工作流论文：公安业务案件管理系统的应用和实践【中文摘要】工作流管理技术是事务处理技术对于提高业务流管理系统(WorkflowManagementSystem,WfMS)的可靠性,保证分布、异构的复杂业务过程的正确性具有重要作用,也是实现业务过程自动化的一种有效手段。异构、分布环境中的大规模工作流应用具有并发执行性、长期运行性、执行依赖性、结构复杂性、功能替代性、结果补偿性等特点。与具有ACID特性的传统事务相比,工作流管理应用中的事务通常恢复属性多样且应用语义丰富、操作力度较大、生命周期较长等属性。人们为了解决传统事务面临的挑战,提出了多种高级事务模型及方法,但由于工作流应用的上述特点,这些技术仍然不能很好地处理如何保证工作流的事务特性的问题。20世纪90年代,人们为了更好地解决上述问题,提出将工作流技术与高级事务处理思想相融合,提出了事务工作流(transactionalworkflow)技术,该技术对于支持复杂的关键业务过程的自动化、异构、分布、推动其迈向实用具有重要意义,成为近年来工作流领域和事务处理的研究热点之一。事务工作流(transactionalworkflow)技术的正确性保证包括运行时和定义时两方面。为了更好地描述其定义时和运行时的特征,准确刻画事务工作流,对其进行合理建模是非常必要的。另外,事务工作流技术的恢复属性在异构环境中具有多样性,不同属性的组合失配会导致有关事务特性不能得到保证,因此需要判定定事务工作流时的良构性。在此基础上,一个事务工作流的执行要能够将系统从一个一致性状态转换到另一个一致性状态,并且还要满足语义原子性要求,这就需要在运行时保证从并发控制和失效恢复两方面的正确性。公安案件管理系统同其他的业务系统比起来有两大挑战,首先是由于工作的对抗性和政治性特别强,在保密和层级审批与越级审批上有着的要求,其次是要从以“保管”为主转移到以“提供、利用”为根本宗旨上来,从过去的仅仅电子存档,保证不丢到现在的为日后的工作、决策提供参考和论证的事实依据和统计数据。本文的主要工作包括:1.工作流建模、工作流实例迁移、协同工作流和工作流安全管理等已成为该领域的研究热点。在国外,Casati和Ellis等在工作流变更和实例迁移、Grasso和Aalst等在协同工作流、Bertino和Atluri等在工作流安全及授权、Aalst等在工作流建模等方面,都做了很多工作。我们国家的许多高校和科研院所,如中科院计算所、清华大学、中科院软件所、吉林大学、上海交通大学和华中科技大学等都做了工作流管理技术的研究。2.本文介绍了工作流管理技术的产生、发展,工作流软件的应用,以及工作流管理与其他应用软件系统的集成等,重点讨论了PDM系统与工作流管理集成应用。3.公安业务案件管理系统是公安工作的重要组成部分,是公安两化建设的重要组成部分,为日后的工作、决策提供了大量有效的参考依据和参考数据。工作流技师的应用大大的提高了公安业务案件管理系统的运行效率和工作能力。综上所述,探索了工作流在公安业务案件管理系统的几个关键问题,并且取得了一定的研究成果。这对于提高公安业务案件管理系统的可靠性、推动工作流管理技术的实用化具有重要的科研应用价值。【英文摘要】Workflowtechnologyisabusinessprocessautomationtechnologyisaneffectivemeanstoimprovetransaction,WorkflowManagementSystem(WfMS),ensurethereliabilityofthedistributed,heterogeneousthecorrectnessofthecomplexbusinessprocessesplaysanimportantrole.Distributed,heterogeneousenvironmentwiththelarge-scaleapplicationofstructuralcomplexity,workflowexecutionlong-termoperation,dependence,concurrentexecution,thecompensatoryfunction,characteristics,therefore,thealternativewithACID,comparedtothetraditionalbusinesscharacteristicsofworkflowapplicationsareusuallyrelativelylonglifecycleofbusinessoperation,size,andrestorediverseandapplicationofsemanticattribute.Tosolvethetraditionalbusinesschallenges,peopleputforwardmanyseniorbusinessmodelandmethod,butduetothecharacteristicsofworkflowapplications,thetechnologyisstillnotverygoodtreatmenttoensuretheworkflowoftheaffairsofthecharacteristics.Inordertosolvetheseproblems,inthe1990s,peoplewilltopthetransactionandworkflowtechnologyintegration,derivativestransactionworkflowtechnology,transactional(workflowtechnologytosupportdistributed,heterogeneous,complexkeybusinessprocessautomationanditspracticalsignificancetobecomeyearstransactionprocessingandworkflowofresearchinthefieldofoneofthehotspots.Thatincludesthecorrectnessofthetransactionworkflowdefinitionandruntimetwoaspects.Inordertoaccuratelydepictaffairsworkflow,betterdescribethedefinitionandcharacteristicsoftheoperation,thereasonablemodelingisverynecessary,Inaddition,heterogeneousenvironmentaffairswithdiversityofworkflowrecovery,differentattributecombinationofattributescanleadtorelevantaffairsischaracteristic,therefore,cannotbeguaranteedtotheworkflowdefinitiononmattersofwell-structured.Onthisbasis,aworkflowexecutiontoaffairssystemfromaconsistencyconditiontoanotherstate,andalsotomeetconsistencyofsemanticatoms,itneedstoberequiredatruntimeconcurrencycontrolandrecoverfromtwoaspectsthatprovidecorrectness.Publicsecuritycasemanagementsystemwithotherthanthebusinesssystemhastwobigchallenge,firstisduetopoliticalbacklashandparticularlystronginsecrecyandlevelforexaminationandapproval,theapprovalandtheboss’sheadwithmoredemandingand,thesecondistokeepfrom““to”providetransferredtouseforthefundamentalpurpose,“comefromthepast,electronicfiling,notonlytothefutureworknowforreference,anddemonstratesthefactsandstatistics.Thisarticlemainlyincludes:1workflowmodeling,workflowandsafetymanagementworkflowinstancemigrationandcollaborativeworkflowetc.Hasbecomethehotresearchfield.Aalstetcinworkflowmodeling,BertinonotAtluriIIinworkflowCasatiauthorization,safetyandnotIinworkflowEllisIchangeandmigration,andAalstGrassoincollaborativeworkflow,etc.,havedonealotofwork.Athome,tsinghuauniversity,HuazhongUniversityofscienceandtechnology,Chineseacademyofsciences,cassoftware,thecalculationofShanghaiJiaoTongUniversityandjilinuniversityhavedevelopedaworkflowmanagementtechnologyresearch.Article2ofworkflowmanagementtechnology,thedevelopmentandapplicationofworkflowsoftware,aswellaswithotherapplicationsworkflowmanagementsystem,andintroducestheintegrationofPDMsystem,andtheintegratedapplicationofworkflowmanagementfocus.Andofcoursedescriptionlanguageandworkflowmodelingtheory,workflowinstancemigrationandoperationmonitoring,accesscontrolandworkflowsystemofsafetymanagementofcurrentresearchstatus,problemsanddevelopmenttrendofcomprehensiveanalysis.3incaseofpublicsecuritybusinessbooksmanagementsystemisanimportantpartofpublicsecuritywork,istheconstructionoftwoimportantconstituent,forinthefuturework,providesanumberofreferencesandreferencedata.Workflowapplicationsgreatlyimprovethemechanicpublicsecuritycasemanagementsystemofbooksbusinessoperationefficiencyandworkability.Tosumup,thework
