分类号：密级：学号：2009119008单位代码：10759石河子大学硕士学位论文新疆金融发展与城镇化建设的协调性研究学位申请人许丽萍指导教师何剑教授申请学位门类级别经济学硕士学科、专业名称统计学研究方向绿洲经济可持续发展统计所在学院商学院中国·新疆·石河子2012年6月XinjiangfinancialdevelopmentandresearchoftheurbanizationconstructioncoordinationADissertationSubmittedtoShiheziUniversityInPartialFulfillmentoftheRequirementsFortheDegreeofEconomicsByXuLiping(Statistics)DissertationSupervisor:Prof.HeJianJune，2012I摘要城镇化不仅是人类文明进步的标志，更是工业化和现代化的产物。新疆正处于跨越式大发展阶段，加快城镇化建设已成为促进新疆经济发展的新亮点；而金融作为现代经济的核心，是拉动城镇化建设的重要力量，研究金融发展与城镇化建设之间的关系具有重要意义。本研究以金融与城镇化建设的协调发展为研究对象，评析了金融发展与城镇化建设的协调性，并探讨了经济、市场和教育对两者协调性的影响，提出促进金融与城镇化协调发展的对策建议。论文第一部分首先介绍了研究背景和研究意义，对国内外研究现状进行归纳和评述，在总结现有文献和研究成果的基础上，提出研究思路，并说明研究内容和方法。第二部分对金融发展和城镇化建设的相关概念和相关理论进行阐述，为后续研究做理论支持。论文第三部分对新疆金融发展与城镇化建设的发展现状进行描述分析。通过对金融发展与城镇化建设发展现状的概述，得出新疆金融业正趋于多元化发展，城镇化水平也呈逐年上升的结论。在此基础上，理论阐述了金融发展与城镇化建设的相关性，即金融发展会促进城镇化建设，而城镇化建设也会反作用于金融的发展。论文第四部分通过构建金融发展与城镇化建设协调发展评价指标体系，分别从时序和截面两个角度对新疆金融发展与城镇化建设的协调性进行测评。得出以下结论：1.1990-2010年，新疆金融与城镇化建设的关系符合系统协调发展的一般规律，两者经历了从失调到优质协调的过程，协调状态不断得到改善；2.将新疆与全国其他地区进行截面比较可知，2010年新疆金融与城镇化的协调发展度在全国31个地区中排名第21位，处于勉强协调阶段，需要进一步加强两者的协调发展。论文第五部分综合运用灰色关联和联立方程模型对影响金融发展与城镇化建设协调发展的因素进行了深入分析。首先，理论分析了经济、市场和劳动力教育水平对金融与城镇化的影响；其次，运用灰色关联和联立方程模型构建了金融、城镇化、经济、市场和劳动力教育水平五因素模型，系统分析了这些因素对金融与城镇化协调发展的影响，分析结果说明：经济发展水平和市场因素对城镇化建设有直接的带动作用；金融与城镇化的协调发展水平对金融发展具有较强的正向促进作用；经济发展水平和市场因素对金融发展与城镇化建设的协调发展有直接的带动作用；目前新疆劳动力的教育水平一定程度上抑制着金融与城镇化的协调发展。论文第六部分结合实证分析结论，从改善外部环境和加强内部统筹两方面提出对策建议。在改善外部环境方面，从提高经济发展水平、加大对城镇基础设施投融资的改革等角度提出建议；在加强内部统筹方面，从大力发展金融机构、统筹规划促进城镇化建设、加快体制改革、转变政府职能等角度提出建议。论文的第七部分是总结与展望，对全文进行总结，找到本文的不足之处，并对下一步的研究进行展望。关键词：金融发展；城镇化建设；协调度IIAbstractUrbanizationisnotjustasignoftheprogressofhumanbeings’civilization,it’saproductofindustrializationandmodernization.NowXinjiangisenteringuponaperiodofthegreat-leap-forwarddevelopment.SpeedinguptheurbanconstructionhasbecomeanewfocustopromotetheeconomicdevelopmentofXinjiang.Financeisatthecoreofmoderneconomy,whichplaysanimportantroleindrivingtheurbanconstruction.Ithasagreatsignificancetoresearchtherelationshipbetweenfinancialdevelopmentandurbanconstruction.Thethesispresentsananalysisofcoordinatingdevelopmentofthefinanceandtheurbanization,whichevaluatesthecoordinationbetweenfinancialdevelopmentandurbanization,anddiscussestheinfluenceoftheeconomic,marketandeducationtofinacedevelopmentandurbanization.Feasiblecountermeasuresofpromotethecoordinationoffinancialandurbanizationareprovided.Thefirstpartintroducedthebackgroundandsignificanceofthethesisfirstly,theresearchstatusathomeandabroadweresummarized,Onthebasisofsummaryoftheexistingliteratureandresearchresults,proposedtheresearchmethodofthisthesis,themainresearchmethodsandcontent.Thesecondpartanalysestherelatedconceptionandtheoryoffinancialdevelopmentandurbanizationconstruction,dothetheoreticalsupportforthefollow-upresearch.ThethirdpartofthethesisgivesadescriptiveanalysisonthepresentsituationofXinjiangfinancialdevelopmentandurbanizationconstruction.ThroughanalysisthepresentsituationofXinjiangfinancialdevelopmentandurbanizationconstruction,whichdrawsaconclusionthatfinancialindustrytendstobemorediversifieddevelopment,andurbanizationlevelhasbeenpromoted.Onthisbasis,analyzethecorrelationoftheXinjiangfinancialdevelopmentandurbanizationconstruction,financedevelopmentpromotesurbanization,andtheurbanizationalsoadverselythedevelopmentoffinance.Inthefourthpart,thethesisbuiltsthecoordinationdevelopmentevaluationindexsystemtoevaluatingthecoordinationofXinjiangfinancialdevelopmentandurbanizationconstructionrespectivelyfromthetimingandsectiontwoangles.Drawthefollowingconclusions:11990-2010,therelationshipbetweenthefinancialdevelopmentandurbanizationconstructionconformstothecoordinateddevelopmentofthesystemwithgeneralrules,experiencedtheprocessfromdisorderstocoordination,coordinationhasimprovedsteadily;2ThethesishasmadeacomparisonbetweenXinjiangandanyotherareainChina,2010thecoordinationofXinjiangfinancialdevelopmentandurbanizationranksthe21stinalltheprovincesandareas,staysatalmostlosebalacestage,anditneedtostrengthenthecoordinationdevelopmentfurtherly.Thefifthpartofthethesis,appliedwithgraycorrelationandsimultaneousequationmodeltoanalyzethecoordinatingfactorswhichaffectsfinancedevelopmentandurbanizationdeeply.Firstofall,theoryanalysishasbeenusedtoanalyzeeconomic、marketandtheeducationleveloflaboraffectsthefinanceandurbanization.Secondly,thethesisappliesgraycorrelationandIIIsimultaneousequation,builtamodelwhichincludesfinance、urbanization、economic、marketandeducationleveloflabor,anditanalyzesthesefivefactors’affectiontofinanceandurbanizationcoordinatingdevelopment.Theanalyzeresultswhichimpliesthateconomicdevelopmentlevelandmarketfactorshaveadirectleadingeffect;thatfinanceandurbanizationcoordinatingdevelopmenthasastrongpositiveandpromoteeffecttofinancialdevelopment;that,atpresent,theeducationleveloflabor,insomeextent,inXinjianghasanegativeeffecttofinanceandurbanizationcoordinatingdevelopment.Combinewithconclusionsabove,thesixthpartofthesispresentsconcreteproposalsbothintheexternalfactorsandtheinternalfactors.Ontheexteranlsides,itshouldimprovethelevelofeconomicdevelopme
