PositionpaperCommittee:GroupofG20Country:BrazilUniversity:TheXXXUniversityDelegates:XXXXXXG20iscompliedwithnewcharacteristicsofinternationaleconomicpatternandsystem.Itcreatedamultilayerplatformfortheriseoftheemergingeconomiesandsteadytransformationofpowers.Nowadays,theeconomicgapbetweendevelopinganddevelopedcountriesisbecomingmoreandmorebridged,whiletheinternationaleconomicorderischangingrapidly,G20’semergenceisbecomingmoreandmoremeaningful,andcooperationandnegotiationwillbeconductedsuccessfully.Today,thedevelopmentoftheemergingeconomiesisincreasinglyinfluentialontheglobaleconomyandinternationalrelationship.BrazilisoneoftheBRICScountries,butalsotheSouthAmericanUnionmembers.BrazilisalsooneofthefoundingmembersoftheRioGroup,MERCOSURmembercountriesoftheG20,theNon-AlignedMovementobservers.Brazildevotestocooperatingwithdevelopingcountries;advocatescooperationmechanismtobuildlargedevelopingcountries,Brazilhasafreemarketeconomy,America’ssecond-largesteconomy.GDPoveronetrillionU.S.dollars,istheworld’sseventhlargesteconomy,America'ssecond-largesteconomy.Intermsofpurchasingpowerparityterms,then,itsGDPreached$1.8trillion.IthascomprehensivestrengthamongthefirstinLatinAmerica.Brazilcontinuedtoseekcooperationandpromoteinternationalfinancialstabilityandeconomicgrowth.Butintheprocessofcooperationarestillmanyproblems.Theemergingeconomiescauseinvestingrisk.Brazilhasallruntroublesomecurrent-accountdeficits,whichhaveleftthemtocapitaloutflows.Brazilisexperiencingexceptionaleconomicgrowth.Theeconomiesoftheemergingcountriesaremostlyhighlyexport-drivenwithstronginflowsofcapitalandinvestmentandwell-capitalizedbankinginstitutions.Tocreateamarketeconomyandtoensuresustainabledevelopment,emergingmarketsstillfacebigchallengesfromfundamentalproblemsassociatedwiththeirtraditionaleconomicandpoliticalsystems.SoBrazilWilltakeaseriesofmeasurestoaddressarangeofissues,seekfurthercooperationwithdevelopingcountries.Enhancethecomprehensivenationalstrengthandthegrossnationalproduct.
