外文文献翻译(含:英文原文及中文译文)译文字数:3700多字文献出处:JEhnberg.PowerofCommunityDistributiontoDesign[J]ValueEngineering,2016,2(3):14-21英文原文PowerofCommunityDistributiontoDesignJEhnbergABSTRACTThebasicfunctionoftheelectricpowersystemistotransporttheelectricpowertowardscustomers.Thel0kVelectricdistributionnetisakeypointthatconnectsthepowersupplywiththeelectricityusingontheindustry,businessanddaily-life.Fortheelectricpower,allcostumersexpecttopaythelowestpriceforthehighestreliability,butdon'tconsiderthatit'sself-contradictoryintheco-existenceofeconomyandreliable.Toimprovethereliabilityofthepowersupplynetwork,wemustincreasetheinvestmentcostofthenetworkconstructionBut,ifthecostthatimprovethereliabilityofthenetworkconstruction,buttheinvestmentonthiskindofconstructionwouldbeworthlessifthereducinglossisonthepower-offislessthantheincreasinginvestmentonimprovingthereliability.Thuswefindoutabalancepointtomakethemosteconomic,betweentheinvestmentandthelossbycalculatingtheinvestmentonpowernetandthelossbroughtfrompower-off.KEYWORDS:powersupplyanddistribution,powerdistributionreliability,reactivecompensation,loaddistributionIngeneral,majorchangestothebuildinginclude:highvoltageandlowvoltagedistributionsystems,transformers,andbackuppowersystems.Powersystemsincludepowerdistributionandcontrol,indoorandoutdoorlightingsystemsincludealltypesoflighting,andlightningprotectionsystemsincludeintrusionprotection,lightningsensors,grounding,equipotentialbonding,andlocalequipotentialbonding.Auxiliaryequipotentialbonding.Injust20years,thesystemhasundergoneenormouschangesinthefaceoftechnologyandproducts.Manydesignideashavealsochangeddramatically.Switchgear,suchasthefirstcircuit-breakeroilcircuitbreakerinahigh-voltagesystem,andthesubsequentdevelopmentofanoilcircuitbreaker,arenotonlylargeinsizebutgenerallycontainoil.Duetothelargesizeoftheswitchgear,wemustalsoestablishaseparateequipmentroomthatoccupiesalargeamountoffloorarea.Vacuumcircuitbreakersandsulfurhexafluoridecircuitbreakersarenotonlysmallinsize,butalsohavealargeshort-circuitcapacity.Thesizeofthehousingismuchlargerthanthatoftheoriginalcabinets,andthecircuitbreakersdonothaveanyoilandthefireperformanceisgreatlyimproved.Andcircuitbreakersandotherlow-voltagedevicesareinoneroom,whichsavesspaceandiseasytomanage.Inthepast,large-capacitylow-voltagecircuitbreakersgraduallyincreasedthecapacityoftheshort-circuitcurrent,graduallyreducedthescale,andbecamemorestable,makingthesystemsaferandmorereliable,whichfacilitatedthedesign.Towardsthedevelopmentofintelligentlow-voltagecircuitbreakers,variousparametersofthecircuitbreakercanbecontrolledbythebusindustryandthesignalsaretransmitteddirectlytothecomputer.Theappearanceofdry-typetransformershasbroughtgreatconveniencetotheelectricaldesignofbuildingsbecausethereisnopossibilityofleakageoftransformeroilandfiresothatitcanbeeasilyinstalledinthebuildingitselfandevendirectlyintotheloadcenter.Italsoeliminatesthetransformer'sdemandforoilandcanusedry-typetransformerswhenbuildinglarge-capacityequipment.FourTaiwanese2500kVAdry-typetransformershavebeenusedinactualengineeringdesign.Intermsofusingemergencygenerators,itismuchmoreadvancedthaninthepastintermsofperformanceandsize.Inadditiontousingdieselgenerators;emergencylightingusesEPSstandbypower;devicesthatinterruptpowerwithinamillisecondcanuseUPS.Thecontrolofelectricalequipmentvariesfromthecontrolofasinglecomponenttothecontrolofrelays.Inadditiontothesmallersizeofthevariouscomponentsforbetterperformance,thespecificationofthecontrolboxisalsoreduced.Becausedigitaltechnologyismoreusedincontroltoachievethebestcontrolstatustocontroltheequipment.Furtherimprovetheeffectofenergyconservation.Therevolutionofelectricpowersystemhasbroughtanewbigroundconstruction,whichispushingthegreaterrevolutionofelectricpowertechniquealongwiththeapplicationofnewtechniqueandadvancedequipment.Especially,thecombinationoftheinformationtechniqueandelectricpowertechnique,togreatex-tent,hasimprovedreliabilityonelectricqualityandelectricsupply.Thetechnicaldevelopmentdecreasesthecostonelectricconstructionanddrivesinnovationofelectricnetwork.Onthebasisofnationalandinternationaladvancedelectricknowledge,thedissertationintroducestheresearchhotspotforpresentelectricpowersyetemasfollowing.Firstly,Thisdissertationintroducesthebuildingconditionofdistributionautomation(DA),andbringsforwardtwotypicalconstructionmodesonDAconstruction,integrativemodeandfissionmode.ItemphasizetheDAstructureundertheconditionofthefissionmodeandpresentsthesystemconfiguration,themainstationscheme,thefeederscheme,theoptimizedcommunicationschemeetc.,whichisforDAresearchreference.Secondly,asforthe(DA)troublemeasurement,position,isolationandresume,Thisdissertationanalyzesthechangesofpressureandcurrentforlineproblem,getsmathequationbyeducingphaseshortcircuitandproblempositionundertheconditionofsingle-phaseandworksoutequationandseveralparametersU&,sI&andeI&tableonproblem.Itbringsoutoptimizedisolationandresumeplan,realizesautoisolationandnetworkreconstruction,reducesthepoweroffrangeandtimeandimprovesthereliabilityof
