1防撞护栏施工方案(Rev1#)MethodStatementtocrashbarrier(Rev1#)工程概况ProjectOverview周家梁大桥位于四川省宣汉县南坝镇，距南坝镇街约5km，该桥为跨越前河而设，孔跨布置为6孔30m预应力混泥土简支T梁（桥面连续，6孔一联）桥梁全长210m。全桥两侧设置防撞墙，下部宽度0.5m,高度1.14m.混凝土结构高度为0.863m,顶部为钢管扶手。ZhoujialiangBridgeissituatedatNanbatown,Xuanhancounty,Sichuan,whichisabout5kmawayfromdowntownofNabantown(Street).Thisbridge,constructedtocrossovertheQianheriver,issimplysupportedT-shapedprestressedbridgewith6spansof30m(continuousdeck,sixspans).Totallengthofthebridgeis210m.Installcrashbarrieronbothsides,itis0.5mwideatthebottomand1.4mhigh.Theheightofconcretestructureis0.863m,whiletubeguardrailsinstalledattopofit.三、防撞护栏施工方法PracticesforCrashBarrier（一）护栏的施工护栏采用C30混凝土浇筑，全桥21m，每15m设置一道2cm断缝，断缝处采用油浸木板填缝。护栏内预埋泄水孔间距4m。护栏内外侧2模采用定型钢模，由专业厂家生产。在浇好的桥面上用全站仪放出桥梁中心线，然后放出护栏底角线和模板控制线，整型绑扎钢筋，清理干净护栏底部，模板立好之后用自动精平水准仪测出标高，检收合格后进行混凝土浇筑。15m一循环。PourthebarrierwithC30concrete.Setupa2cmbreak-jointineach15cmalongthewhole21mbridgeandpackthosejointswithoilimmersedboards.Pre-embeddrainageholeevery4minsidethebarrier.Useformulizedsteelformworkproducedbyprofessionalmanufacturerfortheouterside.Measurethecenterlineonthefinisheddeckwithtotalstation,thenthebarrierbaseanglelineandformworkcontrolline.Integerandbindreinforcement,cleanoutthebottomofbarrier,measureelevationwithautomaticpureflatlevelaftererectingtheform,pourconcreteafterinspection.Repeatitevery15m.1、钢筋工程RebarWorks钢筋的进场，要有出厂质量保证书。没有出厂质量保证书的钢筋，不能进场，对每批进场的钢筋，严格按规范规定取样试验合格后才能使用。钢筋焊接，焊接头要经过试验合格后，才允许正式作业，在一批焊件期间，随机抽检，并以此作为加强焊接作业质量的监督考核。钢筋安装完成后预埋PVC管，长度50cm.为桥面排水系统预留孔道。3Rebarshouldhavequalitycertificateprovidedbymanufacturebeforemobilization.Strictlyperformsamplingtestforeachbatchofrebarsbeforeputthemintouse.Rebarwelding.Aftertheweldingjointsbeenexperimentedandcertified,weldingoperationstarts.Inspectabatchofweldingjointsrandomlyasthesupervisionassessmenttoenhanceweldingoperationquality.Pre-embed50cmPVCaftertheinstallationofreinforcement.Reservedrainageholesforthedeckdrainagesystem.2、模板工程FormworkWorks模板要符合结构尺寸，保证有足够的强度和刚度，并要装拆方便。使用过的模板必须经过清洁处理后才能重新拼装使用。拆模板必须等混凝土强度达到规定的强度后才能进行，拆模板时，要保证不会引起混凝土的损坏。拆除的模板应垫平、整齐堆放，防止扭曲变形，并及时清理干净。模板安装时采用简易的吊装设备，两个人操作吊装设备（计算简下图），将模板挂于吊装设备力矩短的一端，两个人在力矩长的一端施力，使模板离开地面，缓慢移动吊装设备，将模板移到安装位置，计算吊装设备车轮的位置安放方木，便于停止吊装设备的移动。外模吊装到位后用钢筋与护栏预埋筋焊接连接。内外模用拉杆连接，确保固定。