罐内添加足够的去离子水。5.4Leaktest–Inspectvisuallyifthereisleakageattheconnectionsofthesystemandrepairtheleakpoint.DONOTaddanychemicaltothesystemuntilallleakpointshavebeenrepaired.DONOTpassivateanewsystemwithoutpressuretest.泄漏检查——目测系统的所有连接处是否有泄漏并修复泄漏点。在没有修复好所有泄漏点之前不允许添加任何化学制剂。没有经过压力测试的系统不得进行酸洗钝化。5.5Alkalicleaning–Atroomtemperaturebyadding96%sodiumhydroxidepurity,volumeAccordingtotheproportionof4%andpurifiedwateror.Circulation75minutes.Checkifthereisanyalkalisolutionleakageatthevalvesandpipes.碱洗——在常温下按容积添加纯度为96%的氢氧化钠,按4%的比例与纯化水配制。循环冲洗75分钟。检查所有的阀门与管道是否有碱液渗漏。5.6Drain–Drainthealkalisolutionintowastetank.系统排空——将碱液排放到合适的废液罐内。5.7Flushing–FlushthepipewithDeionizedwateruntiltheoutletwaterpHisequaltotheinletpH.OpenallvalvesandtestthepHateachusepoint,valve,anddeadleg.冲洗——使用去离子水冲洗管路直到出水pH值与进水值相等。打开所有的阀,检查所有用点、阀门、单流管的pH值。5.8Feedwater–Startthewatersupplypump,andfeeddeionizedwatertothesupplytankuntilthereissufficientbackflowinthesystem.Continuetofillthesupplytankwithadequatedeionizedwateraftertheentiresystemisfull.系统蓄水——供水罐内去离子水,开动供水泵。向供水罐内添加去离子水直到系统有充分的回流。等整个系统都充满水以后继续向供水罐内添加足够的去离子水。5.9Pickling-Atroomtemperaturebyaddthepurityof66%nitricacidvolume,accordingtotheproportionof25%andpurifiedwaterordistilledwater.Circulationfor30minutes.(Forthesub-pipethatcan’tbepassivated,openthevalvetomakethesub-pipefullofpassivationsolutionwhenthemainpipeisunderpassivation,thenclosethevalveandsoakfor120minutes.)Checkallthevalvesandpipestoensurenoacidsolutionleakedout.酸洗——在常温下按容积添加纯度为66%的硝酸,按25%的比例与纯化水(或蒸馏水)配制。循环冲洗30分钟。(对于不能进行循环钝化的支管,则在主管路进行循环钝化时,开启阀门将支管充满钝化液,关闭阀门,浸泡120分钟)。检查所有的阀门与管道是否有酸液渗漏。5.10Drain–Draintheacidsolutionintowastecollectiontank.系统排空——将酸液排放到合适的废液罐内。5.11Flushing–FlushthepipewithdeionizedwateruntiltheoutletwaterpHisequaltotheinletpH.OpenallvalvesandtestthepHateachusepoint,valve,anddeadleg.冲洗——使用去离子水冲洗管路直到出水pH值与进水值相等。打开所有的阀,检查所有用点、阀门、单流管的pH值。5.12Completion–Removetheallthepumps,supplytank,andhoses.Restorethesystemtooperatingcondition.结束——移除所有的泵、供水罐、软管。将系统复原至工作条件下。5.13Wasteliquordrain–Drainallthewasteliquortothesewagetreatmentstation.废液排放——将所有废液排放到污水处理池。5.14Verification–Addasamplepipeintheloopforinspection.Afterpassivation,tocheckifthereisfreeironandthecompactionofpassivefilm,takedownthesample,droptestsolutiononthecleanpassivefilm,observeifthereisbluepointappearedonthesurfacein30s,nopassifthebluepointappeared.检验——在环路中添加一段管道用于检验。钝化表面处理后,为了检验复层表面是否有游离铁及钝化膜的致密情况,取下试样管道,将试液涂于清洗干净的钝化表面,60秒内观察表面显现蓝点的情况,有蓝点为不合格。Formulationoftestsolution:potassiumferricyanide2g+purifiedwater12ml+concentratednitricacid6ml,diluteto200mlwithwater.试液配方:铁氰化钾2克+纯化水12毫升+浓硝酸6毫升,用水稀释至200毫升。6.Safetycaution安全注意事项6.1Warningandpersonnelcontrol:安全警示与人员控制:Awarningsignmustbeputupfortheareaofpassivation.Anypersonwhoisforeigntopassivationmustkeepout.进行酸洗钝化的管道区域应该树立明显的警告标志,所有与酸洗钝化无关的人员不得任意出入。6.2PersonnelSafety人员防护:6.2.1Alkaliandacidcompoundingpersonnel,inspectorandrelativepersonshouldwearantacidg
