汽车雨刮电机辐射干扰建模与仿真研究重庆大学硕士学位论文学生姓名:尹华平指导教师:汪泉弟教授专业:电气工程学科门类:工学重庆大学电气工程学院二O一一年五月ModelingandSimulationoftheradiationelectromagneticinterferenceforAutomotiveWiperMotorAThesisSubmittedtoChongqingUniversityinPartialFulfillmentoftheRequirementfortheDegreeofMasterofElectricalEngineeringByYinHuapingSupervisor:Prof.WangQuandiMajor:ElectricalEngineeringCollegeofElectricalEngineeringofChongqingUniversity,Chongqing,ChinaMay2011重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要I摘要随着现代电子技术在汽车上的大量应用,汽车内部的电磁环境日益复杂,汽车电磁兼容的重要性越来越显著。雨刮电机是车内重要的电磁干扰源;它工作时产生的电磁干扰是导致汽车零部件或整车无法通过相关电磁兼容(EMC)强制法规的重要原因。由于汽车内部结构复杂,即使在零部件满足测试标准的条件下,仍不能保证整车的电磁兼容性。因此对雨刮电机及整车级雨刮电机的辐射干扰进行研究具有极为重要的理论意义和工程价值。本论文在国家自然科学基金项目“汽车电磁兼容预测与电磁干扰抑制关键技术研究”(项目编号:50877081)的支持下,重点研究了雨刮电机和整车级雨刮电机辐射干扰的建模,仿真以及汽车车体的建模方法,其目的是为了通过对汽车雨刮电机的深入研究后将方法推广到汽车其它系统以及整车级的电磁兼容。本文的主要研究内容有:①分析了有限元算法的原理和雨刮电机辐射干扰的产生机理;根据其原理在电磁场仿真软件中建立了雨刮电机辐射干扰有限元模型;以实测雨刮电机端电压为激励源,仿真得到了雨刮电机的辐射电场;通过仿真与实测结果的对比,验证仿真的正确性。②对车体建模技术进行了分析,提出了一种新的车体建模方法,即通过导入车体CAD模型提取建立电磁仿真模型的关键参数,在电磁仿真软件中建立可靠的电磁仿真模型。以车体建模为实例,介绍了车体有限元模型的建立过程。建模时,先简化汽车车体结构,再把汽车车体拆分多个部件,对各部件采取“分而建之”的方法建立各部件的有限元模型。最后在电磁仿真软件中组建各部件从而建立了完整、可靠、逼真的车体三维有限元模型。③在建成的雨刮电机辐射干扰有限元模型和车体三维有限元模型的基础上,在仿真软件中建立了整车级雨刮电机三维有限元仿真模型;并利用自适应网格剖技术,得到满足精度要求的仿真结果;通过标准实验来验证整车级雨刮电机建模和仿真的正确性。④从理论上分析了雨刮电机辐射干扰的抑制原理;针对雨刮电机的实际情况提出了多种抑制雨刮电机辐射干扰的措施。⑤分析了铁氧体磁环对辐射干扰的抑制原理,在仿真软件中建立了其辐射干扰抑制模型;通过雨刮电机加载铁氧体磁环前后的辐射场强对比分析,证明铁氧体磁环对雨刮电机辐射干扰的抑制是有效的。关键词:电磁兼容,雨刮电机,辐射干扰,车体建模,铁氧体磁环重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要IIABSTRACTWithextensiveapplicationofelectronictechnologyintheautomotive,theautomobilewithinelectromagneticenvironmentisincreasinglycomplex,increasingimportanceofautomotiveEMCsignificant.Asthemainelectromagneticinterference(EMI)sourceintheautomotive,thewipermotorisimportantinfluentialtoEMCoftheautomobile.Itisalsoamaincausewhythewipermotorandtheautomobilecan’tsatisfystringentEMCcriteria.Owingtocomplexstructureofautomobile,evenifautomotivecomponentscouldsatisfystringentEMCcriteria,thevehiclecannotguaranteetheelectromagneticcompatibility.ThereforeitisofgreattheoreticalsignificanceandpracticalvaluetoinvestigatetheEMCofwipermotorandwipermotorinsideautomobile.SupportedbytheNationalNaturalScienceFoundation“AutomotiveEMCpredictionandresearchofkeytechnologiesforelectromagneticinterferencesuppression”(NO:50877081),theexperimentandsimulationmethodfortheEMIofthewipermotorandwipermotorinsideautomobilearethoroughlyinvestigatedinthisdissertation.Themaincontentsarelistedbelow:①TheFEMandthegenerationmechanismandradiationpathofradiatedEMIareintroduced.Accordingtotheprinciple,thewipermotorfiniteelementmodelofradiatedinterferenceisestablishedintheelectromagneticsimulationsoftware.Thesimulationofwipermotor’sradiatedEMIwasdonebymeasuringterminalvoltageofwipermotorastheexcitationsource.Simulationandtestresultsverifythecorrectnessofsimulation.②Modelingofautomotivebodyisanalyzedandthenewmethodforelectromagneticsimulationmodelingofautomotivebodyispresented,whichistoestablishareliablemodelforelectromagneticsimulationintheelectromagneticsimulationsoftwarebyimportingtheCADmodeltoextractthekeyparametersoftheirmodel.Modelingoftheactualcarasanexample,theautomobilebodyspecificFEMmodelingprocessisintroduced.Thefirst,streamlinecarbodystructureandsplitthenumberofcarbodyparts;thenthevariouscomponentsoftheFEMmodelareestablishedbydivideoneandbuilditmethod.Finally,thecomplete,reliable,realisticthree-dimensionalFEMmodelofcarbodyisestablishedbyputtingtogetherallcomponentsinelectromagneticsimulationsoftware.③Basedonthemodelofwipermotor’sradiatedEMIandthree-dimensionalFEM重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要IIImodelofautomobilebody,theradiatedEMIsimulationmodelofthewipermotorinsideautomobileisestablishedinsimulationsoftware.Thesimulationresultswithenoughaccuracyrequirementscanbeobtainedbyadaptivemeshing.Thesimulationandtestresultsverifythecorrectnessofsimulation.④ElectromagneticinterferencesuppressingmethodsofwipermotorareanalyzedtheoreticallyandsomespecificmeasuresandmattersofEMIsuppressionareproposed.⑤Thefilteringtheoryofmagneticcoreisanalyzed.Electromagneticinterferencesuppressingmodelofwipermotorwithmagneticcoreisestablished.Toverifytheeffectivenessofwipermotor’sradiatedEMIsuppression,theradiatedEMIofwipermotorandtheradiatedEMIofwipermotorwithmagneticcorearecompared.Keywords:electromagneticcompatibility,wipermotor,automobilemodel,radiatedEMI,magneticcore.重庆大学硕士学位论文目录IV目录中文摘要..........................................................................................................................................I英文摘要........................................................................................................................................II1绪论...........................................................................................................................................11.1论文选题意义...........................................................................................................................11.2国内外研究现状.......................................................................................................................31.2.1国外汽车电磁兼容的研究状况........................................................
