2009年全国技工教育和职业培训优秀教研成果评选活动参评课题中职学校创业教育课程的探讨——以G学校为个案I中中职职学学校校创创业业教教育育课课程程的的探探讨讨——以G学校为个案摘要随着社会经济发展以及产业结构变化，劳动力供大于求的现状，在中等职业学校（以下简称中职学校）开展创业教育，培养具有创业意识和创业能力并且敢于创业的人才，具有重要的现实意义。学校实施创业教育，课程建设是关键。如何构建适合中职学校开展创业教育的课程，并依托课程这个载体对学生实施有效的创业教育，是当前中职学校创业教育亟待解决的问题。中职学校专门针对创业教育课程还缺乏深入研究，笔者在总结前人研究成果的基础上，以G学校为个案，着重对中职学校创业教育的课程进行探讨，以加强人们对其关注和重视。全文共五部分。第一部分是引言，介绍了选题背景、研究内容、研究思路、研究方法，理论价值和实践意义；第二部分是相关概念的界定和文献综述，阐述了中职学校、创业教育和创业教育课程的涵义，综述了创业教育课程设置以及现有职业教育课程研究的不足；第三部分以G学校为个案，分析了中职学校创业教育课程现状；第四部分提出了完善中职学校创业教育课程的建议，探讨了构建中职学校创业教育课程体系、创业教育课程运行方式、课程模式以及创业教育课程生成和运作的保障措施；第五部分是总结与展望，提出了本研究的主要结论与创新之处，以及本研究的不足之处和将来的研究方向。本文是在我国正大力发展职业教育以适应社会主义市场经济，并将教育改革的重心转移到课程领域背景下进行的，其指导思想是多元智力、建构主义和终身教育等理论。本文采用文献检索法、调查研究法、个案研究法、经验总结法等研究方法，对中职学校创业教育课程进行了一些尝试性的探索。在一定程度上本研究加深了人们对中等职业学校创业教育的认识，为我国创业教育在中职学校的顺利实施做了些有益的尝试。关键词：中职学校；创业教育；课程IITheExplorationontheCurriculumofEnterpriseEducationinSecondaryVocationalSchools——TakeGuangzhouSeniorLightIndustryTechnicalSchoolasaCaseforStudyABSTRACTAstheresultofsocio-economicdevelopmentandthechangeofindustrystructure,thecurrentsituationofsupplyexceedingdemandinlaborforce,obtainingemploymentisundergoingpressure.So,itisveryimportantandrealistictodevelopenterpriseeducationinsecondaryvocationalschools,andcultivatesomepersonswithintenseenterprisingconsciousnessandcompetence.Itisthekeytoconstructingcoursetoputinpracticeenterpriseeducation.Rightnowsomeproblemsthatneedurgentsolutionstillexistinenterpriseeducationinsecondaryvocationalschools,whicharehowtoconstructcoursesappropriateforenterpriseeducationinsecondaryvocationalschools,andeffectiveenterpriseeducationtobegiventothestudentsrelyingonit.Insecondaryvocationalschoolsitlacksofintensivestudyinspecializingthecurriculumofenterpriseeducation.Respondingtothis,onthebasisoftheresultsofpreviousstudies,theauthoremphasizestheexplorationinthecurriculumconstructionofenterpriseeducationinsecondaryvocationalschools,takingGuangzhouSeniorLightIndustryTechnicalSchoolasacaseforstudy,sothatpeoplecanplacemuchattentionandemphasisonenterpriseeducationinsecondaryvocationalschools.Thethesisconsistsoffivechapters:Chapteroneisabriefintroductionofthebackground,theoreticalvalueandpracticalsignificance,theresearchcontent,researchideasandresearchmethods.Chaptertwoisthedefinitionoftherelatedconceptanddocumentationoverview,elaboratingthemeaningofsecondaryvocationalschool,thedefinitionsofenterpriseeducationandenterpriseeducationcurriculum,andoverviewofcurriculaandinadequateresearchofexistingvocationalcourses.Chapterthreeanalyzestheactualityofenterpriseeducationcurriculuminsecondaryvocationalschools,takingGuangzhouSeniorLightIndustryTechnicalSchoolasacaseforstudy.Chapterfourputsforwardthesuggestionofimprovingenterpriseeducationcurriculum,andexplorestheconstructionofthecoursesysteminsecondaryvocationalschools,thecurriculumrunningway,curriculummodel,andmeasurestogenerationandoperationofenterpriseeducation.IIIChapterfiveissummaryandprospects,puttingforwardthemainconclusionsofthisstudyandinnovation,anditsshortcomingsandresearchdirectionsinthefuture.Thisissuehasitssettingofdevelopingvigorouslyvocationaleducationinordertoadapttothesocialismmarketeconomy,andtransferringthepointofeducationreformtocurriculumfield，itsguidingideologyisMultipleIntelligences,Constructivismandlife-longeducationtheory,andsoon.Thethesisadoptsdocumentretrievalmethod，investigateandresearchmethod，casestudymethodandexperiencesummarizationmethod，andsoon.Toacertainextent,thetentativestudyofcurriculummodehelpspeopletogiveabetterunderstandingofenterpriseeducation,anditmakesomeusefulattemptstoimplementsmoothlyenterpriseeducationinthesecondaryvocationalschools.KEYWORDS:secondaryvocationalschools,enterpriseeducation,curriculumIV目录第一章引言………………………………………………………………………………11.1选题背景····························································································11.2研究内容····························································································21.3研究思路及研究方法·············································································21.4理论价值和实践意义·············································································3第二章相关概念的界定和文献综述………………………………………………………42.1相关概念的界定···················································································42.2文献综述····························································································6第三章中职学校创业教育课程的现状分析……………………………………………123.1中职学校创业教育课程的现状分析··························································123.2中职学校创业教育课程存在的问题··························································173.3创业教育课程存在问题的原因分析··························································18第四章完善中职学校创业教育课程的建议……………………………………………204.1创业教育课程内容介绍········································································204.2构建中职学校创业教育课程体系····························································234.3探讨创业教育课程运行模式··································································274.4探索创业教育的课程模式······································································294.5创业教育课程生成和运作的保障措施·····································
