TestingMethod测试计划书第1页2.FIELDWATERTESTING现场试验2.1Fieldwatertestingshallbecarriedoutperiodicallyduringcurtainwallinstallation.在幕墙安装期间定期进行现场喷淋试验。Provide3successfulwatertestsofeachtypicalwalltype.Locationstobeselectedbyarchitect.每种外墙安装期间定期进行现场喷淋试验。Allterminationconditions,flashingtowindowsframesbehindaluminumandcladdingpanels,coping/externalbalustradeshallbe100%tested.所有收口位置与窗框相连的，在铝板后面的泛水板都需要100%的测试。Shouldproblemsarise,theArchitectmayinstructthatfurthertestingbecarriedout.如测试当中有任何问题出现，工程师可要求增加作实验范围。ThetestshallbeconductedstrictlyinaccordancewithAAMA-501.2测试过程应严格遵循测试过程应严格遵循AAMA-501.2Testareashallbeatleasttwo-storyhighandthree-panelwide.Thisareashouldincludealltypicalhorizontalandverticaljoints.ThewatershallbeappliedusingaTypeB-25,#6.030brassnozzledwith1/2”FPTasmanufacturedbyMonarchManufacturingWorks.Thenozzleshallbeusedwitha3/4”gardenhose.thewaterflowtothenozzleshallbeadjustedtoproduce30to35psiwaterpressure.Thenozzleshallbemovedslowlybackandforthabovethejoint,atdistanceof1ftfromit,foraperiodof5minutesfor5ftofjoint.测试区域至少为2层楼高，3个板宽，包括所有典型的横向和竖向接缝。淋水应采用铜喷嘴，型号如同MonarchManufacturingWorksMonarchManufacturingWorks生产的TypeB-25,#6.030。喷嘴后接喷嘴后接3/4英寸的水管，水压应达30~35psi。2.2GutterTest水槽测试Verifyduringconstructionthatwaterleakageandcondensationareeffectivelycollectedanddrainedtotheexterior.Testinternalguttersforeveryfloorbytemporarilypluggingweepholesandfillingwithwater.Afteraminimumoffifteen(15)minutes,inspectforwaterleakage.Correctdeficienciesandretestuntilsuccessfultestsareachieved.Removeweepholeplugsaftertesting.Allguttersaretobecleanandfreeofdebrispriortoinstallingadditionalmaterialthatwouldpreventaccessatalatertime.Guttersshallbe100%tested.在施工期间须检查渗漏雨水和冷凝水是否能够被完全排除室外。用临时堵住泄水孔并在内部水槽中灌水的方法来检查每一层楼的内部水槽的防渗漏性能。在保持15分钟以后，检查渗水状况。有缺陷的地方需要整改并重新测试直到测试成功。确保测试完成后除去泄水孔的堵塞物。所有的内部水槽在安装其它遮蔽组件之前，都应清洁和清理灰尘杂物、水槽需要进行100%的测试。3.TESTING,STRUCTURALGLAZING结构胶测试TestingMethod测试计划书第2页3.1Generally一般规定Submitmanufacturer’stestreportspreparedbytheapprovedlaboratoryforallstructuralsdhesives(siliconeusedinstructuralglaingbeforecommencinginstallation.Tcludedetailsofsampilingandtestprocedures.在安装前提交生产商出具的、由认可的实验所作的有关结构硅酮胶剂其它粘结剂的测试报告，包括其样本集测试层序的详细数据。TestprooceduresandminimumacceptancecriteriashallcomplywithAAMACW13angGB16776测试程序及验收规格应以AAMACW13及GB16776为根3.2Sealant-Adhesionandcompatibilitytesting:附着力及兼容性测试据。CarryoutandsubmitresultsforinitialadhesionandcompatibilitytestingtoASTMC794andASTMC510.Verifythatnomaterialincontactwiththestructuraladhesivswillcausedeteriorationofstructuraladhesives,andthestructuralsdhesiveswillnotcauseintrusionintolaminatedglassinterlayersorIGUseals.