Priortoinstallation,pleasereadtheinstallationguidelinescarefully.LSCABLELtd.willnotberesponsiblefordefectscausedbyfailuretofollowinginstructions.安装前，请仔细阅读安装手册，LS公司不对未按照指示所引发的缺陷负责。1.Productcheck&Storage产品确认和存储1)Inspection检查►Checkthelabelofproductsforaccuracywithorders.仔细对照订单和产品的标签是否一致。►Thefollowinginformationiscontainedinthelabeloftheproducts.产品标签包含以下信息。.ⅰTypeofproductⅱ.Color.ⅲThickness,size.ⅳQuantity.ⅰ产品类型.ⅱ颜色.ⅲ厚度和尺寸.ⅳ数量2)Storage存储►Whenstoringtherolls,donotlaydown.Rollsshouldbestoreduprightonthesmoothground.►卷材产品，不要平放在地上，卷材应直立放在平坦的地面。►LSproductsareproperfloorcoveringforindoor.Donotexposeproductstodirectsunlightandmoisture.Itcausesthediscolorationanddeteriorationoftheproducts.►LS橡胶地板产品应放在室内，不要暴露产品在阳光直接照射和潮湿的地方，它会导致产品变色和变质。►Productsandadhesiveshouldbemaintainedatatemperature(15~30℃)foratleast48hoursinstallationsite.Theinstallationisprohibitedatthetemperatureofthebelow15℃,Theproductmustbelaiddownontheinstallationsiteforatleast24hoursbeforeinstallation.►产品和胶粘剂安装前应在温度(15〜30℃)的地方放置至少48小时，禁止在低于15℃的环境下安装。安装前卷材应在场地内放置24小时之后，方可安装。2.Preparation准备1)Subfloor基层地板►Allsubfloorsmustbedry,flat,no-cracks,structurallysoundandcleanwithoutanddust,paint,wax,oil,grease,asphalt,oldadhesivematerial.Subfloormustbecompletelylevelandsmooth.►所有地面必须干燥，平坦，无裂缝，结构合理，清洁无烟尘，油漆，蜡，油，油脂，沥青，旧胶粘剂材料。地面必须完全水平和平滑。►Subfloorshouldbetestedformoisturecondition.Moistureconditionofsubfloorshouldbebelow4.0%priortotheinstallation.Moremoisturethanstandardmaygiverisetoaserioustroubleatfloorcovering.►基层地面应当检验水分。应在地面水分低于4.0％时，安装，水分超过标准可能会引起橡胶地板材料严重的损害。►InstallationoftheLSRubberfloorcoveringontheexistingfloorcovering(wood,PVCflooretc)maycausetheshrinkorswellingorproblemofadhesiveproperty.Itisrecommendedthatremovetheexistingfloorcoveringcompletely.►在原有地板材料（木材，聚氯乙烯地板等）上安装LS橡胶地板可能会导致收缩或膨胀或出现胶粘剂的无法粘合，建议完全拆除原有地板材料。2)Precautions预防措施►Identifythe“LotNo.”topreventthediscoloration.►确定批号，以防止色差。►Theproductmustbelaidforatleast24hoursbeforeinstallation.►该产品规定安装前必须至少放置24小时。►Checktheadifferentcolorandthedefectofsurfacebeforebonding.Itisonlypossibletosolvetheproductdefectsbeforeinstallation.►拈接前检查产品色差和表面瑕疵,公司仅可能安装前解决产品瑕疵问题.3)Adhesive粘合剂►RecommendedAdhesives推荐粘合剂Foraproperapplicationoftheadhesivesandthefurtherinformation,please※contacttheadhesivemanufacturer.※为正确使用粘合剂，请联系粘合剂制造商。3.Installation安装►Settheproductsandadhesivesintheinstallationsitewheretheywillbeinstalled48hoursbeforeinstallation.►安装前，将产品和粘合剂放置在被安装地点48个小时。►Productsshouldalwaysbevisuallyinspectedpriortoinstallation.►产品安装前应该事先目视检查。