Serieshighvoltageshuntcapacitor1.ApplicationaTheproductsareappliedto50Hzor60HzACelectricalpowersystemforpowerirmpr-ovingandwillbeaccordingtothenationalstandardGB3983.2-89(highvoltageshumtcapacitor)andinternationalIEC60871-1.2.ServiceconditionsA.Altetudelowerthan1000m,ambiedttemperature-40℃~+400℃;B.Nostrongmechanicalvibmfomatinstallingplace.Nocorrosivegas,inductivedust,andinrlammableandexplosivemediaintheambientenvironment;C.Themediumbetweenpolesshouldresistoneofbelowtestsin10seconds;a.FrequencyACvoltage:Un(~)=2.15Unb.DCvoltage:Ut(-)=4.3UnD.Theinsulationoftheterminalsandcasesshouldresistbelowvoltage;E.Toextendthelifeofcapacitors,thecapacitorshouldalwaysruninratedvoltage;F.Capacitorshouldresista2.2Unorbelowfirstpeakandlast1/2cycleoftransitionalovervoltage;G.Capacitorscantolerance1.3Instableovercurrentbecauseofvoltageincreaseorhighharmonic.Forthosecapacitorswithhighesttolerance,theovercurrentcanreach1.43In.H.Thedeviationofratedandactualcapacitanceshouldbe-5%~+10%,Theratioofhighestandlowestcapacitanceofanytwoterminalsshouldnotbehigherthan1.08.I.Whencapacitorsareatthefrequencyratedvoltage,thelosstangent(tgδ)at20℃is0.0005.J.Forthosecapacitorswhichcontaindischargecapacitor,itispossibletoreducethevoltagefrompeakvoltageto75Vwithintominutes.IfreducingtoSOVwithSminsisneeded,itshouldbeindicatedinordering.K.Three-phasecapacitorsarestarconfigurations.Dischargeresistorsareaddedineachphase.3.ApplicableStandardsGB/T11024.1-2010NationalStandard{RatedVoltage1KVorHigherACPowerSystemShuntCapacitor}IEC60871-1:2005InternationalStandard{ShuntCapacitor}高压并联电容器一、用途:RH-高压并联电容器主要应用于50HZ或60HZ交流电力系统中用以改善功率因数,产品性能符合GB3983.2-89《高电压并联电容器》及国际标准IEC60871-1。二、使用条件:1.海拔高度不超过1000m。环境空气温度-40℃~+400℃;2.RH-高压并联电容器安装场所无剧烈的机械振动,无有害气体及蒸汽、无导电性及爆炸性尘埃;3.电容器极间介质应能承受下列二种试验电压之一,历时10s。A.工频交流电压:Ut(~)=2.15UnB.直流电压:Ut(-)=4.3Un4.为了延长电容器的使用寿命,电容器应经常维持在额定电压下运行;5.RH-高压并联电容器应能承受第一个峰值不超过2.2Un持续1/2周期的过渡过电压;6.RH-高压并联电容器允许在由于电压升高及高次谐波造成的有效值为1.3In的稳定过电流下运行,对于电容具有最大正偏差的电容器,这个过电流允许达到1.43In;7.RH-高压并联电容器的实测电容值与额定值之差不超过额定值的-5%~+10%,三相电容器中任何两线路端子间测得的最大与最小电容值之比不大于1.08;8.RH-高压并联电容器在工频额定电压下,温度为20℃时的损耗角正切值{tgδ}≤0.0005;注:内部装有放电电阻或熔丝的电容器,其损耗角正切值允许增加0.0001。9.内部装有放电电阻的电容器,与电源断开后,能在10分钟内由额定电压的峰值降到50伏以下,则应在订货时加以说明;10.三相电容器内部为星形接线,每相均有放电电阻。三、执行标准GB/T11024.1-2010国家标准《标称电压1KV以上交流电力系统用并联电容器》IEC60871-1:2005国际标准《并联电容器》
