I目录1、工程概况···················································································11.1、工程概况··············································································11.2、施工准备··············································································12、准备工作···················································································12.1、测量准备··············································································12.2、技术准备··············································································12.3、钢筋焊接前的准备工作····························································12.4、材料、设备准备·····································································22.5、钢筋搬运和堆放·····································································23、施工工艺···················································································23.1、钢筋加工··············································································23.2、钢筋定位、间距、保护层控制···················································33.3、电渣压力焊焊接质量要求·························································43.4、闪光对焊的操作要点·······························································43.5、钢筋绑扎、锚固·····································································44、质量标准···················································································64.1钢筋翻样················································································64.2钢筋工作程序··········································································64.3钢筋加工················································································64.4钢筋搭接绑扎··········································································75、安全文明施工·············································································8立芳洲小区钢筋施工方案第1页共8页1、工程概况1.1、工程概况胜利鑫城立芳洲小区由山西广厦建业房地产公司开发,太原市建筑设计研究院设计,春润达监理有限公司监理,中泽建工集团有限公司施工。该工程地下二层,地上三十层,建筑面积为48475.6m,剪力墙结构,抗震烈度8度。混凝土强度等级:筏板、墙、顶板均为C35,抗渗等级P6。本工程筏板钢筋采用闪光对焊,暗柱采用电渣压力焊接头。墙体钢筋内墙采用绑扎接头。1.2、施工难点施工场地窄小,钢筋直径粗,配筋较大,构件结点部位钢筋密集难处理,钢筋下料、现场绑扎工作难度较大,给施工带来一定的难度。2、准备工作2.1、测量准备根据平面控制网线,在垫层上放出底板主控制线。板(包括底板)上放出该层平面控制轴线。待竖向钢筋绑扎完成后,在竖向钢筋上部标出标高控制点。2.2、技术准备1)配筋技术人员应充分领会设计要求,严格按照《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》、《混凝土结构施工图平面整体表示方法制图规则和构造详图》(03G101-1)、陕02G02及总说明的附图施工。2)在钢筋绑扎之前,技术人员要对各级管理人员和工人进行技术规范交底和关键部位施工交底。3)测量放线人员根据图纸,放出轴线、墙、暗柱、集水坑和洞等位置线,对墙柱要放出轴线、结构边线和控制线,并用油漆明显标识,并报监理单位进行检查验收。4)钢筋进场的同时提交钢筋材质证明书并及时做复试和按规定见证取样,严格按规范要求进行。2.3、钢筋焊接前的准备工作:1)闪光对焊、电渣压力焊必须先做试样,经实验室试验合格后,方可进行施工焊接,否则不允许进行操作,必须换人进行操作,再取试样做出复试。立芳洲小区钢筋施工方案第2页共8页2.4、材料、设备准备1)钢筋原材:钢筋选用9米定尺。