【辽宁公安司法管理干部学院新校区生活服务中心】技术文件——模板专项方案编制单位:中国江苏国际经济技术合作公司1施工组织设计、施工方案审批表TJ1.4工程名称辽宁公安司法管理干部学院新校区生活服务中心日期2008年5月7日现报上下表中的技术管理文件,请予以审批。类别编制人册数页数模板专项方案常玉生18内容附后审核意见:□有■无附页总承包单位名称:中国江苏国际经济技术合作公司审核人:审核日期:年月日审批意见:审批结论:□同意□修改后报□重新编制审批部门(单位):审批人:审批日期:年月日注:附模板专项方案【辽宁公安司法管理干部学院新校区生活服务中心】技术文件——模板专项方案编制单位:中国江苏国际经济技术合作公司2A3.1施工组织设计/方案报审表工程名称:辽宁公安司法管理干部学院新校区生活服务中心编号:A3.11—01致:沈阳市建筑研究院工程师事务所(监理单位)兹报验:□1单位工程施工组织设计□2分部(子分部)/分项工程施工方案■3模板工程专项施工方案□4施工用大型机械设备□5本次申报内容系第1次申报,申报内容项目经理部/公司技术负责人已批准。附件:模板专项方案承包单位项目经理部(章):项目经理:日期:项目监理机构签收人姓名及时间承包单位签收人姓名及时间专业监理工程师审核意见:专业监理工程师:日期:总监理工程师审核意见:项目监理机构(章):总监理工程师:日期:注:承包单位项目经理部应提前7日提出本报审表。【辽宁公安司法管理干部学院新校区生活服务中心】技术文件——模板专项方案编制单位:中国江苏国际经济技术合作公司3目录一、概述:·····················································································································································1二、模板的支撑:·········································································································································1(一)、基础模板······································································································································1(二)、主体模板······································································································································1(三)、主体排架:··································································································································2(四)、模板支撑时的注意事项:··········································································································3三、模板支撑体系设计计算··························································································································3(一)、设计依据······································································································································3(二)、内力验算······································································································································41.底模验算··············································································································································42.侧模板计算··········································································································································53.小横杆验算··········································································································································64.