FoodInnovationCentre–ShanghaiDSMFoodSpecialtiesATS均质机操作规程及注意事项仪器名称ATS均质机仪器编号DFS-Dairy-001责任人AnneyXu校准周期每个月功能:用于液态物料的均质处理标准操作规程:1.物料要求:进行均质的物料必须是均一的流体。注意:含固体颗粒或是粘度较高的物料应经过高剪切方可进料。直径大于0.5mm的硬质颗粒或是含有植物根茎的物料不适用本设备。2.开机前的检查:确保所有零部件都处于工作状态。紧固件处于旋紧状态;加压手柄处于放松状态且不是太松;压力表归零并正常显示;进料系统中始终有物料或者水;注意:如设备移位需检查安装是否水平;电源相位(电机的转向)是否正确等;详情请联系ATS。3.开机:将电源主开关顺时针旋转,待设备自检,显示屏显示当前频率后,按下电机开关,设备开始运转。检查设备运行是否正常,然后根据流量参数表调节设备至所需频率,设备开始工作。注意:a.出料口是否有物料流出且流量稳定;b.注意进料系统中的物料,进料应稳定、匀速。c.此当中如有异常应立即关机,由专人检查设备或联系ATS。4.加压:顺时针旋转加压手柄,加压过程应缓慢匀速进行,约100bar/10s。所加压力不可大于压力表量程(<1800bar)亦不可超过最高工作压力。先调节二级压力,二级压力数值一般为总压力的10-50bar左右,二级压力数值稳定后,再调节一级压力,此时一级压力表显示为总压力。调节压力时,可使物料或水处于循环状态,保证进料系统不断流。5.工作过程中a.注意进料杯中的物料,保证管路始终有物料。在加压状态下如发生断料,应立即卸压(见步骤7),待设备为无负载运行后,关掉开关。重新加料后再开机。b.运行中有任何故障请关机,参见维护规程或说明书做相应处理,或联系ATS。6.卸压:逆时针旋转加压手柄,卸压过程应缓慢匀速进行,约100bar/10s。加压手柄请勿过分旋出,即保证手柄不处于过松状态,以免下次开机时顶杆瞬间顶出,割破顶杆O型圈。卸压时先卸二级压力再卸一级压力。7.清洗:均质结束后,设备应立即进行清洗。待物料完全排空后,加入大量清水清洗。油性物料应用碱液或洗涤剂清洗。清洗过程中可加100~200bar压力。最后用纯水循环清洗数次,保证无清洗液残留在管道内。如物料粘度较高,应拆下进出管路,均质阀进行清洗。注意:不能使用含氯和碘的溶液,以免腐蚀不锈钢管道。8.关机:清洗完后,在无负载情况下排干清水。关闭电机开关,逆时针旋转主开关。9.灭菌(可选项):确定设备停机后,取下料杯,将蒸汽发生器接口与进料法兰相接。注入121℃,3.8bar的高压蒸汽,灭菌30分钟。灭菌过程中严禁开机运行,否则严重操作柱塞和柱塞密封。灭菌结束后确保设备自然状态下冷却。然后接上灭菌的进料杯。10.整理:将设备表面擦拭干净,保持设备周围环境干净并处于通风状态。其他注意事项1.使用前请填写使用记录表;若为初次使用,请详细阅读仪器使用说明书或在专人指导下使用;按照操作规程操作;如有疑问,请联系责任人;2.如仪器出现故障及时联系责任人,如无法解决,及时报修;报修电话:联系人:3.仪器每个月由责任人维护检查一次,检查仪器使用情况和仪器状态,填写维护保养记录表。FoodInnovationCentre–ShanghaiDSMFoodSpecialtiesHomogenizerproceduresandCautionsInstrument:ATSHomogenizerInstrumentNo.:DFS-Dairy-001Personincharge:AnneyXuCalibrationcycle:onemonthFunctions:thehomogeneousmaterialsforliquidtreatmentStandardOperatingProcedure:1.Materialsrequirements:forhomogeneousmaterialsmustbehomogeneousfluid.Note:Thematerialsthatcontainingsolidparticlesorhighviscosityshouldbesheared.Diameterbiggerthan0.5mmrigidparticlesorplantrootsarenotapplicabletothisequipment.2.Bootbeforetheexamination:toensurethatallpartsareinworkingcondition.Fastenersaretightenedstate;pressureinarelaxedstateofthehandleandnottooloose;manometerzeroandthenormaldisplay;feedsystemalwayshasmaterialorwater;Note:needtocheckthemovementofequipmentsuchaswhethertheinstallationlevel;powerphase(electricalsteering)iscorrectandsoon;Forfurtherinformation,pleasecontactATS.3.Boot:Turnaroundtheswitchclockwisethenthedeviceself-test,thescreendisplaysthecurrentfrequency,adjustthefrequencytowhatyouneedthenstarttheequipment.Makesure:a.thereismaterialfromtheoutletandoutflowflowstability;b.feedshouldbestableanduniform.c.shutdowntheinstrumentimmediatelyifthereisanythinganomalytocheckequipmentorcontactATS.4.Vasopressin:vasopressinhandleclockwiserotation,theslowprocessshouldbeuniformcompression,andabout100bar/10s.Addpressureonthepressuregaugecannotbegreaterthantherange(1800bar)shouldnotexceedthemaximumworkingpressure.Firstsecondarypressureregulator,twopressurevaluesthetotalpressureisgenerally10~20%,twopressurenumericalstability,andthenapressureregulator,pressuregaugeatthistimeshowedatotalpressure.Regulationofpressure,willenablethematerialorwaterinacycleofstate,toensureconstantflowfeedingsystem.5.Thecourseoftheirworka.attentiontocupfeedmaterialstoensurethatthereisalwayspipingmaterials.Whileunderpressure,suchashappenedoffexpected,shouldbeimmediatelyrelieved(seeStep7),tobeequipmentforno-loadrunning,turnofftheswitch.Re-feedingaftertheboot.b.thereisanyfailureinrunning,pleaseshutdown,seethemaintenanceoforderorinstructionstodotheappropriatetreatment,orcontactATS.6.Relief:stress-reliefprocessshouldbeslowtocarryoutuniform,about100bar/10s.Donothandletoomuchpressurespinout,thatis,toensurethatthehandleisnottoolooseinthestate,soastoavoidthenextboot-upFoodInnovationCentre–ShanghaiDSMFoodSpecialtiesmandrilinstantejection,cutO-ringmandrel.Reliefwhenthefirststageandthensecondarystage.7.Cleaning:Afterhomogenization,equipmentshouldbecleanedimmediately.Tobecompletelyemptiedofmaterial,addplentyofwatertoclean.Applicationofcausticoroilymaterialswashingdetergent.Cleaningprocesscanadd100~200barpressure.Finallycleaningcycleseveraltimeswithpurewatertoensurethatnocleaningliquidresidueinthetube.Ifdealwithhighviscositymaterial,shouldremoveandcleanallthepartssuchashomogenizingvalve,feedpipe,etc.Note:Cannotusechlorineandiodinesolutiontoavoidcorrosionofstainlesssteelpipe.8.Shutdown:aftercleansing,incaseofno-loaddrainingwater.Turnofftheequipment.9.Sterilizer(optional):identificationofequipmentdowntime,removedthefeedcup,steamgeneratortointerfacewiththeflange-phasefeed.Injectionof121℃,3.8barhighpressuresteamsterilizerfor30minutes.Sterilizationprocessisprohibitedtoruntheboot,oraseriousdamageforplungerandplungerseal.Aftersterilizationtoensurethatthenaturalstateofthecoolingequipment.Andwithaccesstothesterilizationofthefeedcup.10.Finishing:cleantheequipmentandmaintaintheequipmentinthesurroundingenvironmentcleanandventilationstatus.AdditionalNotes1.Pleasefillintheuseofrecordsform;iffortheinitialuse,pleasereadtheinstructions;inaccordancewithoperatingprocedures;Ifyouhaveanyquestions,pleasecontactthedutyperson;2.NotifytheundertakerifInstrumentfailureorcontactAT
