江苏科技大学硕士学位论文基于循环经济的闭环供应链管理研究姓名：唐晖申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：杨兴林20080301I1123425Abstract3StudyonClosed-loopSupplyChainManagementbasedontheCircularEconomyAbstractSupplychainmanagementplaysamoreandmoreimportantroleinenterpriseoperation.Itgraduallybecomesthekeyforenterprisetosucceed.However,withtheaccelerationofindustrialization,thehighefficiencyandrapiddevelopmenthavebeenachieved.Meanwhile,italsoleadstoresourceshortage,environmentdeterioration,andecologydestruction.Thenitthreatenstheharmoniousdevelopmentofhumanbeingandnature.Intheconditionofvigorouslydevelopingthecirculareconomy,theconceptofsaving,intensiveandzoologyshouldbecombinedwiththedevelopmentofenterprise.Therefore,thetraditionalsupplychainmodelhastobeadjustedandrenovated.Andtheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagementisanewmanagementmodelaccommodatingtotheneedofthisconversion,whichrequirestheintegrationofconventionalsupplychainandreversesupplychain.Itaimstorecycleuseoftheresourcebythereclaimingofwaste.Studyontheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagementbasedonthemodelcirculareconomyisasignificativetaskfortheestablishmentofresourcesavingandenvironmentfriendlysociety.Thethesisstudiestheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagementbycombiningthetheoryofcirculareconomyandclosed-loopsupplychainmanagement.Anditalsousesthemethodofcombiningnatureandquantity,theoryanalysisandcaseapplication.Themaincontentsoftheresearcharediscussedfromthefollowingaspects:1.Basictheoryofthecirculareconomyandtheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagement.Aftertheintroductionofbasictheoryofthecirculareconomyandtheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagement,thethesisdiscussestherelationofthecirculareconomyandtheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagementfromtwoparts.First,boththecirculareconomyandtheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagementbaseonthetheoryofsustainabledevelopmentandbionomics.Second,theconstructionofclosed-loopsupplychainisanimportantpledgeforthedevelopmentofcirculareconomy.2.Analysisontheoriginationofclosed-loopsupplychainmanagementbasedonthecirculareconomy.Fromthepartsofresourceactualityanalysis,limitationoftraditionalsupplychain,outsidefactorsandinsidefactorsofenterprise,thenecessityfortheconstructionofclosed-loopsupplychainispointedoutinthisthesis.3.Closed-loopsupplychainmanagementunderthecirculareconomy.AfteranalyzingtheAbstract4membersoftheclosed-loopsupplychain,thechangesandchallengestheyarefacingarediscussed.Thenthethesisproposesthecharacteristicsoftheclosed-loopsupplychain.Thereverselogisticsoftheclosed-loopsupplychainisseriouslyintroduced.Thethesisdiscussesfourdifferentkindsofcollectionchannelsforusedproductsinthereverselogisticsandbuildsthecostandbenefitmodelofreverselogistics.Itaimstoprovidethedecisionsupportforthereverselogisticsmanagement.Atlast,therelationanddifferencebetweenclosed-loopsupplychainandconventionalsupplychainisalsodescribedfromseveralaspects.Thethesisalsointroducesthetechniqueandtoolabouttheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagement.4.Researchontheimplementationapproachofclosed-loopsupplychainbasedonthecirculareconomy.Thethesisdiscussestheimplementationapproachofclosed-loopsupplychain.Itproposestheimplementationandextendingofclosed-loopsupplychainshouldbedevelopedinthetenpartsfromthreelevels,whicharegovernment,enterpriseandpublic.Italsopointsoutthatthegovernmentisleading,theenterpriseisprincipalpart,andthepublicismaster.Ontheotherhand,theseimplementationapproachcandosomehelpfortheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagement.5.Applicationcaseofthereverselogisticscostandbenefitmodelintheclosed-loopsupplychain.Inordertomaketherightdecisionforenterprise,thethesisstudiestheapplicationanalysisofreverselogisticscostandbenefitmodelbythecase.Theclosed-loopsupplychaincanbringtheeconomicefficiency,zoologyefficiencyandsocietyefficiencyfortheenterprise.Finally,theconclusionthatclosed-loopsupplychainisanimportantpathandguaranteestoachievesustainabledevelopmentofchinaissummarized.Thethesisstudiesontheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagementbasedontheconceptofcirculareconomyandthecerothataimstoimproveresourceefficiency,strengthenresourcerecycleuseandreduceenvironmentpollution,andthecombinationofforwardlogisticsandreverselogistics.Theseresearchescansolvetheproblemsofresource,environmentanddevelopment.Itwillhelptheestablishmentofresourcesavingandenvironmentfriendlysociety.Anditwillalsopromotetheaccomplishmentofsustainabledevelopment.Keywords:Circulareconomy;Closed-loopsupplychainmanagement;Reverselogistics;RecyclingreuseAbstractIIAbstractSupplychainmanagementplaysamoreandmoreimportantroleinenterpriseoperation.Itgraduallybecomesthekeyforenterprisetosucceed.However,withtheaccelerationofindustrialization,thehighefficiencyandrapiddevelopmenthavebeenachieved.Meanwhile,italsoleadstoresourceshortage,environmentdeterioration,andecologydestruction.Thenitthreatenstheharmoniousdevelopmentofhumanbeingandnature.Intheconditionofvigorouslydevelopingthecirculareconomy,theconceptofsaving,intensiveandzoologyshouldbecombinedwiththedevelopmentofenterprise.Therefore,thetraditionalsupplychainmodelhastobeadjustedandrenovated.Andtheclosed-loopsupplychainmanagementisanewmanagementmodela
