1NYPROSHENZHENSPC&AQLTRAININGPROGRAMSPC&AQL培训内容编写:FREDANN2000-07-191.PURPOSE目的ToensureNypro-Shenzhenengineers/supervisors/foremen/leaders/inspectorsunderstanding,recognizingandhaveadequateknowledgeofSPC&AQLtechniqueswhichwillfurtherenhanceourmanufacturingprocessandproductsquality.确保耐普罗深圳工程师/主管/领班/组长/检验员了解,认识,并充分掌握SPC&AQL技术,从而进一步提高生产工艺和产品的品质。2.SCOPE范围ThistrainingprogramwillbeprovidedtotherelevantemployeesatNypro-Shenzhensuchasengineers/supervisors/foremen/leaders&inspectors.这一培训计划可提供于耐普罗深圳相关人员如工程师/主管/领班/组长和检验员。3.RESPONSIBILITY职责3.1H&R/QAdepartmentareresponsibletoappointInternalTrainingInstructors.ThereafterInternalTrainingInstructorsareresponsibletotrain,guideandExaminetheemployeeswhoareattendingthetrainingprogram.人事行政部/QA部负责指定内部培训员。培训员负责培训、指导、考核接受培训的人员。4.PROCEDURE程序4.1IntroductionToSPCSPCistheabbreviationofStatisticalProcessControl.Throughthe2NYPROSHENZHENSPC&AQLTRAININGPROGRAMSPC&AQL培训内容编写:FREDANN2000-07-19controlofcriticalparametersintheprocess,wecanpreventandfindouttheabnormalsituation(likeprocessvariation)timelyandtotakecorrectiveactionontherealtimebasistopreventfailuresoccurringtothenextfollowingprocess.SPC介绍SPC即统计过程控制的英文缩写,通过控制生产过程中的关键参数,防止和及时的发现不正常的现象(警如工艺的变化)并立即采取有效的纠正行动,防止不良品流入下一道工序。SPCisaneffectivequalitytoolforcontinuousqualityimprovementinourmanufacturingoperations.SPC是一个有效的,不断提高生产过程中品质的品质工具。SPC:Assubassembliesandproductsaremanufactured,samplesshallbetakenfromvariousprocessstepsandcriticaldimensionsandcharacteristicsshallbemeasuredorinspected.Theresultsoftheseinspectionsareplottedoncharts.Basedonthechart,theprocesscanbejudgedtobeoperatingnormallyorsubjecttounusualconditions.inNYPRO-ShenZhentherearetwotypesofSPCchartsusedtomonitorprocesses,onetomeasurevariabletypedata(X-Rchart)andonetomeasureattributetypedata(P-Chart).SPC:生产出半成品和成品后,应对多种工序进行抽样并对其关键性尺寸和性能进行测量或检查。把检查结果在图表上绘制出来。根据这个图表判断这个工序是否操作正常,在耐普罗深圳有两种类型资料(X-RChart),另一种是用来衡量特性类型资料(P-Chart).4.1.1VariableData(X-RChart):变量数据(X-RChart):Variabledatadescribesdatawhichhasmeasurablevaluesratherthangood/badorpass/fail.Thevariabledatawould3NYPROSHENZHENSPC&AQLTRAININGPROGRAMSPC&AQL培训内容编写:FREDANN2000-07-19beheight,width,resistance,pressureetc..变量数据指可测量数值而不是指好/坏或合格/不合格。变量数据可以高度、宽度、电阻、压力等等。4.1.1.1TheX-RChartshallbeusedtomonitorcriticalparameter,chooseasaresultofCpkanalysisorparameterswhichhavegoneoutofspecificationresultingintheproductionofnonconformingproductorcausedunnecessarydowntime.X-RChart应用于监测关键性参数,选择它的原因在于Cpk分析或监测曾超出规定的参数会导致在生产中产生不合格产品或不必要的停工。