BRANSON超声波清洗机的操作指引BRANSONUltrasonicCleanerOperationInstructionDoc.Number文件编号::DI-43-0041Date日期:January10,2020Draftedby备件人:CheckedbyApprovedby审批人:Ver.版本:5.0Pg./Pages:1/4ProductName产品名称:无NO.DOC-61-011版本/Ver.5.0描述(DESCRIPTION)1.1清洁的步骤CLEANINGPROCEDURE1.1.1倒入IPA到超声波清洗机直到运作的位置，如果清洁水不足够，只要能够完全的淹没所需清洁的物体，也可以使用。确保要清洁的部分被淹没(IPA的高度要高于需清洁的部分)。可以使用客户指定的其它非IPA的化学溶剂，但一般用IPA。PourIPAintheultrasoniccleaneruptotheoperatinglevel.IneventofIPAshortage,machinecanbeusedaslongastheitemtobecleanedwilltotallysubmergetoIPA.(IPAlevelishigherthantheitemtoclean).ChemicalsotherthanIPAcanbeusedasinstructedbythecustomerbutingeneral,useIPA.1.1.2把需清洁的部分放入超声波清洗机中，然后填写表FP-R-019Puttheitemtobecleanedintheultrasoniccleanerthenfill-upFP-R-019.1.1.8.1使用PWB的放置夹具，将PWB垂直放置。如果PWB高于IPA的清洁的最高水平线，则用其它的夹具将其水平放置，但有锡浆的一面必须朝下。如果PWB太长，则将其斜放在清洗机中，并用夹具固定，使得PWB与清洗槽底部隔离。如果是有一面已经过炉的双面板，用顶针固定，让有锡浆的一面朝下。PWBshouldbeinverticalposition.UsethePWBholderjig.IfthePWBistoohighthantheIPAoperatinglevel,putitinhorizontalpositionbutthesolderpastesideshouldbeatthebottom.Usedifferentholderjigforthispurpose.IfthePWBwastoolong,putitindiagonalpositionwithholderjigtoelevateitfromthesolderpasteresidue.FordoublesidedPWBwithonesidealreadyreflowed,usethepinholderjigandplaceitwithsolderpastesideatthebottom.Recommended:(建议使用)Placeinverticalpositionwithslottedholderjig(带夹具垂直位置安放的PWB)Recommended:PutdiagonaltotheUltrasonicboxforlongPWB.Useslottedholderjigtoelevatetothesolderpasteresidue.推荐：把较长的PWB斜放在清洗槽中，并用夹具使其与底部隔离。NotRecommended:TooHighThanOperatingLevel不推荐：高于IPA运作水平线的PWBUseRecommendtouse:建议使用PinHolderJig顶针夹具PlaceRecommended:Placeithorizontaltotheholderjigwithsolderpastedareaatthebottom.推荐：用顶针夹具固定的水平放置得PWB，有锡浆的一面朝下BRANSON超声波清洗机的操作指引BRANSONUltrasonicCleanerOperationInstructionDoc.Number文件编号::DI-43-0041Date日期:January10,2020Draftedby备件人:CheckedbyApprovedby审批人:Ver.版本:5.0Pg./Pages:2/4ProductName产品名称:无NO.DOC-61-011版本/Ver.5.0注意：清洗前揭掉关键片位的保护胶纸。清洗前没有揭掉胶纸会导致胶带的粘剂粘在片位上，会有潜在的问题。NOTE:Removeprotectivetape(kaptontape)oncriticalpadspriorcleaning.Failuretoremovethetapepriorcleaningcausesthetapeadhesivetoadhereinthepadsandcausepotentialproblem.1.1.8.2刮刀平放在超声波清洗机的底部。Squeegee-holderliesflatatthebottompartoftheultrasoniccleanerbox.1.1.3当使用IPA作为清洁剂时，把加热开关打到“ON”状态。如果使用其它的需要加热的清洁剂，则需要SMT工程师在使用之前作出评估TurntheHeaterswitchto“OFF”whenusingIPAascleaningchemical.ChemicalotherthanIPA,whichrequiresheating,shouldbestudiedandevaluatedbySMTProcessEngineerprioruse.1.1.4设定时间Setthetimer:1.1.8.1PWB=7分钟PWB=7minutes.1.1.8.2刮刀=10分钟Squeegee=10minutes1.1.5机器停下来后，关掉电源。