00江西新余赛维LDK多晶硅项目电气施工方案0目录TableofContents1、概述GENERAL.................................................................................................................................12、编制依据及执行标准COMPILATIONBASISANDEXECUTIONALCODE.....................................13、主要施工工序MAINCONSTRUCTIONPROCEDURE.....................................................................24、施工方法、技术措施与要求CONSTRUCTIONMETHOD,TECHNICALMEASUREANDREQUIREMENT......................................................................................................................................211江西新余赛维LDK多晶硅项目电气施工方案11、概述Geneal本方案适用于江西赛维LDK多晶硅项目,我公司(中化三建)承建三条生产线中TCS、压缩制冷、反应器的装置区内电气接地工作。TheprogrammeappliestoJiangxiSaiweiLDKPolysiliconProject.ElectricalearthingworkofallthreelinesforTCS,compressionandrefrigerationandreactorswillbeconstructedbyTCC.2、编制依据及执行标准Compilationbasisandexecutionstandards电气接地工程的安装均严格执行国家有关电气标准图集、电气设计图纸及相关的电气施工规范。Theinstallationworkofelectricalearthingshouldbeinaccordancewithrelativenationalelectricalcollectionofstandarddesigndrawings,electricaldesigndrawingsandrelativeelectricalconstructioncodesstrictly.2.1由Fluor下发的电气接地施工图纸ElectricalearthingconstructiondrawingsissuedbyFluor2.2由Fluor下发的电气安装施工规范ElectricalinstallationconstructioncodeissuedbyFluor2.3《全国通用电气安装工程标准图集》Nationalgeneralelectricalinstallationengineeringcollectionofstandarddesigndrawings2.4相关的施工规范及质量评定标准:Relativeconstructioncodeandqualityassessmentstandard:2.5电气装置安装工程施工及验收规范(合订本)。Electricalapparatusinstallationengineeringconstructionandacceptancecode(boundedition)2.6电气装置安装工程接地装置施工及验收规范(GB50169—92)Electricalapparatusinstallationengineeringearthingconstructionandacceptancecode(GB50169—92)2.7建筑电气工程质量验收规范(GB50303—2002)。Architecturalelectricalengineeringqualityacceptancecode(GB50303—2002)2.8施工现场临时用电安全技术规范(JGJ46—88)。Constructionsitetemporaryelectricityutilizationsafeandtechnicalcode(JGJ46—88)22江西新余赛维LDK多晶硅项目电气施工方案22.9石油化工静电接地设计规范(SH3097-2000)Petrochemicalindustryelectrostaticgroundingdesigncode(SH3097-2000)2.10由Fluor下发的相关质量评定表。RelativequalityassessmentsheetsissuedbyFluor3、主要施工工序Mainconstructionprocedure电气接地安装工程施工工序electricalearthinginstallationworkconstructionprocedure4、施工方法、技术措施与要求Constructionmethod,technicalmeasureandrequirement4.1施工前的准备Preparationworkpriortoconstruction1)由管理人员负责组织参加施工的施工人员认真熟悉施工图纸及相关设计文件、标准规范,掌握设计意图及设计要求。做好施工图纸的审查、会审。Thesupervisorisresponsibletoorganizetheconstructionpersonneltogetherforfamiliarizingconstructiondrawings,relativedesigndocument,andinstallationcodesandknowingofdesignintentionanddesignrequirement.Makeagoodpreparationfordrawingreviewanddrawingjointcheckup.2)按施工作业计划备齐施工用料及施工机具。施工交底Constructionclarification材料进场检查报验Inspectionworkformaterialapproach现场测量放线Sitesurveyandsettingout土方开挖Earthworkexcavation接地极安装Earthingpoleinstallation接地线敷设安装Earthwirelayingandinstallation检查报验Inspection土方回填夯实Backfillingandcompaction33江西新余赛维LDK多晶硅项目电气施工方案3Prepareconstructionmaterialandconstructionmachineasperconstructionplan.3)做好进场材料的检验报验工作,应符合规范要求。Theinspectionworkformaterialthatwillbeenteredthesiteshouldbedoneaspercoderequirement.4)开工前对施工人员进行全面的安全技术交底。Completesafetyandtechnicalclarificationshouldbetoldtoalltheconstructionpersonnelpriortocommencingwork.5)施工前组织与土建或其它专业进行工序交接,核实现场是否满足电气接地施工要求。Theworkprocedurehandoverbetweencivilworkandotherspecialtyshouldbeorganizedpriortoconstructionandverifythatwhetherthesiteisinaccordancewithelectricalearthingconstructionrequirement.4.2接地装置安装步骤earthingdevicesinstallationstep4.2.1地下部分undergroundpart1)按照设计图尺寸位置进行现场测量放线,要求开挖接地沟,沟深不小于1000mm。Sitesurveyandsettingoutshouldbedoneasperdesigndrawingdimensionlocation.Thedepthofearthingtrenchshouldnotbelessthan1000mmbasedonrequirement.2)接地极应垂直埋入地下,并保证不发生较大弯曲变形;接地极上端离完工地面不少于500mm.,接地极间距≥5米。Verticallyinserttheearthingpoleintothegroundandmakesurethatthereisnobiggerbendingdeflection.Theearthingpoleupperendshouldnotbelessthan500mmawayfromfinishedfloor.Theearthingpolesspanare≥5m.3)敷设接地线时,应使用图纸设计的规格的接地线缆。Duringlayingtheearthingcable,thespecificationofearthwireisusedasshownindesigndrawing.4)按设计图纸局部详图相应的连接件对接地线和接地体以及接地线之间进行可靠连接.ThecorrespondingconnectorshowninIFCdetaildrawingisusedtoconnecttheearthwireandearthbarreliable.5)每一处施工完毕后,及时请相关部门进行隐蔽工程检查验收,合格后方能回填夯实,同时做好隐蔽工程验收记录。44江西新余赛维LDK多晶硅项目电气施工方案4Informrelativedepartmenttoinspectconcealedworkaftereverypartconstructionworkisover.Backfillandcompactitwhenitisacceptableandmakeanacceptancerecordfortheconcealedworkatthesametime.4.2.2地上部分abovegroundpart1)按照设计图尺寸位子进行现场测量弹线,使用相应的工具安装接地支撑件。Sitesurveyandsettingoutshouldbedoneasperdesigndrawingdimensionlocation.Earthingsupportiserectedwithrelativetools.2)敷设接地线将其固定在支撑件上,在与接地连接点连接部分导线应留有一定量的驰度。(保证墙体或结构上敷设的接地线横平竖直)Layearthwireandfixittothefixture.Theconnectingconductorshouldhavecertainslacknessatthegroundedjunction.(Theearthwireonthewallorstructureshouldbelevelinhorizontalorientationandverticalinlongitudinalorientation.)3)金属管道每50-80米做一次接地,当管道的电气连续性不能满足时,须采用FEZN0.8mm跨接线连接。电缆桥架每30米做一次接地连接。所有容积大于50m3和直径大于2.5m的贮罐,接地点不少于2处,间距不大于30米,沿设备外围均匀布置。Earthingshouldbedoneevery50-80mformetalpipe.Iftheelectricalcontinuityofpipecannotcomplywi
