白液贮存槽内衬混凝土施工方案WhiteLiquorStorageTankLiningConcretingProgram1.施工前的检查CheckingbeforeConstruction(1)储罐的组对和焊接完成后,对储罐的外观进行检查,按照《立式圆筒型焊接油罐施工及验收规范》GB50128-2005的储罐的焊缝、垂直度和圆度进行复查。Aftercompletingthepairingandweldingofthestoragetank,checktheoutlookofthetank,andreviewthewelds,theverticality,andtheroundnessofthetankinaccordancewithGB50128-2005the“ConstructionandAcceptanceSpecificationforVerticalCylindricalWeldedOilTanks”.(2)对储罐底板焊缝进行抽真空检查。Makevacuumingchecksfortheweldsonthebottomofthetanks.(3)对储罐进行盛水试验检查。Checkthetanksbyfillingwater.(4)检查储罐的管道接口和人孔门是否施工完成。Checkwhethertheconstructionofthepipinginterfacesandman-holesofthetanksiscompleted.2.白液贮存槽内衬混凝土施工Whiteliquorstoragetankliningconcreteconstruction2.1施工前的准备工作Preparationsbeforeconstruction2.1.1储罐壁板钩钉的焊接Weldingthetankwallhooks(1)在储罐壁板用φ20mm的螺纹钢弯制成的钩钉焊接,壳体部分每平方米6个钩钉。如图1-1:Onthewallofthetanks,weldwithhooksmadebybendingφ20mmrebar,using6hooksforeachsquaremeteroftheshellbody,seeFig.1-1:(2)在完成盛水试验后,用钢丝轮对壁板进行除锈,要求罐壁内表面无可见的油脂和污垢,并且没有附着不牢的氧化皮,铁锈后油漆涂层等附着物,壁板表面应显示出金属光泽,达到手工除锈的St2级标准。Aftercompletingthefilling-watertest,de-rustthewallplateswithsteelwirewheels,requirements:nogreaseordirtvisibleontheinteriorsurfaceofthetankwall,nooxidizedskinthatdoesnotattachfast,orotherattachmentsresultingfrompaintingonrust,andthesurfaceofthewallplateshouldshinewithametallicluster,reachingST2standardformanualde-rusting.图Fig1-1(3)在罐内壁铺设100*100*4mm钢丝网,用扎丝固定在已焊接好的钩钉上。如图1-2所示:Lay100*100*4mmsteelwirenetontheinteriorwallofthetank,usethinbindingwiretofixontheweldedhooks.SeeFig1-2:2.1.2模板施工Mouldplateconstruction用1000*160mm的模板沿储罐内侧进行施工,保证模板与储罐内SteelMouldPlateSteelWireNetRackPipeSupport壁之间的间距为80mm;钢模板内侧用DN40的架管进行加固和支撑。如图1-2和1-3.Use1000*160mmmouldplateforconstructioninsidethetanks,makesurethatthespacingbetweenthemouldplateandtheinnerwallofthetanksis80mm;insidethesteelmouldplates,useDN40pipe-racksforreinforcementandsupport,seeFig1-2and1-3:2.2侧板混凝土浇筑Sideplateconcreting图Fig1-2图1-3SteelMouldPlateRackPipeSupportRackPipeSupport根据南宁院图纸要求,侧板采用C40细石混凝土,侧板混凝土厚度80mm,底板混凝土厚度100mm。因侧板混凝土厚度只有80mm,为保证混凝土的流动性,要求采用细石混凝土,豆石直径小于10mm.混凝土采用人工用塑料桶一桶一桶灌注到模板与混凝间。采用φ20mm的振动棒插入混凝土内不停振动,确保混凝土的密实度。如图2-1:AsrequiredbythedrawingsofNaningInstitute,useC20concreteforsideandbottomplates,andtheconcretethicknessofthebottomplatesis100mm.Becausethethicknessofthesideplateconcreteisonly80mm,toensuretheflowoftheconcrete,itisrequiredtousefinestoneconcretewithstonediameterlessthan10mm.Theconcretewillbepouredpailbypailmanuallywithplasticpailsbetweenthemouldplatesand.Useφ20mmvibrationrodtoinsertintotheconcreteforcontinuousvibrationtoensurethecompactnessofconcrete.SeeFig2-1:第一圈混凝土(高度1000mm)浇筑完成后,时间间隔一天后(待混凝土基本硬化),再浇筑第二圈混凝土(高度1000mm),直到筒体上部混凝土完成。Aftercompletingthefirstroundofconcreting(height1000mm),dothesecondroundconcreting(height1000mm)afteranintervalofoneday(waitforhardeningofconcrete)tillcompletionoftheconcretingoftheupperpartofthecylinder.图2-1ShakingBarRackPipeSupportRackPipeSupport筒体混凝土浇筑完成后,拆除筒体模板,再浇筑底板混凝土,底板采用C30细石混凝土。Aftercompletingtheconcretingofthecylinder,dismantlethemouldplatesofthecylinderbeforeconcretingthebottomplateconcrete.2.3混凝土浇筑计划:Concretingprogram:储罐内壁直径:φ15280mm,衬混凝土后内径φ15120mm;筒体内壁混凝土体积:L=57.2736m3.贮罐高度15米,计划模板高度1.0米,分15圈完成。每圈混凝土体积为57.2736÷15=3.82m3。Innerdiameterofthestoragetank:φ15280mm,afterliningwithconcretetheinnerdiameterischangedtoφ15120mm;volumeofcylinderinnerwallconcrete:L=57.2736m3.Volumeofeachroundofconcreteis57.2736÷15=3.82m3.拟定3人用φ20振动棒进行振捣,6人用手提桶运送和浇筑混凝土,4人准备和进行模板安装,1人进行监护和协助工作。共计14人进行施工。3personsareplannedtoshakewithφ20vibrationrod,6personsconveyconcretewithhandypailsforconcreting,4personsprepareandinstallthemouldplate,1personforsupervisionandcoordination.Atotalof14personsareplannedfortheconstruction.3.混凝土内表面防腐在壁板和底板混凝土全部施工完成,拆除模板后对混凝土表面进行彻底清扫和吹扫。然后用清水对混凝土表面冲洗一遍,待混凝土表面干燥后在混凝土表面涂刷PHA105防腐涂料二遍,涂料厚度70um。