Makesuretheformworkissuitableinsize,enoughstrengthandrigidityandeasytodismantle.Removedformworkmustbecleanedout4beforereassembled.Removeformsonlyonthebasisofreachingthespecifiedstrengthandwithoutcausinganydamagetotheconcrete.Leveluptheremovedformsinorderandcleanupintime.Operatethetemporaryliftingequipments(asshownbelow)withtwopersoninformworkinstallation.Hangtheformattheshort-momentend,whilethepersonexertforceatthelong-momentendtolifttheform.Movetheformslowlywiththeequipmentsinposition;calculatethepositionofequipments’wheeltoplacetimber,soastomovetheequipments.Connecttheexternalmoldandreinforcementspre-embeddedincrashbarrierwithrebar.Fixtheinternalandexternalmoldswithtiebar.3、混凝土工程ConcreteWorks根据混凝土的强度要求准确计算出混凝土的配合比，施工过程中，应使用审批后配合比，应派专业试验人员到搅拌站监督检查混凝土配合比执行情况，原材料、坍落度、试样取样、称量衡器检查校准以及拌和时间等是否按规定进行。并经过监理工程师检查批准后开始浇注混凝土。Calculatetheconcretemixproportionasperstrength,andonlyuseapprovedproportioninconstruction.Assignprofessionallaboratorypersontosupervisethemixproportioninbatchingplanttomakesuretherawmaterials,slumps,samplingtest,weghingapparatus’calibrationandmixingtimearedoneinaccordancewithprovisions.Pourconcreteafter5beeninspectedandapprovedbysupervisionengineer.混泥土采用铲车运送，制作溜槽，将混凝土送入模板中，混凝土浇注施工时，要严格按分层施工，所有的混凝土一经浇注，应立即进行全面的振捣，使之形成密实、均匀整体，并注意避免发生漏振、过振现象。Makedownspoutings,andpourconcretetransportedwithloaderintotheform,andvibrateimmediatelyoncethereinforcementbeenpoured,tomakeitacompelledandhomogeneousunit,andavoidanyvibrationmissingandovervibration.五、质量控制措施QA/QCMeasures1、建立健全的质量管理机构，确保质量管理机构体系的正常运作。各管理部门做到责任明确，各司其职，各负其责。SetupsoundQA/QCadministrativedepartmenttoassuresmoothoperationofqualitymanagementsystem.Eachdepartmentshalltakeitsresponsibilityandobligationrespectively.2、认真执行技术规范，程序文件和作业文件的要求，一切工作均按技术规范、公司质量文件要求去做。Implementtechnicalcode,programfileandjobfile,andfinishallworkaspertheirrequirements.3、对于工程材料的采购必须是经过对供应商的评审，评审通过后，上报监理工程师审批后方可采购及采用。材料进场检验合格后，6按要求合理堆放，并做好标识工作，防止混用及调乱。保证材料管理井井有条，促进质量管理。Assessthematerialsupplierandreporttosupervisionengineerforhisapprovalbeforepurchasinganyengineeringmaterialsfromsupplier.Pileupthecertifiedmaterialsingoodorderandmarkthemwithidentificationnumbertoavoidanymixingandconfusion.Promotequalitymanagementbyensuringmaterialmanagementinperfectorder.六、安全生产措施MeasuresForSafetyProduction根据本工程特点,安全防护的主要对象有：高处坠落、物体打击、垮塌、触电、交通、设备事故、防火、防爆。除需要认真贯彻执行有关安全生产规章制度、落实安全生产责任制外，还需要采取必要的安全技术措施，才能防患于未然。Accordingtotheprojectcharacteristics,thefollowingobjectsneedsomeattention:droppedobjects,hit,collapse,electrocution,traffics,equipmentfailures,fireproofing&anti-explosion.Besidesimplementingrulesandregulationsforsafetyproductionandresponsibilitysystemforproduction,sometechnicalsafetymeasuresareessential.（一）防高处坠落FallfromHeightProtection1、根据作业种类选择合适的安全带，护栏施工时拉设生命线，全程施工必须挂设安全带。7Selectappropriateharnessasperoperationcategory,erec