2)进场钢筋必须有产品质量证明书,原材试验报告,并按照分批、牌号、规格、分别挂牌堆放,不得混淆。进场后材料分批进行复试,如有其中一项指标不合格,则双倍取样重新复试,如仍不合格,则该批钢筋为不合格品,并明确标好不合格标识,准备予以退场。3)对加工成型的墙柱钢筋定位卡具、剪力墙竖向、横向梯子定位筋、模板撑铁进行预检。4)钢筋的规格底板(Ф12、Ф18、Ф22、、Ф25二级钢)、墙体柱、梁、板(Ф12、Ф14、Ф16、Ф18、Ф20、Ф22、Ф25、Ф28、Ф32二级钢,ф12、ф10、ф8、Ф6一级钢)2.5、钢筋搬运和堆放1、用人工搬运时,需轻拿轻放,放置钢筋时,端头不要先触地。严禁抛钢筋。2、用塔吊搬运时,每次起吊重量应不大于塔吊最远端起重量。待钢筋平稳,再运至指定地点,并注意在吊运钢筋时施工人员的安全。3、运到施工现场的成型钢筋应按部位,按规格摆放整齐,并标识。4、钢筋要堆放到现场指定的场所内,钢筋堆放要进行挂牌标识,标识要注明使用的部位、规格、数量、尺寸等内容。5、加工好的钢筋要分类进行堆放,如直条钢筋堆放在一起,箍筋堆放在一起。钢筋下面一定要垫木架空,防止钢筋浸在水中生锈。生锈的钢筋一定要除锈后由现场钢筋质检员批准后使用。3、施工工艺3.1、钢筋加工1)加工场地的设置加工场地设在施工现场的东侧,现场布置一台钢筋弯曲机、一台切断机、钢筋调直机一台、对焊机一台。钢筋配筋工作由负责土建施工的分包专职配筋人员严格按照《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50204-2002)规定要求执行。结构中所有大于300洞口,全部在配筋时,按照结施—2中图一进行施工,不允许出现现场割筋留洞立芳洲小区钢筋施工方案第3页共8页的现象。2)加工工艺加工工艺:钢筋除锈、除污→钢筋调直→钢筋切断→钢筋成型a、钢筋除锈可采用手工钢丝刷除锈,一级钢的调直冷拉率不大于4%,钢筋调直后应平直,且无局部曲折。b、钢筋切断时,应根据不同长度搭配,统筹安排,一般先断长料,后断短料,减少耗损,切断时避免用短尺量长料,防止产生累计误差。因此在工作台上标出尺寸刻度线,并设置控制断料尺寸用的挡板。在切割过程中如发现钢筋有劈裂、缩头或严重的弯头等,必须切除。钢筋的断口不得有马蹄形或起弯等现象,长度允许偏差±10mm。c、钢筋弯曲前,应计算好起弯点的位置,在钢筋上划好线,进行准确的弯曲成型,钢筋弯曲成型后,弯曲点处不得有裂缝,二级钢不得反复弯折,钢筋成型后的允许偏差全长为±10mm。d、一级钢筋末端需作180度弯钩,其圆弧弯曲直径不应小于钢筋直径的2.5倍,平直部分长度不应小于直径的3倍,二级钢筋末端需作90度或135度弯折,90度弯曲直径不应小于钢筋直径的5倍,135度时不应小于钢筋直径的4倍,箍筋为一级钢筋,弯曲直径应大于受力主筋直径,且不小于箍筋直径的2.5倍,弯钩平直部分的长度不应小于箍筋直径的10倍。3.2、钢筋定位、间距、保护层控制墙体、暗柱在底板中插筋定位措施:墙体的钢筋采用定位筋保证墙体、暗柱主筋间距位置准确,墙、柱侧面钢筋保护层采用塑料卡,墙体外墙水平筋放在竖筋内侧。(底)板、梁使用大理石碎片垫块。保护层厚度确定须满足以下四个条件:1)主筋保护层必须按设计要求,筏板40㎜,外墙外侧25㎜,外墙内侧、其他墙体、顶板15㎜;柱35㎜。2)梁、暗柱中箍筋和构造钢筋的保护层厚度不得小于15mm;3)墙、板中分布筋的保护层厚度不得小于10mm;4)梁、暗柱主筋的保护层≥25mm。3.3、电渣压力焊焊接质量要求(1)设计同意采用焊接,故暗柱、主筋采用电渣压力焊(立焊)。(2)钢筋电渣压力焊时,应采取措施扶直钢筋上端,以防止上、下钢筋错位和立芳洲小区钢筋施工方案第4页共8页夹具变形。(3)钢筋电渣压力焊时,渣池电压,焊接电流,焊接通电时间应根据不同的直径确定。(4)在焊接生产中,如发现裂纹、未熔化、烧伤等焊接缺陷,要查找原因,采取措施,及时消除。(5)焊接接头还应符合:1)焊包均匀2)上下错位≤2mm及0.1倍钢筋直径3)钢筋平直偏差≤4度,相边接头之间与楼面间距≥500,且还应满足≥35d。3.4闪光对焊的操作要点:1)操作参数系随钢筋级别和钢筋直径以及焊机的性能而异。2)被焊钢筋要求平直,经过除锈,安装钢筋于焊机上要放正、夹紧,使两钢筋端面的凸出部分相接触,烧化过程应该稳、强烈,防止焊缝金属氧化。顶端应在足够大的压力下完成,以保证焊口闭合良好和接头处产生足够的镦粗变形。3.5、绑扎、锚固1)底板钢筋a、绑扎顺利:底板下层南北向筋→东西向筋→基础梁钢筋→钢筋马凳→上层东西向筋→上层南北向筋→暗柱、墙插筋。b、底板为双层双向布筋,接头均采用闪光对焊或搭接焊。c、底板上层钢筋用几形钢筋马凳支撑,马凳排距为1.0m,用Ф22钢筋加工,集水坑面层筋采用几形马凳支撑,马凳间距为1.2m。d、根据已放好的基础线,用红粉弹线包弹出底板钢筋位置线。e、底板钢筋必须每个交点全部绑扎牢固,上层钢筋与马凳交接处用电焊焊接牢固并固定,用于固定上层钢筋。f、最下层钢筋绑扎完后,绑其余钢筋,均应先按间距用白粉笔划分好间距线位置,并拉通长线绑扎。g、下层钢筋绑扎完后进行墙、暗柱插筋,墙柱竖向筋均带弯脚插在板底,再上层钢筋绑扎。h、插筋前,根据墙、柱插筋位置,柱子先绑一根定位箍于上层钢筋(或梁)上,剪力墙先绑两道水平筋,此定位钢筋必须与上层钢筋(或梁)绑扎牢固。l、在柱墙插筋距板面40cm处,设一道定位钢筋,以保证竖向主筋间距位置。m、暗柱主筋在底板范围内设上下二道定位箍筋,所有插筋至底板处弯脚均与底板钢筋绑扎牢固。立芳洲小区钢筋施工方案第5页共8页2)墙柱钢筋a、在柱的对角2根钢筋上用白粉笔自混凝土面上50mm处起划线,划好箍筋间距,然后按箍筋用量将箍筋套于主筋上,随后进行绑扎。b、箍筋面与主筋应垂直,箍筋与主筋交点均需绑扎,并且要保持箍筋开口角在柱上四周通转。c、暗柱箍筋弯钩平直长度为10d,箍筋的弯钩必须保证135度并应垂直于柱主筋,且要求同一根柱的箍筋弯钩平直长度必须一致