4.1.1.2Asampleof5unitsshallbemeasuredevery4hourunlessotherwisestated.TheindividualmeasurementsshallberecordedontheX-RChart(seeSZ-220-QA-001AX-RChart)TheX(meanoraverage)andtheR(range)ofeachsampleshallbecalculatedandalsorecordedonthechart.如没有另外说明,应每4个小时抽取5个样品作为一个样板进行测量,结果应记录在X-RChart(见SZ-220-QA-002AX-Chart)上,计算每个样板的X(平均值)和R(极差值)并记录在这个图表上。4.1.1.3After20ormoresampleshavebeenrecordedtheX(meanofsamplemeans),R(meanofsampleranges),UCLX(UpperControlLimit)andLCLX(LowerControlLimit)andUCLR(UpperControlLimitoftheRange)shallbecalculatedandplottedonanadequatescaleofthechart.记录了20组或以上样板后,计算X(样板平均值的平均值),R(样板极限值的平均值),UCLX(控制上限值),LCLX(控制下限值)及UCLR(范围控制上限)并绘制在这个图表上。4NYPROSHENZHENSPC&AQLTRAININGPROGRAMSPC&AQL培训内容编写:FREDANN2000-07-19Remark:1.USL(UpperSpecificationLimit)and/orLSL(LowerSpecificationLimit)wouldbeusedforplottingthechartbeforetheinitial20samplesdataarecollected.备注:在收集到起初20个样本值之前,把上限规定值和/或下限规定值绘制在这个图表上。2.Recalculatethecontrollimitsas/whennecessary.如有需要,可重新计算控制极限4.1.1.4CALCULATIONS:(AlsoseethebacksideoftheX-Rchart)。计算:(见X-Rchart的背面)X=measuredvalueofanunitinasampleX=样品测量值XX=SumofallXinthesampleX=------这个样板所有测量值的总和nn=Thenumberofunitsinthesample每个样板的抽样数R=XL-XsXL=Thelargestvalueinthesample这个样板中的最大值XS=Thesmallestvalueinthesample这个样板中的最小值XX=SumofallXX=-----所有X值总和NN=Thetotalnumberofsamples样板总数RR=SumofallRangevaluesR=-----所有极限值总和NN=Thetotalnumberofsamples样板总数5NYPROSHENZHENSPC&AQLTRAININGPROGRAMSPC&AQL培训内容编写:FREDANN2000-07-19UCLx=X+A2RA2=Seetable,Appendix1见表,附录1LCLx=X-A2RUCLR=D4RD4=Seetable,Appendix1见表,附录1Note:Iftheresultingupperandlowercontrollimitsareoutsidetheparameterspecification,thespecificationvalueshouldbeusedasthecontrollimits.注:假如计算出的控制上下限值超出了参数规定,则使用参数规定值作为该控制极限值。4.1.1.5OUTOFCONTROL:Assamplesaremeasuredandplottedonanon-goingbasis,theprocessisdeemedtobeOutofControlifeitherofthefollowingsituationsoccur.失控:由于样板是跟据流程进行测量和绘制的,假如出现下列情况应视这道工序为失控。i.Sevenconsecutivepointsplottedareinatrenddriftingtowardsanyofthecontrollimits.绘制出来的七个连续点有偏向任何控制界限的趋势;ii.TheplottedXorRisoutsidetheUCLX,LCLXorUCLRrange.绘制出来的X值超出UCLx,LCLx或R超出UCLR值的范围。4.1.2ATTRIBUTEDATA(P-Chart):特性数据(P-Chart):Thisisdatacollectedfrominspectingapartperdefinedworkmanshipcriteria.Theparteitherpassesorfailstomeetthiscriteria.指根据已确定的工艺标准检查产品时收集的数据。这个产品可以符合或不符合标准。6NYPROSHENZHENSPC&AQLTRAININGPROGRAMSPC&AQL培训内容编写:FREDANN2000-07-194.1.2.1TheP-Chartshallbeusedtomonitorcriticalattributes,chosenasaresultofCpkanalysisorattributeswhich,havegoneoutofspecificationresultingintheproductionofnonconformingproductorcausedunnecessarydowntimeP-Chart应用于监测关键特性,选择它的原因在于Cpk分析或监测曾经超出规定的特性会导致在生