►Wheninstallingtheproduct,ensurethereissufficientventilationtopreventinhalingadhesivefumes.►产品安装时，保证充足的通风，防止吸入粘合剂气体。1)Installation安装.Drawlinestomarkoffwhereproductswillbelaid.ⅰ.ⅰ描线划分出产品放置地点。.RolⅱlouttheSheets.Rollsislaidwithapprox3cmoverlapalongtheadjoiningedges.Pushthesheettightlyagainstthewall..ⅱ铺开卷材，卷材放置在相邻边缘上与之重叠，大约3cm宽。.Trimtheoverlappingedges.ⅲ.ⅲ修整重叠之上的边缘。.Windthehalfofthesheettospreadtheadhesive.ⅳ.ⅳ翻转一半，涂覆粘合剂。.ⅴApplythespecifiedadhesivewiththerighttrowelbytheonthesubfloor.Besureoftheopentimeandworkingtimebythefollowingmanufacturer’srecommendation..ⅴ在地板下表面使用指定的粘合剂用铲子涂覆,必须保证开口时间和施工时间严格符合制造商推荐规则。.ⅵLaythesheetcarefullyafterapplyingtheadhesive..ⅵ涂覆后，小心的放下地板。.ⅶTopreventcameoffthefloorandtoremoveairbubblewhenlaying,carefullyrubtheentiresurfaceofsheetusingthecorkborder.Anditisrecommendedtoapplysufficientpressureoverthefloorusingthe50kgroller.Theinitialadhesionislow,soitsometimesrequirestoapplyweights,particularlyattheseams,tomaintaincontactuntiltheadhesivesets(24hours)..ⅶ放下地板时，为了防止地板脱落和驱除气泡，使用软木板小心的摩擦整个板块的表面。并且，为了覆着充分的压力表面，建议使用50Kg的滚轴。最开初的粘合力很低，所以，有时要求使用重物压，特别是在焊缝处，以保持粘合剂和地板接触，直到粘合剂全部奏效为止。2)Precautions预防措施►Immediatelyremovetheremainingadhesiveontheproductsurface.Usealcoholtoremove,butdonotusethesolventsuchasacetone.►立即清除产品表面的黏合剂,用酒精清除,切勿使用丙酮等化学溶剂。►After24hoursfromlaying,foottrafficisallowed.Donotdampcleanwithin48hours.►安装24小时后,可以行人走动，48小时内禁止用湿润器具清洗地板。4.Maintenance维护Awellplannedandregularmaintenanceisimportanttopreservetheappearanceandqualityofthefloorcoverings.Applythebelowmethodofmanagementtomaintainfortheoptimumfloorconditions.精心策划和定期保养是维护橡胶地板的外观和质量的重要方法。用下面的管理方法，可保持地板的最佳状态。1)Initialcleaning(Afterinstallation)初步清洗（安装后）.ⅰAfterinstallation,sweepthefloorandremovealldustusingavacuumcleaner..ⅰ安装完成后，用吸尘器扫除所有灰尘。.ⅱApplythefloorwithdilutedcleaningproductsfollowingthemanufacturer’sinstructionsandallowthesolutiononthefloortoactforabout5~10minutes..ⅱ清洁产品根据制造商的指导进行稀释后，允许在橡胶地板上作用大约5〜10分钟。.Washthefloorusingamoporcleaningmachine.(withpadorbrush)ⅲⅲ洗地板（垫或刷）用拖把或清洗机。.Removetheremainingdetergentswithwetvacuum.ⅳ.ⅳ擦出多余的洗涤剂。.Rinⅴsingseveraltimesanddrycompletely..ⅴ漂洗几次，并等待完全干燥。.ⅵTomaintaingoodconditiononthefloor,applytherecommendedwax2~3times..ⅵ为了保持地板良好的状态，建议使用2〜3次蜡。2)Routine/dailyCleaning日常清洁3)推荐保洁产品4)Precautions预防措施►Polishingmachines:150~350RPM(Exceed350RPMcandamagetheflooringsurface).►抛光机:150~350转/分钟(超过350转/分钟会破坏地板表面)。►Immediatelyremovethematerials(ex.strongacid,strongalkali,oil)whichmaycausethediscolorationorswellingoftheproductsurface.►立即清除材料(例.强酸，强碱，油)这可能会导致产品表面变色或肿胀。►Recommendedbrushandpad:softnylonbrush,white,re
