安徽农业大学硕士学位论文基于物联网的农产品流通信息系统研究与设计姓名:胡艺峰申请学位级别:硕士专业:计算机应用技术指导教师:张友华2011-06I 摘要本文主要研究了物联网技术在农产品流通领域的应用解决方案,设计了农产品流通领域物联网模型,构建了基于物联网的农产品流通信息系统,实现了在流通供应链中对农产品进行实时定位、信息共享、安全追溯。研究使用物联网关键技术,提高农产品流通的效率,有效降低农产品流通成本,同时为农产品生产者、销售商及普通用户提供更加高效、便捷、准确的农产品流通信息服务。目前,物联网在农产品流通中的应用研究尚处于起步阶段,本文将现代农产品流通管理理念与物联网技术结合研究,能够充分发挥物联网的特点与优势,在很大程度上提高农产品流通管理的效率。本文结合所研究的课题与参加的科研项目,从农产品流通过程的实际情况出发,以猪肉产品为研究对象,使用物联网关键技术对农产品流通过程信息进行采集,处理和存储,采用理论与实践想结合的方法来研究农产品流通过程信息的实时共享问题。综上所述,本文所做的主要工作有以下几个方面: (1) 总结了物联网的国内外研究现状,物联网的核心模块及关键技术,以及农产品流通领域现状及存在的问题。 (2) 研究了物联网技术在农产品流通中的应用,设计了基于物联网的农产品流通信息系统的数据管理方案,以及技术实现方案。 (3) 研究了物联网技术与农产品电子商务的创新性结合,通过设计的农产品网上交易平台,实现了农产品物联网和农产品电子商务系统的数据共享,使农产品流通信息全程高度透明化。 (4) 对基于物联网的农产品流通信息系统进行了系统分析,构建了农产品流通物联网的架构模型,并对各个模块进行了详细的设计与实现。总之,基于物联网的农产品流通信息系统的研究旨在解决当前农产品流通过程中各个环节信息流滞后于物流、农产品无法安全溯源的问题,实现农产品信息流与物流同步,保障农产品质量安全。关键字:物联网, 农产品流通, 系统设计, 信息共享II Abstract This paper studies on the solutions of the Internet of Things technology in the application ofcirculation of agricultural products,designed the modelofInternet of Things in Circulation of agricultural products field,and Constructed the circulation of agricultural products on the Internet of Things , to achieve realtime location of agricultural products, safety traceability of agricultural products and inventory management. By research on using key technologies of Internet of Things, can improve the efficiency of the agricultural products logistics, reduce the cost of agricultural products circulation effectively. And it also can provide agricultural products information services more efficient, convenient and accurate for agricultural producers, vendors and general users. At present, Research on the Internet of Things technology in the application of circulation of agricultural products is still at the initial stage. This paper research on combination the Circulation of agricultural products of modern management concepts and Internet of Things technologies, can give full play to Internet of Thing’s characteristics and advantages, improve the efficiency of the management of agricultural products circulation greatly. This paper studied on the issues and the research projects research projects I have participated in, from the actual situation of circulation of agricultural products, take pork products as the research object, using Internet of Things technology on the collection of information of processing and storage the information of the process of circulation of agricultural products, using the method of combining Theory and practice to research on realtime sharing of information in the process of circulation of agricultural products. The main work of this paper as the following aspects: (1) Summarizes the current research status of Internet of Things, The Internet of Things core module and key technologies,And Current situation of circulation of agricultural products and existing problems. (2) Research on the Internet of Things technology in the application of circulation of agricultural products, designed data management solution of the circulation of agricultural products information system based on Internet of Things, and technology to achieve solution. (3) Research on the innovative combination of Internet of Things technology and ecommerce of agricultural products, by the online trading platform designed for agricultural products, realize data sharing between Internet of Things ofIII agricultural products and ecommerce of agricultural products, it make agricultural information more transparent. (4) Make a systematic analysis of the circulation of agricultural products information system based on Internet of Things, constructed the structure of agricultural products circulation of Internet of Things model, and designed its each module in detail. In summary, The purpose of research on agricultural products logistics information systembased on Internet of Things is to solve the problem of logistics information flow lag behind the logistics and Traceability of agricultural products in every aspect of the process of The current circulation of agricultural products, to achieve the synchronization of information flow and logistics in circulation of agricultural products, guarantee quality and safety of agricultural products. Key Words:Internet of Things, Circulation of Agricultural Products,System Design, Information Sharing1 1 绪论 1.1 课题研究背景及意义物联网(Internet ofThings,IOT)之所以受到人们的广泛重视,是因为物联网技术给人们带来了许多美好的构想。业内专家预测,物联网技术作为新一代信息技术,必将为世界信息化产业带来继计算机、互联网与移动通信网络之后的第三次浪潮 [1] 。目前,关于物联网技术研究和应用的论文和新闻报道铺天盖地,但是早在1995 年比尔·盖茨就曾经在《未来之路》一书中提及物联网的概念,这也是首次提及物联网的概念。2003 年,美国《技术评论》提到物联网技术,认为物联网技术部将会是改变人类生活的首要技术之一。 2005年,国际电信联盟(ITU)发布了《ITU互联网报告2005:物联网》报告,报告中正式提出了物联网的概念,宣告了物联网技术从此诞生,无处不在的“物联网技术”通信时代即将实现,世界上所有的物品通过嵌入产品电子标签后就可以通过因特网主动进行信息共享与交换,真正的实现了物与物的相连。由射频识别技术(RFID)、传感器技术、纳米技术、智能嵌入技术、无线网络等技术组成的物联网应用范围将会更加广泛 [2] 。物联网技术目前已经在许多行业中实现了广泛的应用,尤其在物流行业中的应用更为广泛,已经有了许多成功的案例,极大的提高了物流管理的效率,减少了对物流成本的支出。但是目前物联网在农业领域的应用研究较少,我国农业的信息化程度较低,因此把物联网应用到农业领域,特别是在农产品流通过程中应用物联网技术,必将为农业信息化的发展迈出重要的一步。随着近年来许多由食物引起的疾病不断增多,如禽流感
