思创电气ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置技术说明书珠海思创电气有限公司ZHUHAISTRONGELECTRICCO.,LTD电话:0756-3815168传真:0756-3815159ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书2目录第一章、装置概述··············································································3第二章、主要技术指标·······································································4一、工作环境条件········································································4二、主要电气技术参数··································································4三、电磁兼容特性········································································5第三章保护功能配置·········································································6一、两元件三段相间过流保护·························································6二、低电压保护···········································································6三、三相一次重合闸及后加速·························································6四、零序过流保护········································································7五、低周减载保护········································································7第四章、装置结构原理·······································································8一、装置结构··············································································8二、硬件介绍·············································································10第五章、装置参数设定说明································································11一、系统参数·············································································11二、定值参数·············································································12第六章、人机界面操作说明································································14一、信号指示灯、蜂鸣器······························································14二、轻触小键盘··········································································14三、汉字液晶·············································································14ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书3第一章、装置概述ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置是我公司为了适应电力系统各发电厂、变电站、配电站等对继电保护的要求而专门开发的新一代微机型线路保护设备。它可以对35kV及以下电压等级的架空线路、电力电缆等一次设备提供完善的保护功能。ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置由高集成度、总线不出芯片的16位单片机、高精度电流电压互感器、高绝缘强度出口中间继电器、高可靠开关电源模块等部件组成。具有集成度高、保护配置齐全、抗干扰能力强、功耗小、抗恶劣环境等装置采用最新型高集成度单片机开发平台,总线不出芯片,抗干扰性能好。整机采用低功耗设计技术,真正绿色节能产品。该系列保护装置开发采用统一的硬件框架、软件平台,产品一致性好。装置结构简单小巧,安装方便灵活,适合在紧促环境下使用。保护配置灵活齐全,各种保护功能均可以通过控制字自由投退,具备远方在线修改定值功能。具有完善的测控功能,可以测量电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、功率因数、频率等电气参数;提供专门的遥控继电器实现遥控功能。采用全中文液晶显示界面,多层菜单显示,显示信息丰富,人机界面极为友好。装置大容量的FLASH保证记录100次历史事件记录,记录内容详细,掉电不丢失数据。装置具备完善的动静态自检功能,在线监视装置各部分工作状况,当发现装置某部分工作不正常时自动声光告警,并闭锁相关保护,保证了装置的工作可靠性。装置提供隔离的RS485通讯总线接口,并向用户提供开放的通讯协议,方便了实现变电站综合自动化。ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书4第二章、主要技术指标一、工作环境条件环境温度:-10°C–60°C相对湿度:5%–95%大气压力:86–106KPA二、主要电气技术参数电源:交直流220V或110V(订货注明)允许偏差-20%-+20%纹波系数不大于5%交流电流:5A额定15A连续250A1S1A额定3A连续100A1S交流电压:100V(线电压)额定频率:50HZ功率消耗:直流回路不大于8W交流回路不大于0.5VA精确测量范围:相电流0.1In–20In电压5V–200V零序电流0.1A–10A测量精度:电流1%电压1%有功功率2%无功功率2%频率±0.01Hz保护整定范围:电流0.1In–20In级差0.01AST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书5电压5V–200V级差0.1V时间0S–100S级差0.01S保护动作时间:在1.5倍定值下所有保护固有动作时间不大于35ms开入回路:交直流220V,2mA(装置外部提供电源)或直流24V,2mA(装置内部提供电源)开出接点:DC24V(线圈);触点可连续通过DC220V,5A电流三、电磁兼容特性符合IEC61000-4-2:1995静电放电扰度试验3级标准;符合IEC61000-4-3:1995射频电磁场辐射抗扰度试验3级标准;符合IEC61000-4-4:1995电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度试验4级标准;符合IEC61000-4-5:1995浪涌(冲击)抗扰度试验4级标准;符合IEC61000-4-11:1994电压暂降、短时中断和电压变化的抗扰度试验;符合IEC61000-4-12:1995振荡波抗扰度试验3级标准;ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书6第三章保护功能配置一、两元件三段相间过流保护装置取样Uab、Ubc和Ia、Ic实现两元件三段相间过流保护功能:速断、限时速断和过流。三段可分别可选择低压闭锁、方向闭锁。速断保护为无延时跳闸,二段、三段保护跳闸时间可以分别整定。保护方向元件接线为90度接线方式,按相启动原则,即Ia对应于Ubc,Ic对应于Uab。线路阻抗角固定为45°,动作区为正向175°范围。为了保证近距离三相短路故障电压消失的情况,保护装置具有电压记忆功能。装置内部各交流向量计算均以Uab为基准,故进行与向量角度有关的试验时,Uab电压必需要提供。低压闭锁元件为或逻辑,即当两个线电压中的任一个低于低压定值时开放被闭锁的电流保护。二、低电压保护装置提供一段低电压保护,电压定值和时间定值均可整定。当母线电压为零时,装置自动退出低电压保护。三、三相一次重合闸及后加速重合闸启动方式包括保护动作启动和开关偷跳启动两种。重合闸动作逻辑模拟传统的电容器充放电方式,装置充电后,当检测到开关合位消失随即启动重合闸。重合闸充电条件如下:1、重合闸软压板(定值)投入;2、没有外部重合闸闭锁接点;3、没有其它放电条件(低周减载保护动作会放电);4、断路器在合闸位置。满足上述条件15秒后,重合闸充电完成。ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书7重合闸可以选择检无压或检同期。线路电压可以选择整定为Uab或Ubc。检同期的合闸角也可以整定。在重合闸动作3秒内,装置再次检测到故障电流时,保护装置加速跳闸。后加速跳闸的延时可以整定。四、零序过流保护对于接地电流比较大的场合,装置提供零序过流保护。零序电流由专门的零序CT提供。零序过流保护带一段定时限,可以选择跳闸或告警。五、低周减载保护本装置频率由Uab经整形脉冲形成电路测量取得,当检测到Uab幅值太小(低于5V)或其频率在45-55Hz以外,装置自动退出低周减载功能。低周减载可选择带低压闭锁、滑差闭锁。六、PT断线报警装置带有PT断线监视和报警功能,为了防止线路停用时装置误发PT断线信号,低电压逻辑采用了负荷电流闭琐功能,电流元件的灵敏度约为额定电流的5%~10%。此功能可由软压板投退。设置为“投入”即为采用此功能,设置为“退出”即为此功能无效。ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书8第四章、装置结构原理一、装置结构装置采用铝合金金属嵌入式结构,在屏柜上采用螺杆推紧方式安装。装置内部采用后插拔方式。当需要维修拆卸装置电路板时,将后背板固定螺钉拆掉,取下后背板,装置整体电气部分也随后背板抽出。装置面板尺寸如图4.1,安装开孔图如图4.2,安装示意图如图4.3。ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书9图1.1面板尺寸图图1.2屏柜安装开孔图162102图4.2屏柜开孔尺寸图115128图4.3安装示意图178102图4.1面板尺寸图ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书10二、硬件介绍装置共有四块印刷电路板:CPU板,开入开出板,电源板,底板。板间信号由专用连接插件连接。分别介绍如下。1、CPU板CPU板包含如下几个模块:CPU芯片(微处理器)。采用专用16位总线不出芯片的CPU,高密度贴片焊装。芯片内部集成了12高速A/D模块,GPIO模块,16位定时器,D/A输出模块。RS485通讯模块。采用高速光耦芯片隔离通讯总线,保证装置和总线的故障互不影响。人机界面模块。采用128*64汉字液晶显示,并配有3*2轻触小按键,可以对保护装置进行各种察看、设定的操作。2、开入开出板开入开出板装有四路开入量回路、六路开出回路。开入回路采用220V电压驱动,并装有快速吸收电路元件,增加可靠性;开出回路采用两级隔离,并采用高可靠性继电器,保证保护动作正常。3、电源板电源板装有工业级开关电源模块,保证整机的工作可靠性。4、底板底板装有电流、电压小互感器,由现场来的大电流经交流模块隔离转换为装置可接受的小电压后,送给CPU板进行数据采集工作。特别注明:通常本系列保护装置不提供断路器操作回路,如用户需要也可以提供附属专用操作盒(箱)。ST200F-L微机型线路保护装置说明书11第五章、装置参数设定说明装置需要设定的参数有三种,一种是系统参数;一种是定值参数;再一种是通道参数。三种参数分别在“系统设定”、“定值设定”、
