江苏科技大学硕士学位论文基于Stackelberg博弈的厂商供应链利润分配研究姓名:陆继申请学位级别:硕士专业:管理学管理科学与工程指导教师:王利2007031904040103StackelbergStackelbergStackelbergStackelbergABSTEACTRearchonProfitsDistributionwithStackelbergbetweenDistributorandManufactureinSupplyChainAbstractSupplychainmanagementisformakingactofmembersinsupplychainconsistent,reducingentiresupplychaincost,therebymaximizingentiresupplychainprofit.Thesuccessorfailureofcooperationrelationshipdirectlydecidesthesupplychainoperation,andtheessenceofcooperationrelationshipisprofitdistribution.So,thekeyofbuildingandoperatingsupplychainisdistributingprofitreasonableness.Sinceeverymemberofsupplychainisthereasonablemicro-economyorganization,outofindividualreasonstheymayrunafteroneselfprofitmaximizationonlyfromrespectiveprofitinsteadofseekingsupplychainpopulationprofitmaximization.Ifthecooperationprofitofsupplychaincannotgetrational,impartialassigned,thesupplychainmembersaredifficulttoformstableandlongcooperationrelation.Entiresupplychainevenmaycollapse.Thepurposeofthispaperistomakerational,impartialassignmentofcooperationprofitinsupplychainandbuildabasisofforminglongstablecooperationrelationshipofsupplychain.Becauseenterprisesinsupplychainaredifferentintheaspectsofstatueandimportance,theycanbedividedintomainenterpriseandtheobjectenterpriseofsupplychainmanagement.Themainenterprisereferstothatoccupiestheinitiativepositioninthesupplychainmanagement,leadsthesupplychainserviceandwhenitparticipatesorwithdrawssupplychainmaycausetheobviouschange.Italsohasastrongerstrengthandtheprofessionstatusinthisprofessionorhasthedecisiveresourcesthepitchpointenterprise.Andtheobjectenterprisereferstothatcannotgetuptheleadingroleandisthepassiveresponseenterpriserole.Thesupplychainiscomposedofmainenterpriseandobjectenterprise.Mainenterpriseisoccupyingadvantagesinnaturalresourcesandinformation.Withevolutionofworkdividinganddevelopmentoftheeconomyandsociety,thepositioninsupplychainofenterprisechanged.Mainenterprisemaypossiblychangefromoneenterprisetoanother.Mainenterprisehasmoreinformationinhandandkeepsmovingadvantagefirst.ThereforethepapermakesuseofStackelbergtheorytoanalysismodel.Theconceptofsupplychain,supplychainmanagementandcooperationisdescribedinthispaper,thenthecharacteristicofsupplychainpartnershipandtherelationshipbetweengameABSTEACTtheoryandsupplychainisanalyzed;theprofitdistributionprincipleandpatternofsupplychainisdiscussed,andtheprofitdistributionmodelisstructuredbasedonStackelbergtheory;finally,thelongrangecooperationprocessoftwoenterprisesisanalyzedinthepaper,sotheprofitdistributionmodeloftwostagesupplychainispragmatic.Onthebasisofdeformationdemandfunction,theprofitsdistributionmodelofsupplychainisdevelopedwhetherthedistributorsorthemanufacturedominatedinthepartnership,sothetotalprofitandrespectiveprofitacquisitioncanbecomparisonintwoconditions,andeasytoanalyzethedevelopmentandevolutionofsupplychaincooperation;oneprofitdistributionmodelamongtwomanufacturersandonedistributorisfounded.Finally,throughanalyzingacase,thedominatedstateinsupplychainprocessfromdistributorstomanufacturersisexplainedinthispaper,andtheprofitdistributionbetweenthetwoenterprisesiscarriedoutbyusingthemodelinthispaper.Thispaperstudiesonprofitdistributionofenterprisecooperationinsupplychain,especiallymakesasystematiccomparativelyall-roundresearchcombiningtwosituationsthatwhetherthemanufacturerordistributorisleader.Andusingonemodeltoembodythemanufactureranddistributorholdingaleadingpostrespectivelyatthesametimeisverymeaningful.Firstly,studyinghowtodistributecooperationprofitinsupplychainmoreeffectivelycanimprovethewholesupplychainachievementeffectandmakepartialandlocalinterestsequaltoreachsatisfieddegree.Therebyitcanputsupplychainmanagementintopracticesuccessfully.Secondly,buildingrationalprofitdistributionmethodcanmakethemembersknowthattheycangetmorebenefitthanbreakingawayfromsupplychainsufficientlytoparticipation.Theycanbeabletoacceptthefairtreatmentinsupplychainorganization.Thenitcanimprovemembers’enthusiasmofparticipatinginconstructionandliftingsupplychaincompetition.Thirdly,distributorbecomestoplayaleadingroleinsupplychain.Studyingtheprofitdistributionofmanufacturerordistributorholdsaleadingpostrespectivelyamongsupplychainisbeneficialtoanalyzedevelopmentandevolutionofsupplychainbetter.Therebyitcansupplementandimprovesupplychainmanagement.Finally,whenusingonemodeltoembodythemanufactureranddistributorholdingaleadingpostrespectively,totalcooperationprofitandtheirrespectiveprofithavetheparallelpossibility.Therebyitiseasytoanalyzewhatkindofsituationismorebenefittosupplychaindevelopment.Keywords:supplychainpartnershipdivisionofprofitStackelbergtheory2007-3-212007-3-212007-3-211.11.1.12090VerticalIntegrationHorizontalIntegrationSupplyChainManagementSCMOutsourcingWin-Win211.1.22Wal-mart1.21.2.11.2.1.1Mariotti[1]AlabamaDucaVanHoose[2]KansasPaul[3]Burrows[4]3ColemanGeorgeW[5]KarlsenleifErnst[6]1.2.1.21953Shapleyn[7]IyerBergen[8]SrinageshGavirneni[9]IlariaGiannoccaro[10]StavrosP.K[11]FredL[12]JamesT.S[13]HiMesak[14]SteffenJorgensen[15]41.2.2