根据ASTMC794及ASTMC510进行初始附着力及兼容性测试，并提交其测试报告。证明没有材料因与结构硅胶接触而导致结构粘结失效现象，证明结构胶不会进入夹层玻璃中间层或中空玻璃密封的内层。3.3Sealant-Directtensiontests直接拉力测试：DirecttensiontestsbetweensiliconeanndglassshallbecarriedoutusinganInstronTensileTester,orapprovedalternative.玻璃与硅胶之间的直接拉力测试需采取InstronTensileTester或其它认可的仪器进行。Testtensamplesofeachjointtypewithoutweathersealsandusingactualmaterialsandjointconfigurationidenticaltothatproposedandcompletetestingpriortomanufacture,asfollows.生产之前，进行十个样本接缝样本的测试，测试样本应除掉耐候密封胶，使用与工程采用的一致的材料及接缝形式，测试满足如下要求：Fivesamplesshallbeaircured21daysthenwaterimmersed7daysbeforetesting.五个样本在测试前进行21天空气中固化，然后浸在水中7天。Repeatprocedureoncompletionofmanufactureof30%ofthematerials.在生产进行30%时，重复进行上述测试。Applya5xsafetyfactortothemeanoftheultimatestrengthresultstodeterminejointdimension.按平均极限强度的5倍安全系数设计胶缝尺寸。Completeinitialtestspriortocommencementofmanufacture.初步测试完成后才可进行生产。3.4Sealant-Adhesion(de-glazing)tests附着力测试：Submitmanufacturer’stestreportspreparedbytheapproedlaboratoryforallstructuraladhesives(silicone)usedinstructuralglazingbeforecommencingTestingMethod测试计划书第3页installation.Includedetailsofsamplingandtestprocedures.提交由有资质的实验室准备的制造商关于用在安装之前的玻璃结构的胶粘剂（硅胶）的测试报告。包括详细的采样和测试程序。Carryoutandsubmitresultsforfactoryadhesion(de-glazing)teststofullycuredglazedpanelsselectedrandomly.随机选取完全固化的板块进行附着力（割胶）测试，并提交测试报告。Cutjointatmidpointtoleavehalfthesealantattachedtotheglassandhalftothesubstrate.在连接处中间切开，令结构胶一半贴着玻璃而另一半贴着连接物。Carryoutvisualexaminationofjointfill,voidingandstructuralbite.目测检查缝口的填充度、空洞及结构粘结状况。Aftertestingfullyremovesiliconetapeandspacers,thoroughlycleanandre-applysealantinaccordancewithapprovedproceduresinthefactory.当测试完成后，将硅胶及隔离胶条拆除，将连接件完全清理好，然后在工厂内按照批准的打胶程序重新打胶。Testingshallbecarriedoutattherateasfollows:测试频率如下：Oneunitinthefirst10unitsdeliveredtoSite.首十个单元其中的一个。Oneunitinthenext40.次四十个单元的其中一个。Oneunitinthenext50.再五十个单元的其中一个。Oneunitineach100thereafter.之后一百个单元的其中一个。Aftertesting，replacetheadhesivebyapprovedfactoryprocedures.在测试后，按标准的工厂程序更换结构胶。Anyunsatisfactoryoccurrenceincludinglackofjointfill，lackofadhesion，excessivevoidingorotherdefectbeapparent，maybegroundsforallunitsmanufactureredonthesamedayandonedayeitherside（afurtherfiveunits）.Suchunitsmaybeacceptedontheconditionthatasatisfactionofsuchoccurrenceissubmittedandthatnoadditionalunsatisfactoryoccurrencesoccur.在测试中如发现填塞不足、空隙过多、附着力不足或其它缺点均可能足以令该次测试单元所代表的产品全数被退回。更要对当日生产的所有单元及前后五日生产的五个单元进行附加测试。该批单元是否被接受需根据对原因的解释和附加测试结果而定。3.5Sealant-PeeltestsduringglazingCarryoutperiod