Afterthemachinestops,shutoffthepower.1.1.6检查是否完全清洁，如果没有，重复操作清洁步骤，可以把清洁的时间延长5分钟，如果有必要，则重复此步骤。Inspect,ifproperlycleaned.Ifnot,redothecleaningprocedurebysettingthetimerto5moreadditionalminutes.Repeatthisprocedureifnecessary.1.1.7取出物件，晾干它。Takeouttheitemandletitdry.1.1.8对于PWB：ForPWB:1.1.8.1单面板未贴片的PWB：PWB的一面在纯净的IPA池中浸荡5次，然后重复另一面直到完全移去PWB上的锡浆。在整个操作过程中要戴手套。SinglesidedorbarePWB:SoakdipsthePWBfive(5)timestothepureIPAbasinontheeithersidethenrepeattotheothersidetototallyremovethesolderinthePWB.Usegloveswhileperformingthisoperation.一面过炉的双面板：PWB的一面在纯净的IPA池中浸荡5次，另一面则不需要浸荡Doublesidedwithonesidealreadyreflowed:SoakdipsthePWBintopureIPAfive(5)times.Theunitsneednottobeturnoverwillsoaking.1.1.8.2一手用干净布拿住PWB板，另一手用风枪吹PCB板。UseairguntoblowthePWBwhiletheotherhandisatthebottomsupportingwithcleancloth.1.1.8.3用显微镜或LSM检查PWB上是否有锡浆残留，确保完全干净。并把清洁的结果记录在FP-R-019CheckthePWBinthemicroscopeorintheLSMtoinspectthePWBifthereisanysolderpasteresidue.Makesureit’sproperlycleanthenfillupFP-R-019forinspectionresults.1.1.8.4如果需要，重新清洁。Re-clean,ifnecessary.1.1.8.5对于PWB的ACF片位(清洗前用kapton胶纸所保护)，重新贴上kapton或类似胶纸。在特殊位置贴胶纸时要加一点力。如果已经贴好，剪断胶带。(ForPWBwithACFpads(protectedbykaptontapepriorcleaning),re-stickatape(kaptontapeoralike)intheACFlocation.Putpressurewhileapplyingthetapeinparticularlocations.Ifalreadyfixed,removethetape.1.1.8.6在显微镜下再次检查ACF片位。如有必要重复前面的流程。Re-inspectACFlocationsinmicroscope.Redopreviousprocedureifnecessary.BRANSON超声波清洗机的操作指引BRANSONUltrasonicCleanerOperationInstructionDoc.Number文件编号::DI-43-0041Date日期:January10,2020Draftedby备件人:CheckedbyApprovedby审批人:Ver.版本:5.0Pg./Pages:3/4ProductName产品名称:无NO.DOC-61-011版本/Ver.5.01.1.8.7贴背面的kapton胶带时最好在办公室区域主管的桌面上贴，以消除印锡时有杂质。StickingbackkaptontapewillbedoneatofficeareapreferablyatSupervisorstabletoeliminatesoldercontaminations.1.1.8.8重新使用或报废PWB，参照锡浆使用和印刷制程(DI-43-0007)。Re-useorscrapthePWB,refertoSolderPasteUseandPrintingProcess(DI-43-0007).1.1.9对于吸嘴:参考吸嘴清洁操作指引(DI-43-0025)。ForNozzle:RefertoNozzleCleaningoperationinstruction(DI-43-0025).1.2超声波清洗机的保养MAINTENANCEOFULTRASONICCLEANER1.2.1用后关掉电源。Turnoffpowerafterusing.1.2.2倒掉IPA，贴一个可复用的标签在容器上。Removethechemicalandputinalabeledcontainerforre-use.1.2.3清洁仪器，擦掉滴在机器上和周围的IPA。CleantheequipmentandwipetheIPAthatdripsinthemachineandaroundit.1.2.4确保在清洁过程中要戴上胶手套，尤其是有锡浆存在时。Makesuretouserubberglovesincleaning,especiallywhensolderpasteispresent.1.2.5填写设备、工、治、夹具维护保养校准记录表(FP-M-005)FillupEquipment,Tools,Fixtures,JigsMaintenanceRecord(FP-M-005)1.3定期检查/更换清洁水FREQUENCYOFCHECKING/REPLACEMENTOFSOLVENT1.3.1每次使用之前检查机器中的清洁水是否干净，并把结果记录在表FP-R-019.Checkthecleaningsolven
