上海交通大学硕士学位论文基于DeviceNet的电厂锅炉辅机控制系统智能通信适配器设计与实现姓名:邵健申请学位级别:硕士专业:机械电子工程指导教师:李彦明20080201IDeviceNetDCSDCSFCSDeviceNetRockwellNetlinkDeviceNetDeviceNetDeviceNetRockwellDeviceNetDeviceNetAnybus-ICDeviceNetAnybus-ICSSCSCIMIFDeviceNetAnybus-ICModbusAnybus-ICModbusDeviceNetAnybus-ICIIDeviceNetSTC89C58+SJA1000+82C250”CANDeviceNetCANDeviceNetDeviceNetEDSDeviceNetROCKWELLDeviceNetDeviceNetDeviceNetDeviceNetDeviceNetNetLinx,Anybus-ICABSTRACTIIIDesignandImplementationofTheIntelligentCommunicationAdapterforTheBoilerAssistantEquipmentBasedonDeviceNetABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofmodernindustry,theneedforelectricpowerisincreasingdaybydayandtheshortageofelectricpowerisbecomingseriously.Theelectricpowerindustryiscomingintotheperiodofgreaterelectricpowernetwork,greaterpowergenerationsetandgreaterautomation.Alltheserequirethatthepowerplantmusthavemorestableandefficientprocesscontrolsystemwiththepowerfulfunctionforreal-timemonitoringandcontrol.Atpresent,theextentofmanufactureprocessautomationinpowerplantiscomparativelyhigh,butthephysicaldistanceofcontrolsystemfortheboilerassistantequipmentissofarthatthecomponentsofthesystemaremoreindependentlyandlackofinformationinterchanging.Itbringsgreatdifficultytothemanagementintheplantlevel.Soitispressingforaunitedcontrolsystemtomonitorallpartsofthesystem.Presently,thepowerplantusuallymakeuseofthedistributedcontrolsystem,calledDCS.Butforthelimitsofitscharacteristicandthedemandofthesystem,whenDCSisappliedtocontrolsystemfortheboilerassistantequipment,itexistsalotoftheshortcomings,suchashighcost(mostoftheequipmentsneedtobeimported),thebadinterchangingspecialityamongtheequipmentsfromdifferentproducers,andthecockamamiecontrolprocess.Aimingattheengineeringbackgroundabove,basedontheprojectof“Thepreparationtoconstructthelabplatformfortheboilerassistantequipment’scontrolsysteminpowerplantbasedontheFiledbusControlSystem”fromtheNationalDevelopmentandReformCommission,andonthebasisofdeepresearchontheDeviceNetprotocol,acontrolsystemfortheboilerassistantequipmentbasedontheRockwellNetlinknetworkandDeviceNetfieldbusisdevelopedaccordingtothedetailedrequirementsofthedemandfortheboilerassistantequipment’scontrolsystem.Alsothekeytechnologyofthecontrolsystemisresearched,andakindofDeviceNetslavedeviceintelligentcommunicationadapter,whichhasanindependentknowledgepropertyright,isABSTRACTIVimpoldered.Themaincontentofthepaperis:TheDeviceNetfieldbusprotocolisstudieddeeply.Combiningwiththepracticaldemandforboilerassistantequipment’scontrolsysteminpowerplant,acontrolsystemfortheboilerassistantequipmentbasedontheRockwellNetlinknetworkandDeviceNetfieldbusisdeveloped.Accordingtothedetailedrequirementsofthesystem’sstructureandprinciple,theimpolderingoftheDeviceNetslavedeviceintelligentcommunicationadapterisdecidedtobethekeytechnologyofthesystem.Twotechniqueschemesforthecommunicationadapterarebroughtforward,includingusingprotocolconversionchipandthehardwareandsoftwaredesignoftheembeddedsystem.TheDeviceNetslavedevicecommunicationadapterbasedonAnybus-ICisimpoldered.Ontheaspectofhardwaredesign,theexpansiononthecircuitofSSCSCIMIFinterfaceandDeviceNetnetworkinterfaceisfulfilledonthebasisofAnybus-ICmodule;Ontheaspectofsoftwaredesign,theparameter’ssettingandinitializationofAnybus-ICmoduleiscarriedthrough,andtheestablishmentofAnybus-ICmodule’sapplicationparametersbasedonModbusprotocolisaccomplished.Withthesinglechip’scontrolprogram,theDeviceNetapplicationlayerprotocolbasedontheModbusprotocolisfulfilled,andthecorrectnessoftheprotocol’sfulfillationisvalidatedbythecommunicationexperimentbetweentheAnybus-ICandsinglechip.TheDeviceNetslavedevicecommunicationadapterbasedontheembeddedsystemisimpoldered.Ontheaspectofhardwaredesign,thelow-costCANbuscommunicationschemeofcombiningSTC89C58withSJA1000and82C250isfulfilled,andtheDeviceNetnetworkinterfaceandpopularfunctionalmodulesuchastemperaturecollectingandvalveinterfacecontrolareexpanded;Ontheaspectofsoftwaredesign,theCANbuscommunicationprogram,theDeviceNetapplicationlayerprotocolprogramandtheexpandedfunctionalmodule’sdriverprogramarewritten.AlsotheDeviceNetdeviceprofilesareaccomplished,andtheElectronicDataSheetofthecorrespondingdeviceiswritten.TheDeviceNetslavedevicecommunicationadapterisputtouseintheexperimentplatformbasedontheRockwellthree-plynetwork.ThroughthecommunicationexperimentbetweenthecommunicationadapterandotherABSTRACTVDeviceNetdevicesinthesamenetwork,thecorrectnessoftheDeviceNetprotocol’sfulfillationisvalidatedundertheconsistencytestinginthelab.Theexperiment’sresultshowsthattheDeviceNetslavedevicecommunicationadapterisreliableandeasy-operational,andrealizestheconnectionandthebasiccommunicationfunctionbetweentheintelligentdevicesonspotandDeviceNetnetwork,andmeetswiththedesignrequirementsofthesystem.Keywords:Fieldbus,DeviceNet,RockwellNetlinkNetwork,Anybus-IC20083520083520083511.11.1.1[2004]393FCSDeviceNet1.1.2[1]DCSDistributedControlSystemFCSFieldbusControlSystem[2]DCS(Computer)(Communication)(CRT)(Control)4CDCSDCS2FCS[3][4][5]I/OFCSFCSFCSDCSFCSFCSDCS——3—++,FCS,FCSFCSFCS[6]40FFProfitb