大横杆验算··········································································································································75、立柱验算············································································································································76、柱箍计算··········································································································································7【辽宁公安司法管理干部学院新校区生活服务中心】技术文件——模板专项方案编制单位:中国江苏国际经济技术合作公司1模板工程专项方案一、概述:在本工程中采用组合模板,支模必须注意保证模板有足够的整体稳定性。梁模板支柱之间应设置拉条和剪力撑,相互连结成整体;柱模用斜撑或剪力撑与临近模板拉结,以保证整个楼层柱、梁、板等模板成为一个整体的单元。平台板、楼梯底部应设足够的支柱,预防下沉。二、模板的支撑:(一)、基础模板1、基础侧模和模板采用木模板,Φ48㎜壁厚3.5㎜Ⅲ级钢管扣件支撑。2、基础垫层结束经验收签字后,即可进行基础的弹线工作,弹线时应按施工图纸基础外围尺寸,弹线结束后,经复验无误后,即开始支模。3、基础侧模和模板均采用木模板,钢管扣件支撑。4、基础垫层结束经验收签字后,即可进行基础的弹线工作,弹线时应按施工图纸基础外围尺寸(包括桩基周边尺寸),弹线结束后,经复验无误后,即开始支模。5、基础侧模拆除不受砼强度影响,但应以在拆模时不损坏砼棱角为前提,常温时一般以浇灌后1-2天为宜。(二)、主体模板1、在工程中采用Φ48㎜壁厚3.5㎜Ⅲ级钢管支撑木模柱、梁、板面。2、柱模板支模方法:柱的特点是高度大而载面积小。柱模板主要保证垂直度、施工时的侧面稳定及抵抗混凝土的测压力。柱模板为了抵抗混凝土侧压力。必须设柱箍。当侧压力较大时,在柱模板中加对拉螺栓。由于柱上部侧压力较柱底小,故柱箍应上疏下紧。3、梁模板支模方法:梁的特点跨度较大而宽度一般不大。一般梁下面上架空的。梁侧模板承受砼侧压力,梁底模承受混凝土及施工垂直荷载。梁模板主要有侧模,底模及支撑系统组成。梁支模时,要注意以下问题:(1)、梁跨度≥4米时,模板应起拱。一般木模起拱高度为梁跨度的2~3‰,钢模的起拱高度为1~2‰。如设计规定按设计起拱。(2)、支柱之间应设拉杆,离地80cm一道,经上每隔2.5m设一道。(3)、当梁的高大于70㎜成柱锚固筋过长时,应先绑扎钢筋,再封梁【辽宁公安司法管理干部学院新校区生活服务中心】技术文件——模板专项方案编制单位:中国江苏国际经济技术合作公司2帮,中间用铁丝或螺栓拉结。(4)、上下层支撑应在同一条竖向直线上,以保证上层支撑的荷载能传到下层支撑上。4、楼板模板支模方法:楼板特点是面积大厚度小。因此楼板侧模板所受侧压力很小,水平模板及其支撑系统主要抵抗混凝土和其他施工垂直荷载。在本工程项目中楼板模板为有梁楼板和悬臂挑檐板模板。楼板模板大部用定型模板,支承在搁栅上,搁栅支承在梁侧模板外的横档上。挑檐模板支模时不论用哪种形式,都要注意防止外倒倾覆。5、其他模板支模方法:在本工程中除了以上介绍外,还有圈梁模板,雨蓬模板。楼梯模板,墙模板。其构造见图示。墙模板安装时必须设置对拉螺栓,抵抗新浇筑混凝土的侧压力,以免模板产生过大变形或位移。楼梯模板安装时,先按图纸进行放样,以确定各部件尺寸。要注意踏步高度均匀一致,踏步和楼地面交接的一步,必须考虑楼地面粉刷层的厚度。模板的安装顺序是先装上、下平台及平台梁,再安装楼梯斜梁和楼梯底模板,然后安装外侧板和反扶梯基。材料运输至现场后,平面人工运输,垂直运输采用井字架机械运输。安装前的准备工作:安装前要做好技术交底,熟悉施工图纸和要求,并做好模板材料质量检验工作。模板表面涂刷隔离剂。6、安装要点:⑴柱模和墙模安装时下端应和定位基准紧靠垫平。保证模板的垂直度、刚度和稳定性。⑵框架柱模板采用拼装模板,方柱子围檀采用Φ48钢管作为柱箍,其竖向间距为500MM,最下一道中心线距离地坪≤200MM。⑶平台模板均采用七夹板,搁栅采用50×95MM木档,其间距不超过350MM,木档必须两侧平面刨光轧平,使其断面一致,确保平台平整度同时还必须做到以下几点:①平台模板铺设,采用木模镶嵌严密,防止漏浆。②平台模板底模搁栅设置时,应相互错开接头,保证平台排架的强度、刚度及稳定性。⑷支撑底端地面应整平夯实,并加垫本,不得垫砖,调整高底的木楔要钉牢,木楔不宜垫得过高,(最好是2块)。⑸支设4m高以上的立柱模板,四周必须牢固,操作时要搭设工作台,不足4m高的可使用马凳操作。⑹在支撑模板时必须注意施工图中预留孔、洞、预埋件位置,预留孔、洞、预埋件工作,派专人负责。(三)、主体排架:1、在工程中采用Φ48㎜壁厚3.5㎜Ⅲ级钢管排架支撑木模梁、板面。2、支柱之间应设拉杆,离地80cm一道,经上每隔2.5m设一道。3、上下层支撑应在同一条竖向直线上,以保证上层支撑的荷载能传到下层支撑上。4、厂房各层间高度大于6m时,宜用桁架支模或多层支架支模。5、在平台排架搭设时,排架采用Φ48钢管,间距纵横向@1000MM钢管【辽宁公安司法管理干部学院新校区生活服务中心】技术文件——模板专项方案编制单位:中国江苏国际经济技术合作公司3水平拉开管与扫地管共叁道连接,排架高度范围内设水平牵杠,最下一道牵杠距地面200MM。6、顶撑从离地面50cm高设等一道水平撑,以后每坛加2m坛设一道。水平撑应纵横向设置。7、支撑底端地面应整平夯实,并加垫本,不得垫砖,调整高底的木楔要钉牢,木楔不宜垫得过高,(最好是2块)。8、纵横水平撑、斜撑等不得搭在门窗框和脚手架上。通中间的斜撑、拉杆等应设在1.80m以上。(四)、模板支撑时的注意事项:⒈本工程采用木模
