上海交通大学硕士学位论文海天通信技术有限公司核心竞争力研究姓名:贺春雷申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:管毅平200503263-52001IP10“”RESEARCHONTHECORECOMPETENCEOFHAITIANTELECOMTECHNOLOGYCO.LTD.ABSTRACTThecorecompetenceofthecorporationreferstothecapabilityofcreatinguniquecompetingadvantagescontinuously,whichcanensurethecorporationacapabilitytoalwaysprovideitcustomerswithvaluestothemaximumextent.AccordingtotheviewsofthefamousMcCarthyManagementConsultingCorporation,evenaworld-classcorporationcanestablishcorecompetenceinonly3-5fields.Withaviewtothelimitedresources,Haitiantelecomtechnologyshallestablishitscorecompetenceonthebasisofitsadvantagesandinthefieldsitismostcompetentforandmostfamiliarwith,ratherthanintoomanyfields,whichwillleadtoresourcedistributionandwaste.Chapter1providesabackgroundintroductionofHaitiantelecomtechnology.Haitiantelecomtechnologyisakeyhigh-techcorporationofnationallevel,havingitsprofessionalbusinessesondevelopment,production,salesandservicesofdatacommunications,networksandsecurityequipment.Sincethedateofitsestablishment,Haitiantelecomtechnologyhasbeencommittingitselftothefieldofdatacommunicationsandhaspossessedindependentintellectualpropertyrightsforallkeytechnologies.Ithasbeenthesecondlargestroutersuppliersince2001andbyfar,ithasestablishedseveralexcellentproductlinesofrouter,switchboard,integratedaccess,IPvoice,networksecurityandnetworkmanagementsystems.Theseproductlinescanprovidethecustomerswithhigh-,middle-andlow-endnetworkequipmentaswellasadvancedservicesolvingplans,meetingtheapplicationrequirementsofbasichardwareplatform,servicemanagementsystemandvalueaddedservice.Chapter2reviewsthetheoryofthecorecompetenceofthecorporationandelaboratesthecompetitionenvironmentcommunicationscorporationsarestayinginandthebasisofthecorecompetencedeterminedbytheenvironment.Thecorecompetenceofthecorporationisthecombinationofitsstrategicresourcesanditsorganiccapabilitysystemwhichisbasedonknowledgelearningandobtainscompetitionadvantagesthroughacquiringandeffectivelyintegratingstrategicresources.Thiscombinationisvaluable,unique,inimitableandirreplaceable.Facingthesituationthatcompetitioninboththedomesticandoverseasmarketsaregrowingfiercerandfiercer,thatcompetitionchangesveryrapidlyandthattheadvantagesincompetitionarehardtomaintain,thecommunicationsequipmentmanufacturersinChina,inordertoachievesuccess,havetodependontechnology,knowledgeandorganization,createcorecompetenceandobtainlong-termadvantagesincompetition.Chapter3analyzesthealready-possessedcompetenceofHaitiantelecomtechnology.Themainexaminationindicatorsofthecorporation’scompetencearetechnology,equipment,brand,capital,organizationandhumanresources,amongwhich,brand,technologyandhumanresourcesmaybecomethecorecompetenceofHaitianinthefuturebecausetheyareabletocreatevalues,ductile,hardtoimitateandabletolearnbyitself.Haitianproductsarealreadyveryfamousandhighlypraisedbutthecorporationitselfisnotwellknown.Itsbrandhasnotbeenfullyestablishedyet.TheimpulsionforsustainabledevelopmentofHaitianisthatithasitsowncoretechnologiesandpossessesindependentintellectualpropertyrights.Theamountofitsannualinvestmentinresearchanddevelopmentaccountsformorethan10%ofitstotalsales.Inordertomaintainadvantagesintechnicalinnovation,Haitiantelecomtechnologyshallalsopayattentiontodiversityaccordingtothechangesofthemarket.Intermsofhumanresources,Haitianimplementsanintelligencestrategyandhasahighqualitygroup,80%ofwhichhaveacollegedegreeorabove.Haitianhasbeenpayingattentiontothedevelopmentandimprovementofitsemployees’abilitiesandhasestablishedanauthorizedtrainingsysteminallusiontoitsproducts.Insodoing,ittrainsitspersonnelontheonehand,andstrengthenstherelationsbetweenthepersonnelandthecorporationontheother.HumanresourcesofHaitianarestillnotwellmatchedwithitsoveralldevelopmentstrategytosomeextent.Inadditiontotheanalysesabove,Chapter4putsupwithastrategicprogramtopromotethecorecompetenceofHaitiantelecomtechnologyinthreeaspects.First,developthebrandofproductsintothebrandofthecorporation,establishgoodimagesofthecorporationandcultivatecorporationculture.Second,developthetechnicalinnovationofspecialtytoinnovationofdiversity;onthebasisofspecialty,focusthelimitedresourcesonthedevelopmentofseveralkeycustomergroups;andprovidediversifiedandoverallsolvingplansforbanks,transportationprovidersandtaxandgovernmentaldepartmentsaccordingtotheirownsituation.Third,developHRintoo-H;employthesystematizedauxiliarytoole-HR—ahumanresourcesmanagementsoftwaretosolvetheproblemthatthehumanresourcesaregrowingrapidlyandnotwellmatchedwiththeoverallstrategyofthecorporation,findoutthehiddentroubles,makesomemodificationstothestrategyofbusiness,diversifycommunicatingmeans,realizeselfmanagementofemployees,establishahumanresourcesdatabasetopaveasolidfoundationforthelong-termdevelopmentofHaitiantelecomtechnology.KeyWords:corecompetence,brand,technology,humanresources20052281382001IP103010002001BCABNI863ISO9001CEFCC“”“”“”“”10%“”23820031.1.2.2.3.10.6%11223343G45338“”1999ISO9001942003ISO90012000438CE/FCC301224MISEIP/53863817761817738C.K.Prahalad(GaryHamel)1990Thecorecompetenceofthec
