1DongyingVocationalCollege,Shandong,ChinaYellowRiverDeltaHumanResourcesDevelopmentCenterUrbanaUniversity,USACOOPERATIONAGREEMENTPartyA:UrbanaUniversity,USAAddress:Urbana,Ohio,theUnitedStatesPartyB:DongyingVocationalCollege,Shandong,ChinaAddress:No.569,YellowRiverRoad,Dongying,Shandong,ChinaPartyC:YellowRiverDeltaHumanResourcesDevelopmentCenter,Dongying,Shandong,ChinaAddress:Dongying,Shandong,ChinaThroughfriendlynegotiations,PartyA,PartyBandPartyChavereachedthefollowingagreementsoncooperativeeducationontheprinciplesofvoluntary,equality,openandjustice.Thecooperationeducationalprogramincludes:1.“3+1”and“2+2”educationalpatternsoftop-upundergraduatedegreeprogramaswellasundergraduatedegreeprogram2.Mutualexchangesofthetwoeducationalinstitutionsandteachers’furtherdevelopmenttrainingPleaserefertotheattachmentsforthespecificcooperationpatterns,cooperationcontents,cooperationprocedures,responsibilitiesandduties,andrulesforfees,etc.UrbanaUniversity,USADongyingVocationalCollege,Shandong,ChinaRepresentativeofPartyA(sealing)：RepresentativeofPartyB(sealing)：,2010,2010YellowRiverDeltaHumanResourcesDevelopmentCenter,Dongying,Shandong,ChinaRepresentativeofPartyC(sealing))：,20102AttachmentICooperationAgreementamongDongyingVocationalCollege，YellowRiverDeltaHumanResourcesDevelopmentCenterandUrbanaUniversity,USAThisCooperationAgreementismadeandenteredintobyDongyingVocationalCollege,Shandong,YellowRiverDeltaHumanResourcesDevelopmentCenter，Dongying,ShandongandUrbanaUniversity,USA.Onthebasisofthetripartiteagreementandthroughfriendlynegotiations,thethreepartieshavereachedthefollowingagreementsonissuesofthe“3+1”and“2+2”educationalpatternsoftop-upundergraduatedegreeprogramaswellasundergraduatedegreeprogram:I.PatternsofthecooperationBasedontheregularcoursesoftheassociatedegreeofferedbyPartyBandinconsiderationoftheeducationallevelsandcharacteristicsofbothparties,PartyAandPartyBherebyagreeonthepatternsofcooperationasfollows:1.Studentswhohavespentthree(3)yearsstudyingtheassociatedegreecoursesofPartyBandobtainedthecertificatewillbedeemedbyPartyAashavingcompletedthefirstthree(3)yearsoftheundergraduatecoursesofPartyA,whichalltogetheraccountfor94credits(mustberecognizedbyEducationalCredentialEvaluators(ECE));andafterhavinggotmorethan5.5pointsinITELS,passedtheinterviewheldbyPartyAandobtainedthevisa,suchstudentswillbetransferredtotheUniversityofPartyAandfinishtheone(1)yearundergraduatedegreecoursesof32credits,thenhe/shewillbeawardedboththeundergraduatecertificateandthebachelordegreebyPartyA.2.Studentswhohavespenttwo(2)yearsstudyingtheassociatedegreecoursesofPartyBandobtainedthecertificatewillbedeemedbyPartyAashavingcompletedthefirsttwo(2)yearsoftheundergraduatecoursesofPartyA,whichalltogetheraccountfor94credits(mustberecognizedbyEducationalCredentialEvaluators(ECE));andafterhavinggotmorethan5.5pointsinITELS,passedtheinterviewheldbyPartyAandobtainedthevisa,suchstudentswillbetransferredtotheUniversityofPartyAandfinishitstwo(2)yearsundergraduatedegreecoursesof323credits,thenhe/shewillbeawardedboththeundergraduatediplomaandthebachelordegreebyPartyA.3.Incasethatthesituationpermitsandthestudentsorequires,studentswhohaveobtainedthebachelordegreeofthe“3+1”or“2+2”top-upundergraduatedegreeprogram,he/shecanextendthestudytoone(1)additionalyear(i.e.the“3+1+1”or“2+2+1”pattern),andthenapplyforthemasterdegree.PleaserefertoAttachmentIIformoreinformation.II.Contentsofthecooperation1.Coursesoffered.(1)Coursestobeofferedforthe“3+1”top-upundergraduatedegreeprogramandthe“3+1”undergraduatedegreeprogramshallbedeterminedaccordingtotheactualsituationofthecoursesavailablefromPartyAandtherequirementsofPartyB;(2)Coursestobeofferedforthe“2+2”top-upundergraduatedegreeprogramshallbedeterminedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbybothpartiesaccordingtotherequirementsofPartyA.2.Enrollmentandadmission.(1)GraduatingorgraduatedstudentsoftheassociatedegreefromPartyB,numbersunlimited;(2)Undergraduatesoftheassociatedegree,numberstobedeterminedbyPartyA;(3)GraduatingorgraduatedstudentsoftheundergraduatedegreefromChineseuniversities,numbersunlimited.3.Creditacceptance.Credittransfermethodisadoptedforthe“3+1”and“2+2”educationalpatternsoftop-upundergraduatedegreeprogramaswellasundergraduatedegreeprogram.Studentswhotakeundergraduatecoursesoftheaforesaidprogramsmustfinishallthecourseswhichalltogetheraccountfor126credits.Inonecase,studentsmustcompletethree(3)yearsofassociatedegreecoursesandobtainthecertificate,orcompleterelevantassociatedegreecoursescertifiedbyPartyAwithintwo(2)years,thenhe/sheisdeemedashavingcompletedthefirstthree(3)yearsoftheundergraduatecoursesofPartyA,whichaccountfor94credits(mustberecognizedbyEducationalCredentialEvaluators(ECE)),andthenhe/shemustcompletethe32-creditundergraduatecoursesofPartyAwithinone(1)year,orprolongthestudyincaseofinsufficientcredits.Intheothercase,studentsmustcompletethree(3)yearsofundergraduatecoursesofPartyBwhichwillbedeemedas4havingfinishedthefirstthree(3)yearsof94-creditundergraduatecourses(mustberecognizedbyEducationalCredentialEvaluators(ECE))ofPartyA,
